Tropical Storm Allison's 3 feet of rain caused up to $2 billion in
damage in Houston, making it the most destructive storm in the city's
history, Mayor Lee Brown said Wednesday. "This is clearly the most
expensive, the most devastating disaster we've ever had," Brown said.
The storm killed 21 people and turned neighborhoods into lakes and
roads into rivers. The storm damaged 24,000 homes, at least 526
commercial buildings, including several downtown skyscrapers, and
many government, medical and performing arts buildings.
Contrast Houston's woes with what Florida is going through. CBS News
Anchor Dan Rather reported on June 4th, 2001 that as the hurricane
season begins, the state finds Mother Nature bearing down with more
bad news, posing perhaps catastrophic consequences for Florida's
major industries: tourism and agriculture.
Just two weeks ago, an 800-acre fire in central Florida closed five
major Orlando-area highways this morning and contributed to a
nine-car pileup on the Florida Turnpike. Also a swamp fire in north
Florida that has burned nearly 61,000 acres. So far this year, 2,844
fires have burned 254,500 acres in Florida.
Forestry officials fear even more fires before hurricane rains offer
any relief to this drought stricken state. And when the wind and
rains do come, they may not save the Florida citrus industry.
Work crews are racing against time to eradicate a deadly citrus
canker spread by wind and rain. They are fearful that if tropical
storms with their strong wind and rain move the bacteria north to
what's called the heart of "big citrus." Oranges and grapefruits -- a
$9 billion industry -- could be lost. "Are we gonna come back after
this is over, if it is ever over?" asks Carlos Bekardi, University of
Florida Agricultural Services. "I don't believe, I don't believe its
gonna happen. I think that's why I say we lost the industry here."
This is the only way to stop the citrus canker infestation from
spreading is by bulldozing and burning the groves. For the trees,
it's lethal. First the leaves drop, then the fruit. Then the tree
dies. This is an insidious citrus canker. It is caused by bacteria
that's harmless to humans, but devastating to a citrus grove and it
can spread from tree to tree or with birds or the wind. Add water to
that wind - as in rain - and it can spread for miles.
Dan rather concluded this report with perhaps a prophetic statement:
"In Florida you don't have to be a weatherman to know that whichever
way the winds blows during this mean season, it will be an ill wind."
And the hurricane season is just getting underway.
But what does all this mean prophetically. The answers can be found
in Amos and Deueronomy:
God says, through the prophet Amos: "......you have not returned to
me, declares the Lord. I also withheld rain from you when the harvest
was still three months away. I sent rain on one town, but withheld it
from another. One field had rain; another had none and dried up.
People staggered from town to town for water but did not get enough
to drink, yet you have not returned to me, declares the Lord." (Amos
4:6-8)
This speaks clearly of God's judgment on America. Amos 4:7 has been
fulfilled. "One field had rain; another had none." Notice two things
in this passage of scripture. Number one, God caused this situation
by His own word. And number two, this passage demonstrates the
purpose of the judgment: that being repentance ("... you have not
returned to me, declares the Lord").
Rain and draught occurring simultaneously in the same country at the
same time is a sign of God's judgement as he is pleading for
repentance.
Disobedience to God's commands will bring a curse upon the land:
"So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command
you this day, to the right hand or to the left, to go after other
gods to serve them. "But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey
the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His
commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all
these curses will come upon you and overtake you: "Cursed shall you
be in the city, and cursed shall you be in the country. "Cursed shall
be your basket and your kneading bowl. "Cursed shall be the fruit of
your body and the produce of your land, the increase of your cattle
and the offspring of your flocks." (Deut 28:14-18)

God’s Perfect Storm Warning – John McTernan
June 13, 2001
From June 8 to June 9, 2001, one of the greatest rainfalls in the
history of the United States happened in eastern Texas. In a 24-hour
period, over 28 inches of rain fell in the Houston area. In
fact, between June 5 and 11, three feet of rain fell on the area. The
rain was the product of Tropical Storm Allison, whose brief history
will go down in Weather Bureau records as "weird"—to say the least.
Allison formed within one day in the Gulf of Mexico, which is
unusual. This storm then headed into Texas east of Houston and broke
up as a storm system. The remnants drifted to the north of Houston
and circled around the city before sliding back south to the Gulf.
The storm then re-formed into a tropical storm, which began to
unleash incredible torrents of rain starting Friday evening and into
Saturday.
