From what I see, YES. Go apply and see what happens. It's specifically geared to small businesses. The new guidelines for this are now in the federal register. Go to www.sba.gov site should have details on it.

From what I heard it starts tomorrow. However Mnuchin did spit out a LOT of info all at once.
And it was interesting-Mnuchin was fielding questions on the program left and right; Pres Trump and VP Pence stood off to the side. Pres Trump's people get the ability to actually LEAD their departments, with not a whole lot of interference on his part.
Interesting take on his presidency.
