(prep) Toothbrush sale

Rite Aid has tooth brushes 5/$1.00. I didn't notice how long the sale is good for, but I thought that was a great deal. They are regularly .99 each according to the reciept. I don't know what the quality is like, but in a pinch they'd be better than nothing.

We not only prep for ourselves but in 99% of our situations most of us are prepping for loved ones who just DGI so I will definitely go get some right away and when those DGI's are in need then they can use these. I'll stick with my Oral B in the meantime. LOL

Yes thanks Dinghy! Now if we just had a Rite Aid around here. But maybe other drug stores nearby might have similar sales going on, so I'll keep my eyes open. Ejagno we too are prepping for the possible scenario of others migrating here - and I'll keep using my Oral B electric toothbrush in the meantime too. Those are great, aren't they?

When I find deals like that I buy a bunch and put them in my "barter box". This box (actually a big Rubbermaid container) has all kinds of goodies like that--stuff that is cheap, necessary, good forever. I figure that if we don't ever get around to using them, I can always donate them to a homeless shelter or something.

I was thinking about them for bartering too. I think I'm going to grab a few more if I can get there before the sale is over. I don't think it was an advertised sale because I didn't see it in their ad. They weren't with the other toothbrushes either, they were on an end cap back by the pharmacy. If I hadn't been gawking around waiting for my prescription to be filled I would never have seen them. Good to throw in a purse or work bag too. There have been different times when we've gone out to eat and I wished I had one.
