Yup. That's an industrial/commercial bar :D What the Big Boys trade on paper, that almost never changes hands physically among individuals.

But, $1000 face value of 90% pre-64 silver weighs almost as much - about 53 pounds. With silver, you get a lot for your money ...

Saw the ad after business hours, so I could not confirm a purchase requirement, but as I understand it at present, a purchase is necessary to register for the bar.

"here" and just enter your email. entry complete. No purchase necessary because otherwise they have to register as a gaming entity/gambling, which makes it illegal a lot of places and ads a ton of red tape. Almost any sweepstakes/giveaway is no purchase necessary for these reasons.

It would only be temporary unless I could barter some equipment for the bar.

Changing from silver->FRN->goods would be quick.
