Got word from a friend that lives there, that protesters started on the long bridge and are now inside sandpoint. Not sure what it's about....but the military is there watching so things are supposedly cool...for now.

I better not wake up and hear about some dumb shit popping off in my vicinity, or Daddy has to come out of retirement and have a conversation with the sheriff about reserves.

Looting, burning, robbing, and raping....all bad things to do to otherwise peaceful people.

Do not start a war that you are not committed to winning, with people who are.

When I know more, if I know more...I will update.

My son went across the Long Bridge today at about 8:30 pm. No one around. I think Coeur d'Alene sent a strong message to Antifa, yesterday that we will not tolerate that bullshit here. Antifa left in a hurry. Hundreds of armed citizens patrolling every single street in that city last night, and many still out today on patrols. Makes me proud to live here.

Ah, so that’s interesting. I can tell you why. My hubby’s sister is from L.A. She’s so liberal it’s nearly stamped on her forehead. She’s one of those Chelsea Handler type wannabe comedians who’s single, crass, and hates conservatives. My hubs hasn’t talked to her in years.

But we did find out from his father that she and a bunch of her movie-making and photography friends migrated out to Sandpoint to some bed and breakfast on the lake, because one of her friends’ relatives own it. They’re all loving the scenery and the beauty of it, and are inviting other Californians out to their little hippy commune. My FIL said they probably won’t end up leaving for a while.