The destruction in Houston was catastrophic. An estimated 20,000
homes and businesses were destroyed or damaged, along with possibly
50,000 automobiles and trucks. The city was closed for three days.
Twenty-eight counties in Texas were declared a disaster area along
with 14 parishes in Louisiana. The resulting damage will be close to
$2 billion. This was an incredible storm that did tremendous damage
to southeast Texas.
Storms of this magnitude are usually connected to some national
sinful event involving abortion, homosexuality, or the pressuring of
Israel over her covenant land. This storm was no exception. President
George W. Bush sent CIA director George Tenet to Israel to try and
broker a cease-fire between the Israelis and the Palestinians and to
implement the Mitchell Report. This was the Bush administration’s
first real involvement in the Middle East crisis. Tenet wanted Israel
to stop building in the settlement areas.
Tenet arrived in the Middle East on Wednesday. On Friday, June 8, the
Central Intelligence Agency director hosted talks between senior
Israeli and Palestinian security officials in Ramallah, while
Assistant Secretary of State William Burns met Palestinian President
Yasser Arafat in the West Bank city. This was at the same time
Allison re-formed as a tropical storm and began dumping this
tremendous rain. The two events exactly coincided! On the nightly
news, the flooding and the meetings in Israel were reported together!
Texas is President Bush’s home state. He was at his ranch in
Crawford, Texas at the time of the flooding. He declared the 28
counties in Texas a federal disaster area while he was in Texas. This
was the third time since the Madrid Peace Process began that a
sitting president’s state has been the location of a powerful and
damaging storm, occurring at the exact time the president was
involved with Israel and the covenant land. The first disaster
literally destroyed President George H. Bush’s home in Maine. This
storm, which came to be known as "The Perfect Storm," happened while
President Bush was initiating the Madrid Peace process on October 31,
1991.
According to meteorologists, a "perfect storm" occurs once every 100
years. This storm formed in the North Atlantic and headed west for
1000 miles. The normal weather patterns in the United States are west
to east, not east to west.
This was one of the most powerful storms ever. It generated waves
over 100 feet high, the highest waves ever reported in the North
Atlantic Ocean. As the storm moved west, it sent 30-foot waves
smashing at President Bush’s home in Maine. This storm actually
struck while the President was opening the Madrid Peace Process. When
the President returned home, he had to go to Maine to oversee the
repair of his home.
In March of 1997, President Clinton invited Palestinian leader Yasser
Arafat to the White House to discuss his "problems" with Jerusalem.
While Arafat was en route, a powerful tornado storm ripped through
seven states, with the worst damage in Arkansas, Kentucky and Ohio.
Clinton’s home state of Arkansas bore the brunt of the storm with 13
counties declared a disaster area. This storm brought record flooding
to the Ohio River. Clinton met with Arafat, and the headline of a New
York Times front-page article on March 4, 1997, read, "President
Clinton Rebukes Israel." The headline of the adjacent article read,
"In Storms’ Wake: Grief And Shock." The report of Clinton’s home
state being devastated by tornadoes was on the front page of the N.Y.
Times right next to the one of Clinton verbally attacking Israel.
The home states of all three of these presidents were affected by
severe weather patterns simultaneously to their diplomatic dealings,
which were putting pressure on the covenant land agreements for the
nation of Israel.
The enormous damage to President Bush’s home in Maine by "The Perfect
Storm" was eerie, coming just as he was directly responsible for
initiating the Madrid Peace Process, which affected Israel’s land.
All three of these storms were ferocious and record-breaking. Both
George W. Bush and Clinton had to declare disaster areas in their own
states at the very time they were dealing with land giveaway in
Israel.
A clear pattern has developed here. Are these presidents being warned
by God not to interfere with the covenant land of Israel? Can all of
this just be a coincidence? Or is the hand of God signaling a perfect
storm warning?
With God there are no coincidences. God continues to plead for
repentance. The signs are everywhere. There have been yet more signs
in the heavens and more signs in the earth as volcanic and tectonic
activity his increasing at an alarming rate. I will post on these
events next, God willing.
In the Middle-East the reports are not good. Although there is a
cease-fire in effect (the killing is continuing), but it is what is
going on behind the scenes that is of concern. For example:
I received this unsubstantiated report from a subscriber who
indicated J.R.Church (whom I respect) said that his military sources
indicated that Ariel Sharon went to Russia not long ago to talk with
Putin and told him if Russia sells the missle defense system to Syria
that they (Isreal) plan too destroy Syria before the system reaches
them. Also Assad met with Putin and Putin told him not attack Isreal
until they give the go ahead. Assad then got up from his chair and
stormed out of the room in great anger. J.R. said that this indicated
that Assad had planed for this to take place. We are getting close.
