Seed Seeds Ordered

Just got our seeds ordered for spring. seedsavers heirlooms seeds They were already out of a lot of varieties. We have to do short growing seasons vegetables. Heirloom Seeds

I'm waiting to see what I can get out of the seeds I have. Basically, purging. Planting to see what comes up and replacing if nothing comes up.

We did that last yr. So this yr is a buy new seeds. Beets, carrots, leeks, cabbage, tomatoes etc. Except for our heritage yellow eye, black beans and dragon beans. They always come up with no problem. We save seeds each yr. Picking at 4 inches long and no strings . We always save a section of each kind to never pick for our seeds. Have some still hanging drying in the barn.

I've read of folks using Hydrogan Peroxide for older seeds, do a search on it for the how to.
