So what?
Some people do stupid and or criminal acts, big woop. Happens everyday, in all races
What you trying to say with the number?
So what?
Question is, are they stupid because they’re black or black because they’re stupid? There’s some data that purports to show a lower average IQ among some groups, whites below Asians is one of them. I don’t think cultural intelligence is a linear function. Behavioral intelligence might be a better way to put it. What is it that leads a handful of youts to think it is acceptable behavior to steal a car? Was it a TikTok challenge? Is there anything stupider? Every piece of skin not fuzzed out, was, I believe, black. I’m sure white kids have done similar, to be sure.Saying "black and stupid" seems like a racist statement
Pull over immediately when the lights flash, if you see a safe place “just right up there, but not way up there” turn on your blinker and slow then pull into that wide spot, if they don’t like where or how you pulled over they’ll tell you where to pull over on the PA system.
Don’t be screwing around thinking you know best or that it’s a “fake cop” or some BS fear like that
Have your documents ready, if you make a trooper stand out in the snow, rain or hot sun while you dig through trash, old insurance papers, McDonalds crap and junk and rotten food you’re more likely to get a tix with each passing second they’re standing out there.
Keep your hands on the wheel, engine off, window down with docs in your left hand, or right hand if they approach on pax side, and be ready to hand over immediately ”here you go sir/ma’am”
Don’t be moving or janking around in the vehicle as soon as you come to a stop, or even before you’re stopped
Keep your car clean and smelling nice
I pull over right away! As I have stated before, the cop is in charge the stop, so they choose the location. I don't give one worry about their safety on the road because they are in control of the stop. That is their problem and not mine.
Where I choose to store the required documents is up to me and not the state. If I want to store them in the trunk under the spare tire then that is my business and my business alone. If cops don't like then that is not my problem, and I don't care how the documents are normally stored by other people.
The weather is not my issue. The cop standing in the cold, rain, or snow is doing it on his own accord. I am not forcing him/her to be there. If the cop has to wait a few minutes as I get my documents then so be it. They can wait as long as it takes. They will do the same to me as they run their record checks and write the tickets.
The condition that I keep my car is none of the cops business...period. There is no law that states that my car must be of trash or other objects. Also, there is no law that states how my car must smell. The look and smell of my car is none of the cops concern and if they don't like then that to bad for them. I will keep my car how I want. In fact, how I keep my car is a form of my artul expression covered under the 1st amendment
I do have a question for you. How can a person keep their hands on the wheel and also get the required documents without, as you put it, janking around? I don't know how a person can do that. I will move around in my vehicle as I see fit. I will never call a cop sir or maam. I always thought that was stupid. They are just people. No better or worse then everyone else
^^This. So frustrating! I was driving with my kids in the car yesterday, and had a cop suddenly veer across several lanes of traffic to get in front of me because the other lanes of traffic were going too slow for their taste. They must've gotten a call not long after that, because they suddenly flew back out of my lane, turned their reds on, and started flying around all of us, then straight through a red--didn't even give traffic that had the green time to react--and then veered right into a parking lot. I understand if you've got a call to go to, but reckless driving isn't going to do anyone any good if you cause an accident.Starting with the cops themselves. In my AO they are the ones breaking traffic laws. Speeding and tail gaiting. Illegal U-turns. The list goes on
I have seen legitimate stops where the perp, obviously in the wrong, calls to bystanders to help him. Think, how stupid can he be? You want a total stranger to pull the cops off’n you? Sparky’s going to get a workout. So basically, the nearest gas station or mall, place with people.
See I'm female, if that isn't clear. And I've seen people pulled out of vehicles at traffic stops. I'm not thinking of the cop, I'm thinking of my son and myself.I have seen legitimate stops where the perp, obviously in the wrong, calls to bystanders to help him. Think, how stupid can he be? You want a total stranger to pull the cops off’n you? Sparky’s going to get a workout.
That was cute!
That was the truth. That was cute!
HE GOT WEED!!
This is just dumb. Perhaps you enjoy standing in the rain while removing your spare tire, I don’t.Where I choose to store the required documents is up to me and not the state. If I want to store them in the trunk under the spare tire then that is my business and my business alone. If cops don't like then that is not my problem, and I don't care how the documents are normally stored by other people.
If I have to follow the rules, so should you. This is how SovCit stops should go. No need to jawbone about imaginary Supreme Court Cases and Common Law. You don’t have a license, you refuse to identify, you’re going to jail. What the hell do you gain? This guy gets off easy.I am not a "SovCit" as you put it, but do agree with some of what they say. I hate having to ask permission and pay for a privilege from the government.
Why should a person have to a license to operate a private vehicle on a public road funded with tax payer money?
Why do license plates even exist? They don't do anything but provide a good way to track people and revenue generation. A person should not need a permission slip to operate a vehicle on a public road.
My favorite is when the government violates their own rules and the CITIZEN is the bad guy for trying to fight it. Been there and done that.
So yeah I can understand where the "SovCit" are coming from. Heck I hope a lot more pop up around the country
It is ones perspective that matters. I have no issue standing in the cold rain, and if the cop doesn't like then so be it. The cop is the one that decided to take the job and is the one that pulled me over. It is not my respocibility to makes the cops job easier. If I choose to store my documents in an area that isn't what other people do then so be it.This is just dumb. Perhaps you enjoy standing in the rain while removing your spare tire, I don’t.
You are correct, everyone should follow the rules, including the cops.If I have to follow the rules, so should you. This is how SovCit stops should go. No need to jawbone about imaginary Supreme Court Cases and Common Law. You don’t have a license, you refuse to identify, you’re going to jail. What the hell do you gain? This guy gets off easy.

Jeez! What a cracker meth-head c*nt! The cop should have just tazed her soon as she started spouting off.
No, as I stated above, I don't plan on going "SovCit." I simply stated that I agree with some of what say.Do you intend to actually go SovCit, just because you feel contrary? Gonna display the “please tow me” plate? Enjoy the silver bracelets and jail food? Cavity search?
Interesting that the passenger side of the 89yo's pickup was undamaged. I suspect she died of a heart attack. Questionable it was the officer's fault as they were in a high speed pursuit using techniques intended to arrest travel (and the public threat.)
aw cmon man.Keep your car clean and smelling nice