Things are being held in check by the Holy Spirit until the right
time."
Is this report possibly true? Well, you do not need to verify its
veracity per sei, just read the BIble: "The burden against Damascus.
"Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city, and it will be a
ruinous heap." (Isa 17:1) God has already told us, through the
prophet Isaiah that Damascus will be utterly destoyed as we approach
the time of Messiah's return.
Consider that Syrian Defence Minister Brigadier General Mustafa Talas
visited Russia on Mat 25th, 2001. According to the Tzemach News
Service, the secret conversations touched on very delicate issues of
resuming the full-scale military-technical cooperation between the
two countries that was suspended in the early 1990s but has gradually
begun to return to life over the last two years. According to
information, the Syrians are ready to pay up to $1 billion within the
next few years for repairs of its existing military equipment and the
purchase of new military hardware. Another issue that the Syrians are
persistently raising is far more sensitive: the sale of Russian S-300
air defence systems to Damascus. These systems are so effective that
they could change the entire military-strategic situation in the Near
East region.
Representatives of Russia's stated-owned arms exporting company
Rosvooruzheniye and Iran's defense ministry met this week for talks
on Russia's arms and components exports to Iran, with a focus on the
Tor-1M anti-aircraft systems.
In other news, Iran has successfully test-fired a solid-fuelled
surface-to-surface guided missile, the Fateh 110, the state-run IRNA
news agency reported on Thursday. It said the missile has been
designed and produced independently by Iranian military experts and
can be guided to destroy its targets with high accuracy." Isaiah 17:1
could indeed occur at any time.
Sadly, on June 13th, President Bush did not show support for Israel
by delayed the move of the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, Israel's
capital. Although Bush, who promised during the presidential race to
relocate the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem as soon as he took
office, has postponed the move for at least 6 months, drawing
criticism from Jewish and congressional advocates of the transfer.
Bush's justification was to cite national security concerns. "I
hereby determine that it is necessary to protect the national
security interests of the United States to suspend for a period of
six months the limitations set forth in the [Jerusalem Embassy Act].
My administration remains committed to beginning the process of
moving our embassy to Jerusalem." A State Department official said,
President Bush " concluded that moving the embassy now would be
contrary to our national security interests. Specifically, it would
complicate our ability to work with the parties to bring an end to
the violence in the region." "In this time of very real terrorist
threats to US missions and personnel abroad, the State Department
must have access to the funds necessary to upgrade the security and
operations of its missions worldwide," the official added.
On the one hand it sounds reasonable, on the other hand, considering
Israel is our main ally in the Middle-East, this is very clearly
waffeling on our support for Israel. Is this a veiled message to
Israel that they will use U.S. support unless they comply to a U.S.
brokered peace including land give backs.
The Mitchell Report, completed on May 22 (a report commissioned by
former President Clinton in October of 2000, bit supported by Bush),
calling for an Israeli settlement freeze and for the Palestinians to
stop their terrorism. Again, the ultimate plan was for Israel to give
up her land.
God does not look favorably upon those who would divide HIS land.
Here is what God says through the prophet Joel:
"For behold, in those days and at that time, when I bring back the
captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and
bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will enter into
judgment with them there on account of My people, My heritage Israel,
whom they have scattered among the nations; they have also divided up
My land."
This is a dangerous time for America as once again the United States
is playing peace broker in the Middle East under George W. Bush and
seeking to divide the land.
When one considers that America is ripe for judgement and if the
Ezekiel 38 invasion does occur, that America may well be the other
nation that lives in the safety of the far distant coast lands that
is judged by God (See the Prophetic Links below for more information
on America's spiritual condition).

China may provide the distraction necessary for Russia to move
against the Middle-East. Consider that China is mobilizing some of
its short-range missiles near Taiwan as other military forces are
engaged in the largest war games in five years, according to U.S.
intelligence officials. This has caused the U.S. to move a Carrier
battle group into close proximity to the area inviting a response by
China.
Things could get very tense for America in the days ahead for it is a
fearful thing to fall into the hands of an angry God, and yet the God
is merciful and continues to plead for repentance. There are many
Pastor's on the pulpits of churches who are either not calling their
flocks to repentance (by preaching comfortable messages) or are
harvest focused but do not realize the harvest will be in the midst
of great turmoil in the heavens and on the earth (read Joel). We can
even find God pleading for repentance during he tribulation as the
bowels are poured out, John notes: "and still man did not repent."
