This one might take, too. She was just in the hospital this week for " scheduled emergency tx " if iirc. I don't like it, more than I don't like alot of things we see?

Here is an issue-if she manages to make it into Election Season could it not be done to President Trump as was done to Obama where a President cannot elect a S.C.L. during the Election cycle in case he does not win or am I missremembering something?

THIS is and always has been the primary existential threat to democrats, especially since they have been so salted with extreme liberals, uhh, socialists. They know full well that the longer DJT is in the whitehouse, the greater their losses on SCOTUS will be. This can be a huge setback for them, and it will last for decades. Loss of RBG will be an epic panic for them, leading to hair-on-fire behaviors during confirmation hearings. This will drive even more independents (the true power base in elections) away from voting demo

There is no Impeachment Process. The MSM is intentionally misleading people. At this point it is a 'Process' to decide if they want to actually try to start an Impeachment.

No more Legal to block him in this than it would be for a Cop to pull you over for 'Thinking' you might run a Red Light.

Whether it's her cancer or some bug or just a bad fall really isn't the issue. At her age she's frail, and when you're frail it doesn't take much. My stepfather was frail at the end. He could get through an evening pretty well, sitting down and holding court. But one night he fell in the bedroom. My wife and I heard the fall from downstairs, looked at each other, and said "That didn't sound good". He was apparently uninjured, but the medics took him to the hospital just to be sure, and he never came home. Small things cascaded, and in two weeks or so he was dead.

At that age your body is a set of dominoes, and when one goes they all go.

I just had a thought.....If there is a vote on impeachment and RBG dies, both issues go to the Senate. The Dems are going to try to fill the docket with an impeachment trial so that there isn't time to confirm a SCJ before the elections next year. Then, its voter fraud like the world has never seen.

They can decline to hold hearings for his replacement until the next election. Since they have their plate full trying to take down President Trump, and don't even have time for the normal business of the government, or silly things like the budget, legislation, treaties, etc., I don't see how they can possibly fit in the replacement of a Supreme Court Justice.

But its just Senate rules, not law. Senators make up the rules and Mitch McConnell and the republicans have the majority now. They could change the rules if they wanted to.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg back in hospital tonight

Folks,

Fox 5 DC is reporting that Supreme court justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg has been taken tonight to Johns Hopkins hospital in Baltimore this evening, complaining of chills and fever.
Apparently she went to the hospital a few hours ago, starting out at Sibley hospital in DC. The docs there transferred her to Johns Hopkins. The news report also said she is expected to be released tomorrow.

(I don't buy that for a minute.Her age, pre existing conditions and medical history indicates otherwise).
