I'm going to track how much time I devote to following all the suggested links above to the end their streams. That will of course include all the well-spent time listening to, downloading and archiving those tunes.

Thanks for that Jward. I bet I saw the Allman brothers at least 6 times during the 70's. Enjoyed each and every one of them concerts. Those were the days.

Only saw them once. Sad about that. I was supposed to see them at Assembly Hall, U of Illinois, in 1979. They were snowed in in Wyoming. So, since we were there, we went to a small bar(Mabel's) that had a recently popular band in a 200 seat venue.
George Thorogood had just released the "Move it on over" album.
Great concert.

so glad you enjoyed them; I was like the cobblers' child who went without shoes: My husbands in my youth were DJs, so music industry became "work" and between that and hating to watch the old gals pawing o'er my men, most of my in person experiences were with lil up and coming local groups in hole in the wall venues.
..and not a one of em went on (yet!) to become household names.
