I don't hate Russians. I do understand the desire of Ukraine to be European. I do not agree with Russia's coalition of fear nor do I support that method by ANY country.

We are at a time in history where both sides are escalating, I have never witnessed that before.

Right about the time JB & Co realised not every American was 100% behind his almost unfettered support. Reading through the most recently-proposed spending package may have been the last straw for more than a few.

An excellent question but, given the almost unbridled growth of the mostly Socialist bureaucracies which really run Govt., irrespective of which 'Party' in in power, almost impossible to answer.

The left loves collectivism. So whenever there's an approved theme or slogan, it's always "we". Like, "we" are in this together during Covid. "We" stand with the LGBTQXYZ Trans community. "We" stand with Ukraine and against Russia.

There's no room in their world for an individualized world view. You aren't allowed to say, "well, no, actually, that theme isn't really that important to me, and I don't actually have to stand for the currently approved position..."

I thought it was clear that Biden, Pelosi, Kerry, Romney, etc were owned by either the oligarchs, Soros' interests in Ukraine or their own corrupt money laundering machine there.

That video is one of several that prompted me to ask. Especially since (I believe) the SecDef recently said specifically that we were NOT engaged in a proxy war with Russia.
