Has No Life - Lives on TB
I'm sitting in my office eating lunch as I write this.
And what a wonderful lunch it is:
Peanut butter and jam sandwich with home canned strawberry jam, made with strawberries grown in the garden;
Fresh broccoli and cauliflower shoots picked yesterday afternoon out of our garden (with a packet of store bought Ranch dressing);
and for dessert, fresh strawberries picked fresh out of the garden yesterday afternoon!
There is no disputing it: locally grown, freshly picked food ALWAYS taste better than the stuff that is shipped in from Timbucktu. And food that is grown organically in a rich, well balanced, black loamy soil ALWAYS taste better than the stuff that is grown in poor soil and has tons of chemicals sprayed on it.
Oh how great Prepping can taste!
