Have had great luck with Sabrent cases.

Assuming it is Windows 8/10/11:
If the USB device shows that it "installs" but no drive shows up, then check your "Disk Management" area. The device may show up in the bottom with no partitions or drive letters, and it might need to be setup.

Disc 0 seems to be Windoze then a Disc 1 not initialized. I'm lost from there as it is hitting the edge of my knowledgebase.

I need to set it up with NTSC IIRC [[I will recognize that when I see it, no partitions nor boot as it is simply for sorage. I'm getting no options to do anything just a popup telling me it need to be initialized.

Disc 0 is your main drive (what you currently use) & you'll see the drive letters to the right of it that it uses. DO NOT TOUCH THIS DRIVE!

You can google "disk 1 how to initialize" to get instructions and videos on how to initialize your new drive and give it a drive letter so you can access it. You'll access the menu by right clicking on the disk 1, most likely.

The basic steps are, initialize the drive, assign drive letters, then format the drive.

I was just reading. SeemsGPT is the way to go and I can set the partition size after that. Right click does give those oprions.

Sat, do you have a friend in the area who can initialize/format that drive for you?

It's one operation that if you screw up, can really screw up your system.

And not throwing shade on you, but with your acknowledged vision problems and etc... Maybe it'd be best to get a bit of help.

Sometimes Libraries have staff that if asked nicely, can help with such.

Alternative is a pre-formatted external HDD like the WD, Toshiba or Seagate offerings at Wally World.
