I am embarking on a course of action. I will be reporting the crap my neighbor does. He has 5 dogs, county limit is 3. Not allowed to have motorhomes with inhabitants in your back lot. Has 2.
I am sick of being shit on and shot at (not literally). I've been here for around 12 years now. I'm now old and cranky.
I have nothing better to do.

Take some photos for proof, if that's possible.
Prayed for protection.
He can see me as I can see him thru the wood fencing, its not possible. BUT I can take pics of the 2 huge motor homes out back. People can store motor homes on their property here, but it's not allowed to have people living in them. I'm not situated in a perfect spot to see certain things. I think I have God at my back, though. HE will let me find a way.

Maybe it’s time we had a TBK2000 get together over there. Let them know we are all family, surround their home with our mobile homes, stay up forever. Also shoot off fireworks all the time and give them a taste of their own medicine.

You sound like me. Go for it! I'm not the nicest neighbor anymore. I don't like dogs running on my property, chasing deer, etc. Garme wardens say it's illegal too. I let my chicken's free range; any dog who kills them, will be killed too.

Do not engage this guy yourself, I had a friend that was shot and killed by his neighbor in the back because of many arguments that his neighbor started. Make sure everyone around you in your neighborhood is with you and on the same page. His story was actually on fear thy neighbor, and now it sounds like he has more people on his property to make life miserable for you. Hopefully the County or State can help you, just make sure the rest of the neighborhood is with you. If that does work out go back to my above post…

Consider a lawyer to cover your back. You can't be certain you will get much cooperation from the local law enforcement or local bureaucrats.

Another option you need to consider is to just move. Especially if your local government is "dirty".
See what Red said? Sometimes it's better to move on. Sounds like your .gov is as dirty as it gets. Unless you have a bunch of folks baking you, a dirty .gov will bury you without so much as a care. If you can't go Athens, Tennessee on them, ya may want to move out.

I have a soft spot for chickens in my heart. My family came and gave them all to some guy. I had them (differing birds from time to time for 11 years.) They said I couldn't take care of them, yet I did and was. They hated that I had them, they are "pillars" of the community here and were embarrassed that I lived on a farmette and had those damn dirty chickens.
I'm discovering I've got a lot of resentment built up regarding the treatment I've gotten from them! I'm not sure I want to forgive the treatment I've gotten. It was uncalled for.
I look out the back door and ignore my big yellow coop to the east. I gotta stop now.
