I have a tomato seeder/peeler/strainer, but it's a hand crank and a pain to use because I can't clamp it to my counter. The workaround was painful.

So, last fall I was perusing the Gardners Supply catalog and saw the electric one.

Treated myself to an early birthday present and I love it! What I really like is that the chute is adjustable and the seed/skin pulp is super dry.

The price has gone up 20 bucks or so, I'm glad I bought it when I did.

Cool! DO you think you coukd find a link to your machine? I've never seen an electric one.

We rigged up a wooden box to supports electric drill, and I got my metalsmith neighbor to make an extension that replaces the crank and fits in the drill chuck. It saves us hours! (Not to mention a ton of pain due to our damaged spines)

But I'd like to see the one you've found.

Here ya go! The other nice thing is that all 3 screens come with it instead of having to order them separately. Of course, cleaning the tomato screen is a pain in the rear, but I ended up scraping the pulp off, then soaking in a jar of warm water and Dawn DT overnight. Then I used a bottle brush to clean out the inside.
