Perfect Instant Nachos


1 brick (8 ounces) Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheddar
1 large bag Tostitos Scoops corn chips
1 can regular Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 package Oscar-Meyer ready-cooked bacon


1. Turn your oven to broil.

2. Grate the cheddar cheese into a large bowl.

3. Place as many Tostitos Scoops as can fit onto a large cookie sheet.

4. Fill each chip with a teaspoon of grated cheddar cheese.

5. Put one-half to one whole teaspoon of Ro-Tel on top of the grated cheese.

6. Top each nacho with a liberal pinch of the bacon.

7. Place the cookie sheet under the broiler for a minute (or until the cheese is completely melted). Watch these puppies like a hawk. They can incinerate in a matter of seconds.

8. Serve piping hot on a large platter. Eat a couple yourself before you bring them to your guests (or else there is a real chance you will go nacho-less for the game).
