CORONA Questions about long covid and treatment, help please

Has No Life - Lives on TB
My wife has been dealing with what appears to be long covid, and it just has not completely gone away. I ordered Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin from All Day Chemist. The Hydroxy arrived today, and hopefully the Ivermectin will soon.

I have been reading until my head is just swimming, and now I'm more confused than when I started. Here is my question for the great minds here. What would be the appropriate dosages of each for her to take? She's 160 pounds, and in otherwise good health. She takes zero prescription meds, but does take vitamin supplements. Thank you in advance for any assistance and clarity.

Here is the FLCCC protocol for long COVID, including Ivermectin dosage: I-RECOVER Protocol | FLCCC | Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance

What are her symptoms? It appears that COVID (as well as other severe stressors) can reactivate the Epstein-Barr virus, which (like chicken pox) most everyone has in their system. Symptoms are similar to COVID plus a lot more, though usually not lung involvement.

To confirm it there are *four* blood tests needed; most doctors only do three. Treatment can be a variety of prescription/natural antivirals (which fortunately also treat COVID; ivermectin seems to have helped my EBV), as well as other supportive supplements.
