That is not called out in the Constitution. The only thing called out in the Constitution related to the President is this:
"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
Kamala herself was born here and has been "fourteen years a Resident within the United States".
Maybe I missed something?
Start looking at the definition of citizen when both parents are not citizens.
Children of two illegals are called citizens but there is a legal argument, in the 14th amendment I think, against that.
