The channel for this video was created, video was posted and then no more. The channel maker views no videos, posts no more videos, etc.
This reeks of a video posted by a Russian intelligence organ.
The further I look, the more suspicious I become.
The primary site for this "Popular Information Agency" news network in Russia is clearly a full-scale web site:
http://www.apinews.ru/
http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translat...//www.apinews.ru/&lp=ru_en&btnTrUrl=Translate
Yet the only links that emerge to this site in a Google search are of the YouTube video channel.....as if this site just appeared exclusively to present this story:
http://www.google.com/search?q=Russ...ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7&rlz=1I7GPEA_en
Furthermore, the primary story on this site is about this Russian psychic predicting a nuclear terror attack against a major U.S. city....who, BTW, apparently just died according to the site's lead story:

Who would bother to create a whole bogus news agency to float a story about a now deceased psychic anticipating a nuclear terror attack on a U.S. city?
Well....should the prediction prove true....we know what intelligence agency was in a position for such a ludicrous, horrific charade.
BTW, I believe Islamic terrorist networks are unwitting proxies of Russian intelligence:

Finalist third season «Battles psychics» Alex Fad last spring exclusively Agency popular information APInews.Ru made a prophetic statement on the global events that may occur in the second half of 2009. Сам Алексей уже не сможет увидеть на этом свете, сбылись его предсказания, так как по мистическому совпадению, он скончался всего за несколько дней до 1 июля, которое точно делит год на две половины. Sam Alex will not be able to see in this world, his predictions have come true, because the mystical coincidence, he died just days before the July 1, which clearly divides the year into two halves.
