This reminds me of an experience I endured many years ago when some black friends invited me to a "Greek picnic" in Belmont Park in Philly. Not one ethnic Greek was present at this picnic. It turned out to be a huge gathering of black fraternity and sorority members.

I purchased a hot dog with mustard from one of the vendors there, and a black woman stranger nearby accused me of getting mustard on her clothing, even though I had been nowhere near her. I was surprised but didn't argue with her, apologized sincerely, and handed her a napkin, which she used to wipe off the pretend "mustard." I didn't realize it at the time, but she was falsely accusing me out of sheer racist spite because I was white.

Later I was sitting with my back to a fenced-in ball court where a black guy was tossing a football. When he saw me sitting there to give my bad back some support, he started aiming the football at the spot in the fence I was sitting against. He had a pretty good aim and a hard throw. At this point I asked my friends if there was some way for me to catch a bus out of the park, but they didn't know of one. They eventually drove me home.

Don't ever let them tell you black folks can't be racist! And they're especially bad when you're obviously completely outnumbered by them.

Charges against a White couple stemming from a 2020 incident in which one of them drew a weapon on a Black woman and her teenage daughter outside a Michigan restaurant were dropped, authorities said.

A trial had been set for Monday for Eric Wuestenberg, 44, and 34-year-old Jillian Wuestenberg. Oakland County Judge Mary Ellen Brennan dismissed the charges after the alleged victims didn't show up to provide witness testimony.

Both were charged with felonious assault. The July 2020 incident occurred in the parking lot of a Chipotle restaurant in Orion Township, Fox Detroit reported.


The heated exchange stemmed from when Jillian Wuestenberg allegedly bumped into the then 15-year-old teenage girl as they were entering the restaurant. Takelia Hill, who is Black, told the Detroit Free Press that her daughter asked Wuestenberg to apologize.

The dispute escalated from there and a firearm was drawn.
