LUNG TEA
1/4c Wild Cherry bark (2T)
1/4c horehound (2T)
1/4c mullein (2T)
1/8c elderberries (1T)
1/4c catnip (2T)
1T myrrh (1/2T)
1/8c marshmallow (1T)
1T alfalfa (1/2T)

makes 1gal or 2qts *strong* or to make as a tincture I use the amounts in (). I put this in a qt jar and fill with vodka... I shake this daily and soak it for at least 2 weeks.

DAD’S MINT
1/4c peppermint
1/8c nettle
1T alfalfa

makes 1 gal

DAD’S MINT x 5
11 x 1/8c peppermint
5 x 1/8c nettle

makes 5 gals

This is what my dh & our boys drink all day while working outside in the Texas summer heat.

LADY TEA
1/4c red raspberry leaf
1/4c spearmint
1/8c nettle
1T alfalfa

makes 1 gal

LADY TEA x 3
6 x 1/8c red raspberry leaf
6 x 1/8c spearmint
3 x 1/8c nettle
3T alfalfa

makes 3 gals

LADY TEA BALL
1T red raspberry leaf
1T spearmint
1/2T nettle
1t alfalfa

makes 1 tea ball

My girls & I drink this daily, but we actually call it *cranky* lady tea. My older dd frankly HATES this tea... but drinks it when I remind her... my younger dd LOVES it and would drink a gallon a day if I let her.

CRAMP TEA (Tincture)
1T Yarrow (1/2T)
1/4c red raspberry leaf (1/8c)
1/8c Black haw (1T)
1/8c Cramp bark (1T)
1/4c Motherwort (1/8c)
1/8c Chamomile (1T)
1/4c Wintergreen or Spearmint (none)

makes 1 gal or 2 strong qts

or tincture add amounts in parentheses to a qt jar cover with vodka and store in a cool, dark place (paper bag) for 1 month… shake daily…strain

Most of our other teas are just made in tea balls as needed or wanted.

I am not an expert... just a mom who has used herbs for her family for almost 25yrs now.

Yes, sorry fixed it... RRL is red raspberry leaf. I was mostly just copying and pasting from my recipe doc.
