FOOD Spamarama: Food Network Challenge

This was on yesterday and I recorded it. Spamarama is held in Austin, Texas and has prizes for professionals and amateurs. Interesting preparations/recipes.

Included Spam corndogs, Spam Rellenos, and Spam chorizo stuffed grape leaves. If you can catch it in re-runs you might get some good ideas.

The adopter used to sculpt Spam into shapes and animals for us. We always loved eating it.

The covetted "horse's rear" trophy went to a guy who made a giant sculpture---no one even tasted it! Course it was out in the Texas sun for a few hours.
