Emergency crews are at the scene at 11670 Frankstown Road on Tuesday evening.

BREAKING A parking garage has collapsed. This is 11670 Frankstown Rd. in Penn Hills. The mayor tells me there no known injuries @KDKA pic.twitter.com/FLN3jEumIj

The mayor told KDKA-TV that there are no known injuries. The call came in around 6:15 p.m.

Frankstown Rd in Penn Hills ...been by there many times when I lived up in Pgh........it is now a bad area of town and depressed.............wouldn't surprise me if that is neglected property these days