Is your spiritual house in order? There might not be much time
depending on the amount of intercession and repentance that is going
up to the Lord.
Things are heating up and Israel is God's time peace for the
culmination of all things. She is surrounded by radical Muslim
nations dedicated to her destruction. Russia is arming and preparing
these troops exactly as the Bible predicted. And the peace process --
though fraught with problems, is continuing forward. When it
eventually reaches conclusion, it may produce a false sense of
security for Israel and may perhaps be the time that "Russia thinks
an evil thought", and leads the radical Muslim nations in their
ill-fated invasion of Israel. Or, perhaps, it is in the aftermath of
the invasion that peace is achieved only to later usher in
destruction as Israel cries out, Peace, Peace!
What Israel's enemies will not anticipate is God's intervention in
the course of human history. The result is catastrophic for the
invaders, but will change life for all mankind, as well. These events
include nuclear weapons and an earthquake so large that it shakes the
entire earth. But most important is that, during this time in
history, God once again pours out His Spirit on the House of Israel,
showing His greatness and holiness, and making Himself known in the
sight of many nations. "Then they will know that I am the LORD". (Eze
38:23) God will "once again, in a little while, shake the heavens and
the earth, and the sea and the dry land; and I will shake all
nations, and the desired of all nations shall come: and I will fill
this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts."(Haggai 2:6-7) "And
the desired of the nations shall come.''
``It is now the hour to awake from sleep, for our salvation is closer
than when we first accepted the faith.'' (Rom 13:11)
God's righteous judgements are always redemptive. He does not desire
that anyone perish, but that all come to repentance and everlasting
life.
This invasion could now take place at almost any time. To prepare for
it, stay close to the Lord by purifying your heart and thoughts
through the daily washing of the Word. Be careful not to forsake the
Holy One of Israel. Soon the culmination of all things shall begin.
Purify yourselves daily by the reading of the Word. Jesus is
returning for a Holy and Spotless Church. ``Today is the day of
salvation for many who are perishing; their tomorrow shall not see my
return in glory to judge the living and the dead. Today is the day of
their salvation." Don't delay. Time is short. You have no guarantee
that you will even see tomorrow. If you die without receiving Jesus
as your Lord and Savior, your eternal destiny is fixed.
As we see the signs of His return drawing close, what manner of holy
life should we be living? Remember that Jesus is returning for a Holy
and Spotless Bride. Whether His return is today or 10 years from now
is irrelevant since eternity is only a heart beat away for any of us.
So choose this day whom you will serve, ask the Holy Spirit to search
you to see if there be any iniquity in you, and then call upon Jesus
your Deliverer. He is faithful for forgive our sins and cleanse us
from all unfaithfulness.

away from God's righteous judgement. The only hope for America is 2
Chronicles 7:14:

storm, which came to be known as "The Perfect Storm," happened while
President Bush was initiating the Madrid Peace process on October 31,
1991.
According to meteorologists, a "perfect storm" occurs once every 100
years. This storm formed in the North Atlantic and headed west for
1000 miles. The normal weather patterns in the United States are west
to east, not east to west.
This was one of the most powerful storms ever. It generated waves
over 100 feet high, the highest waves ever reported in the North
Atlantic Ocean. As the storm moved west, it sent 30-foot waves
smashing at President Bush’s home in Maine. This storm actually
struck while the President was opening the Madrid Peace Process. When
the President returned home, he had to go to Maine to oversee the
repair of his home.
In March of 1997, President Clinton invited Palestinian leader Yasser
Arafat to the White House to discuss his "problems" with Jerusalem.
While Arafat was en route, a powerful tornado storm ripped through
seven states, with the worst damage in Arkansas, Kentucky and Ohio.
Clinton’s home state of Arkansas bore the brunt of the storm with 13
counties declared a disaster area. This storm brought record flooding
to the Ohio River. Clinton met with Arafat, and the headline of a New
York Times front-page article on March 4, 1997, read, "President
Clinton Rebukes Israel." The headline of the adjacent article read,
"In Storms’ Wake: Grief And Shock." The report of Clinton’s home
state being devastated by tornadoes was on the front page of the N.Y.
Times right next to the one of Clinton verbally attacking Israel.
