Things are escalating quicky in the Netherlands [Backstory Here]. Video has surfaced of Dutch police opening fire with real bullets on an unarmed protesting farmer who drove his tractor around a police roadblock. [Source and Source]

Several reports from the Netherlands highlight government efforts to stop Dutch farmers from protesting and blocking transit points. As a result, Dutch farmers have been taking rural routes to their protest destinations and local law enforcement have been trying to stop them with police roadblocks.

Two videos appear to show large farming tractors, easily able to overcome traditional street curbs, driving around the one of the police roadblocks as a police officer opens fire and shoots twice at the second tractor. An image of a bullet hole in the cab of the tractor appears to confirm live rounds are being fired at the farmers. WATCH:

Let us see how this works. First, we're in a world food crisis and second, we shoot farmers. Somehow that just doesn't seem a reasonable thing to do. Of course, reasonable and 2022 don't seem to mix. I'd even go so far to say that reasonable and 2022 in the same sentence would be an oxymoron.

Eat local sound really good. Eating local is good, but local cannot produce enough to feed you for a year. Local only produces what grows locally. In Iowa that tends to be field corn and soybeans. Sure, we produce the largest percentage of pork, are one of the top ranked egg producers, raise beef and turkeys. We have orchards and pick your own. We have farmers markets. We produce popcorn and sweet corn for processing. We raise virtually zero wheat. And we do not produce enough fruit to supply a year to every Iowan. We need the so-called factory farmers to feed the nation.

Each area of the country has specialties such as pecans in the south, almonds in California, potatoes in Idaho, wheat in Kansas, Oklahoma, Wyoming and Montana, apples in Washington and Michigan etc. Taken altogether we can feed our country provided everything works together. We need farmers and farmers need fuel, fertilizer, seeds and equipment. We need truckers to haul from farm to factory or meat processors and then from processors to warehouse and warehouses to retail stores. We need retail stores and workers. Any break in the chain and we could all end up going hungry.

Trudeau and Rutte have a close and personal relationship, so it doesn’t come as a surprise to see the Dutch government trying to stop farmer protests following the same approach as the Canadian government toward the trucker protests.
In a short video resurfacing today, the farmers caught Dutch police units disguising themselves as farmers and infiltrating the protest. According to independent journalists who were recording the events, the plain clothes units were agitating for violence, a tactic to initiate a heavy-handed government response.
When the Dutch people realized they were police the undercover ‘Agent Provocateurs’ pulled batons to protect themselves and desperately retreated to a nearby police van. WATCH:

The serious people of the world increasingly recognize that the cabal of evil including Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates are the Hitlers and Stalins of this semi-modern world. Comparison to Hitler and Stalin in no way implies a ‘violation’ of Godwin’s Law.

If anything, Hitler and Stalin may end as minor historical figures compared to what is unfolding.

It’s time to stop taking the bait and talking about the bullshit Global Warming scam and information war, the sex changes, pronouns, masking, death-vaxxines, idiots taking a knee as Kult salute, the terrorists of Black Lives Matter, and drug-addlers of ANTIFA, who all do bidding for evil psychopaths such as Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab. All that is not the topic.

When you have arson…you hunt arsonists. If you spend your life fighting fires (policy in this case), you will lose never realizing you had to neutralize the arsonist or he would burn down the earth.

Stop fighting the policy.

Who warned you about potential famines continuously since January 2020? Most of my readers see it now, and a long time ago. The average citizen still seems mostly oblivious — like Do Do Birds. Honking around like baby seals while the Schwabs and Gates of the Kult club their heads.

Notice before January 2020, I never warned other than occasionally saying be a prepper or be prepared. But since January 2020 I have warned no less than 3,000 times about the coming famines.

I’ve been monitoring Dutch farmer radio comms this morning. They started assembling at — arguably — about 0300. Some became impatient and wanted to go forward before assembly was complete. And so if you are on the streets here you may see packets of farm vehicles spread all over.

The farmers, fishermen, and truckers, are our profound allies. But fighting the policy at this point…we are way beyond mere policy change. This is Global 1848.

this is very, very true.

i think the bigger point is that production plan is maybe not a good long term plan. right now, we are seeing why it isn't. lots of things need to change. it really does need to go back to the "old way" in many respects. some things are better with the new, and some things are better with the old. a good blend of the two is smart.

we need to start being smart.

