COMMUNISM Permanent rent forgiveness?

Doomer Doug, in this post:

made a statement that struck me as prophetic: (paraphrasing) that rent and mortgage “temporary forbearance” would end up as permanent, particularly for blacks.

I find that to be a profound thought (above his normal level of rant - lol.) The “dregs” of society believe that everything should be free for them. Why, I have no idea. But all their needs should be met by we wage slaves, while they sit around planning yet more attacks against us. I just wanted to call this out in a stand-alone thread.

As to his original statement, I agree. I’m betting that ultimately, landlords will be forced to house the nigra class for free, and maintain those residences in the face of constant nigra destruction.

Well, it is unfair that evil landlords have everything and the poor, oppressed types have to spend their government cheese on housing. That money could be used for more important things.

Might see a lot of property being sold.

Boggles the mind.
Landlords forced to house people for free.
Landlords typically do not own the house. The bank does.
Pass a law to give a house to a tenant and that landlord is going to stop paying.

And why limit it to landlords.
Lets give the apartment you rent to a BLM. You can find another while you continue to pay the rent on the apartment you vacated.
And we can drive down the street and pick out every tenth house and give it to a BLM. You can find another, while you still pay the mortgage and utilities for the house you just vacated.

and we can do the same for everything. Cars, Jobs, Womens.

All of that stuff has now been extended to September 30th with a wink and a nod. At that point, people will start to get evicted which won't happen because it will get extended till 12-31, to cover the election. There are 30 plus million essentially long term unemployed now. Think about the multiple millions who can't, or won't pay rent or mortgage.

Don’t let the Piss Ants get you down…
What about the Kulak landlords? What if they have borrowed to have these rental places? Are they being told "don't sweat it" by the banksters? I'd be very surprised to find that...

Taking into account the string of responses (all good and appropriate) how long until the rental game becomes toxic?

Then does the Fed.Gov become the landlord of default for the non-working population?

I find the reference to us being Kulaks to be more and more relevant by the day...

In Georgia we are seeing people be evicted starting about the middle of the month in June when the courts opened back up. I have been getting a ton and I mean a ton of "drive by" renters who are looking for a place asap. They didn't even care that half the place still needed wiring.

All they knew is that they are out and needed to find a new place asap.

I agree with the 12-31 thing. I wonder about the 9-30 bit due to politics, but it is more of a question of half full or half empty.

The rental game became toxic years ago. Yet it was still profitable with rising housing prices and rising rents. I am afraid that it may no longer be the case in a year or so.

Rent forbearance i.e. suspension of return on equity.

Sounds like a good reason to NOT invest in rental property.

Look for shortage of living space going forward without directive 10-289.

And that will be next.

Whites will be the ones living in tarpaper shacks.

Or should I say, CONSERVATIVE whites (the ones who survive the pogrom.)
Good point!

You have to wonder as they seem to want everything for free, just how will they get it for free?

Answer, slavery and subjugation of the white race to do the bidding of the minorities. They will be tax free, we will be taxes at horrendous rates. We will be forced in to zones, etc. I can just see this happening in less than a decade.

What is worse, it seems that too many whites are all for this.... like they have to compensate for something.

I'm not sure whether that asshat governor we have is going to extend the eviction moratorium beyond Jul 1 or not. A lot of people screwed around and wasted the Free Crap Money that the fed gave out a couple of months a go. For a family of four that would have meant $3400 which could have gone a long way and kept them out of eviction city. If they chose to waste it then that is on them. I don't feel sorry for them and neither should you.

Every industry has good time and bad to get into it. We've been in 25 years. We are way ahead of the curve. On the other hand, if people can hold out, getting in after this mess may be as good as it was little after 2008. Gotta be a good steward of your money.

If/when it reaches a tipping point and slides into the commie model, expect a LOT of structure fires.

It will be all "jingle mail" ... or maybe "jungle mail" if you want a laugh. Seriously, what happens every time they start one of those initiatives that give minority first time home buyers a break? Every. single. time. Within one year the program loses money and within two it is shut down because most of them have already either had to sell the house or they've lost it to foreclosure and the place is so badly rundown that getting a certificate of occupancy is hard.

People that only rent apartments don't seem to understand renting a house is a lot more expensive because of water and electric bills and yard maintenance.

People that only rent houses don't seem to understand that owning a house is a lot different than renting it. The mortgage payment looks vastly lower, but they forget about property taxes, insurance, maintenance, etc.

Keep your insurance up.

It might be the backstop for your investment.

yep. Just had to do some AC work today.

The actual cost of the mortgage is only 50% of actual costs.

Foreclosure and Occupancy Permits are both White Social Constructs. Part of the "systemic racism" designed to keep Black humans down, and which will be eliminated.

Those will go away under the New Order. Just as the police will go away - for a while.

Private housing of any kind will go away under Government Housing. You get to live in least cost housing suitable to your role as "comrade."

When your plumbing doesn't work or the lights go out, you call the head of the "Citizen's Committee." They then take on repairs after a "study." It might get fixed in time to house the NEXT tenants - who will be smart enough to not complain.

The would be direct interference with general commerce and even legal contracts what we call a rent and or lease agreement.
Trust me. There are some judges that don’t understand almost all law is based on contract law.

I have only a couple rental properties now and both are for sale and under contract. If I see things truly going sideways I will sell the farm which I could do in days currently in my area and buy a little piece of land elsewhere in a more friendly area (inside or outside the USA). I've lived very simply before, in a 3rd world country, had an outhouse and everything.... and I can do it again if need be but I will not live under certain conditions (as above)

And this is why I would never get involved with rental properties....NO THANK YOU. Saw what my folks and several friends that were landlords went through with crappy renters. A buddy of mine had to evict some dead beat renters. Going through the legal system it took something like four months to finally get them out. In the mean time the dead beats practically destroyed the inside of the apartment. I do mean TOTALLY DESTROYED!! All the fixtures, sinks, toilets, cabinets, drywall, etc. Ripped out electrical outlets, pulled wires and so on. Nearly gutted the entire insides of the place.

It was tens of thousands of dollars to restore the apartment. He basically lost a years worth of rent and then HE HAD to chase the dead beats constantly to try and recoop his losses.

This is why you need to know your market. Rent in California and it can take up to 6 months to evict someone. Here in GA, 21 days.

NC is landlord friendly now. In most cases can have people out in under 30 days. Friend has properties in CA and can take MONTHS in "normal" times. Would never buy rentals in such a place...

A lot of damage can be done in 21 days......just saying. Good renters are a God send, bad renters a FRIGGEN nightmare.
