Maybe I'm naive but I can't remember any POTUS doing a perpetual campaign.
Going on Lettermen, The View, Myth Busters, Jon Stewart, an hour on MTV, broadcasts to schools, it never ends.
Obama is a master at campaigning and it didn't hurt to have half a billion dollars to spend while doing it.
However, the campaign seems to never end.
Is it legitimate for a POTUS to take so much time to campaign for his party whilst in office?
Are there not other things he should be doing, like his job?
There was an article a while back questioning whether he even likes the job of POTUS, I couldn't find the article but it seem to indicate what he liked was campaigning.
Does he travel all over the country doing fund raising on the Tax Payer dime? If so, that doesn't seem very ethical. Using the PEOPLE's money from ALL the PEOPLE to raise funds to campaign for HALF the people.
Campaign swing takes Obama to West Coast

Seattle, Washington (CNN) – President Obama will wake up in Seattle on Thursday amid a four-day, multi-state tour aimed at propping up embattled Senate incumbents in Washington, California and Nevada.
Obama will hold a rally and fundraiser with Sen. Patty Murray, who is fighting for her political life against Republican Dino Rossi.
The president also will hold a backyard economic event focused on women, a not-so-subtle appeal to ensure Murray's voters come home.
Yes, I know many other presidents have abused their power while in office doing things like GOLF, going to the RANCH, more vacations in a year than most people get in a decade so save your comparisons. Something done wrong in the past does NOT justify continuing to do it wrong in the PRESENT.
