back in the early 60s,
my dad went over there for IH, on problems with the IH trucks in the oil fields, him being ex navy looked forward to seeing another part of the world, when he came back , he really disliked what he saw, and said he would never would go back , biggest thing was being stuck in the oil company fenced in compounds ,and being a special person, they actually had a security detail for him, that stayed with him till he left,
the sand nigs hated us way back then too, at least the impression I got, from what he told went on,