The home states of all three of these presidents were affected by
severe weather patterns simultaneously to their diplomatic dealings,
which were putting pressure on the covenant land agreements for the
nation of Israel.
The enormous damage to President Bush’s home in Maine by "The Perfect
Storm" was eerie, coming just as he was directly responsible for
initiating the Madrid Peace Process, which affected Israel’s land.
All three of these storms were ferocious and record-breaking. Both
George W. Bush and Clinton had to declare disaster areas in their own
states at the very time they were dealing with land giveaway in
Israel.
A clear pattern has developed here. Are these presidents being warned
by God not to interfere with the covenant land of Israel? Can all of
this just be a coincidence? Or is the hand of God signaling a perfect
storm warning?
With God there are no coincidences. God continues to plead for
repentance. The signs are everywhere. There have been yet more signs
in the heavens and more signs in the earth as volcanic and tectonic
activity his increasing at an alarming rate. I will post on these
events next, God willing.
In the Middle-East the reports are not good. Although there is a
cease-fire in effect (the killing is continuing), but it is what is
going on behind the scenes that is of concern. For example:
I received this unsubstantiated report from a subscriber who
indicated J.R.Church (whom I respect) said that his military sources
indicated that Ariel Sharon went to Russia not long ago to talk with
Putin and told him if Russia sells the missle defense system to Syria
that they (Isreal) plan too destroy Syria before the system reaches
them. Also Assad met with Putin and Putin told him not attack Isreal
until they give the go ahead. Assad then got up from his chair and
stormed out of the room in great anger. J.R. said that this indicated
that Assad had planed for this to take place. We are getting close.
Things are being held in check by the Holy Spirit until the right
time."
Is this report possibly true? Well, you do not need to verify its
veracity per sei, just read the BIble: "The burden against Damascus.
"Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city, and it will be a
ruinous heap." (Isa 17:1) God has already told us, through the
prophet Isaiah that Damascus will be utterly destoyed as we approach
the time of Messiah's return.
Consider that Syrian Defence Minister Brigadier General Mustafa Talas
visited Russia on Mat 25th, 2001. According to the Tzemach News
Service, the secret conversations touched on very delicate issues of
resuming the full-scale military-technical cooperation between the
two countries that was suspended in the early 1990s but has gradually
begun to return to life over the last two years. According to
information, the Syrians are ready to pay up to $1 billion within the
next few years for repairs of its existing military equipment and the
purchase of new military hardware. Another issue that the Syrians are
persistently raising is far more sensitive: the sale of Russian S-300
air defence systems to Damascus. These systems are so effective that
they could change the entire military-strategic situation in the Near
East region.
Representatives of Russia's stated-owned arms exporting company
Rosvooruzheniye and Iran's defense ministry met this week for talks
on Russia's arms and components exports to Iran, with a focus on the
Tor-1M anti-aircraft systems.
In other news, Iran has successfully test-fired a solid-fuelled
surface-to-surface guided missile, the Fateh 110, the state-run IRNA
news agency reported on Thursday. It said the missile has been
designed and produced independently by Iranian military experts and
can be guided to destroy its targets with high accuracy." Isaiah 17:1
could indeed occur at any time.
Sadly, on June 13th, President Bush did not show support for Israel
by delayed the move of the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, Israel's
capital. Although Bush, who promised during the presidential race to
relocate the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem as soon as he took
office, has postponed the move for at least 6 months, drawing
criticism from Jewish and congressional advocates of the transfer.
Bush's justification was to cite national security concerns. "I
hereby determine that it is necessary to protect the national
security interests of the United States to suspend for a period of
six months the limitations set forth in the [Jerusalem Embassy Act].
My administration remains committed to beginning the process of
moving our embassy to Jerusalem." A State Department official said,
President Bush " concluded that moving the embassy now would be
contrary to our national security interests. Specifically, it would
complicate our ability to work with the parties to bring an end to
the violence in the region." "In this time of very real terrorist
threats to US missions and personnel abroad, the State Department
must have access to the funds necessary to upgrade the security and
operations of its missions worldwide," the official added.
On the one hand it sounds reasonable, on the other hand, considering
Israel is our main ally in the Middle-East, this is very clearly
waffeling on our support for Israel. Is this a veiled message to
Israel that they will use U.S. support unless they comply to a U.S.
brokered peace including land give backs.
The Mitchell Report, completed on May 22 (a report commissioned by
former President Clinton in October of 2000, bit supported by Bush),
calling for an Israeli settlement freeze and for the Palestinians to
stop their terrorism. Again, the ultimate plan was for Israel to give
up her land.