The farming issue we all need to fear is lack thereof. The average age of farmers is increasing without younger farmers replacing them. Unless a son or daughter works with the parents over years slowing acquiring an interest in the farm and equipment, there is no way a young person can afford to get into farming. Most family farms are now set up as corporations which allows slowly acquiring more and more of an interest and, if parents live long enough, son or daughter can become major owners. Parents can retire and the farm can continue. However, more and more young people are not interested in the hard work and extreme risk of farming. The green people work hard to put farmers out of business with no insight into to the starvation they are going to cause, or they don't give a d**n.

Farming is extremely overregulated by the government, highly taxed and death taxes make inheriting nearly impossible. Equipment prices are in hundreds of thousands, seed costs doubled between 2021 and 2022 as did most other inputs and that's without considering the cost of fuel. For livestock farmers the cost of hay and feed has skyrocketed. In today's paper there was an article about increases in land rental costs by $200 or more per acre. If farmer is renting 1000 acres that's $200,000. So, does that farmer say no to renting those 1000 acres and thereby reduce the amount he produces next year? Inputs per acre have already pushed profitability to the limit for this year's crop which to me means that farmer cannot afford the risk of that extra $200 per acre cost. Banks are become more conservative on loans and interest is rising. Most farms borrow for inputs to get the crop in the ground and pay the loans at harvest. If loan money dries up or banks decide to call loans (1980's reprise), we'll see farms failing.

I heard from one of my regular FB posters that he population of the Netherlands is exploding.... with immigrants from the Middle East. Housing is in a huge crisis. So the gov't wants farmers off their land so they can build housing for their new "guests". Nitrogen is their excuse to grab privately owned land.

This sounds plausible.

Farming in The Netherlands still has large number of family farms that make very little money for the families but its a lifestyle choice.

As a test and likely under direction from WEF the farmers ‘to lower nitrogen levels’ have been told to reduce lifestock by 50% and to massively reduce fertilizer use. Farms running at subsistence go to negative. Food output stops or slows considerably and we get.

1. Starvation and Famine, this is the ultimate weapon WEF Is Creating to force the world to submit to their control.

2. As family farms go under I am sure corporations and billionaires Like Bill Gates will gladly step in and buy on pennies on the dollars, now WEF gets you will own nothing,,, and supposedly be happy.

3. If you think They Will Not Roll this out Here You have not been paying attention.

Brandon shuts down US energy production, starts war between Russia and Ukraine that shutsdown energy and fertilizer, next they will squeeze US family farms by limiting prices (in US because ‘food is not a weapon or sone such nonsense’ so family farms can’t make up for increased costs. Family farms can’t pay back loans, banks gobble up farms and sell to who? Gates, Blackrock and any number of evil individuals and corporations hell the government may get into the corporate farming gig to put some starving slaves to work keeping the elite and government well fed.

Also now you know why they want your guns. They have lots of plans and don’t want you stupid non ivy league peasants getting all uppidity and having a direct say in what they want you to do.

It's since been taken down off YouTube. There was a documentary about Cuba's "Special Period", that started with the fall of the Soviet Union. Cuba lost its foreign aid and had to fend for itself, handicapped by economic sanctions from the US.

In order to prevent people from revolting due to lack of food, the Communist government of Cuba was forced to allow capitalism, allowing farmers to make and keep profits of their food production. Micro farms and organic gardening were encouraged with people benefiting from the food they produced. Cuban Doctors reportedly became farmers because of a significant increase in income.

History sometimes rhymes. When the government is afraid of loosing power or worse I suspect farming regulations, food processing, sales regulations and related taxes, fees and licenses will be negated or streamlined. Farmers will start making a profit again.

First of all, some people are finally recognizing you can’t play by the old rules, if you want to win. Second, the other side wants you dead or enslaved, so there is no choice but to win. I think we should all concentrate on the fact that “I just want to be left alone” is a time honored losing strategy. As conservative Americans, we need to really digest what the Dutch and Canadians have recently done. Playing by the old rules is not only meaningless but outright self destruction… :kaid:
