I've been wondering the same thing myself. My spook meter has been pegged for the last few days. They have locked down everything. For Obam they had as many people in DC has could fit. Now the "most popular president ever" wants to lock the whole town down. Is he and TPTB really that afraid what people might discover or do? Or are they trying to lead the way for the new American normal, control of every part of our lives? Usher in the commie ideals?

With all of the right wing people and groups being targeted online and in person, a take over may not be to far out of line. I really hope that this is all a show and next week live will be back to COVID normal.

I will say having spent time growing up in the Caribbean and South America, The capital at first glance is begging to look like a third world nation.

I think the general was a little nervous on camera...different than a "freudian slip" IMO.

Well will see tomorrow.
Right now it looks like DC is all fenced in and 50,000. military guards to make sure the criminals don't escape.