God does not look favorably upon those who would divide HIS land.
Here is what God says through the prophet Joel:
"For behold, in those days and at that time, when I bring back the
captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and
bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will enter into
judgment with them there on account of My people, My heritage Israel,
whom they have scattered among the nations; they have also divided up
My land."
This is a dangerous time for America as once again the United States
is playing peace broker in the Middle East under George W. Bush and
seeking to divide the land.
When one considers that America is ripe for judgement and if the
Ezekiel 38 invasion does occur, that America may well be the other
nation that lives in the safety of the far distant coast lands that
is judged by God (See the Prophetic Links below for more information
on America's spiritual condition).

China may provide the distraction necessary for Russia to move
against the Middle-East. Consider that China is mobilizing some of
its short-range missiles near Taiwan as other military forces are
engaged in the largest war games in five years, according to U.S.
intelligence officials. This has caused the U.S. to move a Carrier
battle group into close proximity to the area inviting a response by
China.
Things could get very tense for America in the days ahead for it is a
fearful thing to fall into the hands of an angry God, and yet the God
is merciful and continues to plead for repentance. There are many
Pastor's on the pulpits of churches who are either not calling their
flocks to repentance (by preaching comfortable messages) or are
harvest focused but do not realize the harvest will be in the midst
of great turmoil in the heavens and on the earth (read Joel). We can
even find God pleading for repentance during he tribulation as the
bowels are poured out, John notes: "and still man did not repent."
Is your spiritual house in order? There might not be much time
depending on the amount of intercession and repentance that is going
up to the Lord.
Things are heating up and Israel is God's time peace for the
culmination of all things. She is surrounded by radical Muslim
nations dedicated to her destruction. Russia is arming and preparing
these troops exactly as the Bible predicted. And the peace process --
though fraught with problems, is continuing forward. When it
eventually reaches conclusion, it may produce a false sense of
security for Israel and may perhaps be the time that "Russia thinks
an evil thought", and leads the radical Muslim nations in their
ill-fated invasion of Israel. Or, perhaps, it is in the aftermath of
the invasion that peace is achieved only to later usher in
destruction as Israel cries out, Peace, Peace!
What Israel's enemies will not anticipate is God's intervention in
the course of human history. The result is catastrophic for the
invaders, but will change life for all mankind, as well. These events
include nuclear weapons and an earthquake so large that it shakes the
entire earth. But most important is that, during this time in
history, God once again pours out His Spirit on the House of Israel,
showing His greatness and holiness, and making Himself known in the
sight of many nations. "Then they will know that I am the LORD". (Eze
38:23) God will "once again, in a little while, shake the heavens and
the earth, and the sea and the dry land; and I will shake all
nations, and the desired of all nations shall come: and I will fill
this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts."(Haggai 2:6-7) "And
the desired of the nations shall come.''
``It is now the hour to awake from sleep, for our salvation is closer
than when we first accepted the faith.'' (Rom 13:11)
God's righteous judgements are always redemptive. He does not desire
that anyone perish, but that all come to repentance and everlasting
life.
This invasion could now take place at almost any time. To prepare for
it, stay close to the Lord by purifying your heart and thoughts
through the daily washing of the Word. Be careful not to forsake the
Holy One of Israel. Soon the culmination of all things shall begin.
Purify yourselves daily by the reading of the Word. Jesus is
returning for a Holy and Spotless Church. ``Today is the day of
salvation for many who are perishing; their tomorrow shall not see my
return in glory to judge the living and the dead. Today is the day of
their salvation." Don't delay. Time is short. You have no guarantee
that you will even see tomorrow. If you die without receiving Jesus
as your Lord and Savior, your eternal destiny is fixed.
As we see the signs of His return drawing close, what manner of holy
life should we be living? Remember that Jesus is returning for a Holy
and Spotless Bride. Whether His return is today or 10 years from now
is irrelevant since eternity is only a heart beat away for any of us.
So choose this day whom you will serve, ask the Holy Spirit to search
you to see if there be any iniquity in you, and then call upon Jesus
your Deliverer. He is faithful for forgive our sins and cleanse us
from all unfaithfulness.

So there you have it. America and the rest of te world may be living
on borrowed time. We may in fact be just one more major sin event
away from God's righteous judgement. The only hope for America is 2
Chronicles 7:14:
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves,
and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then
will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal
their land."
