ONE MORE TIME: It takes 67 senators to convict and remove. If you think the dems will pick up 20 Senate seats, you need your meds adjusted.
I hope with all my heart that you are right, because I fear the terrible consequences afterward if you are wrong. A fall recurrance of the mutated virus, an international dollar collapse from the multi-trillion dilution of the currency, or just widespread vote cheating by mail are the dark clouds on the horizon.

Okay - let's just say for the sake of conversation the Dems take every seat in both the house and the senate.
Then, let's say we get an impeachment process.
Then, let's say that takes a while - we'll say, two years.
President Trump is impeached, and...we now have President Pence.
President Pence serves for two years, and then wins the office twice again after that, serving a total of ten years. (which is typically the only way a POTUS can stay in office as POTUS more than 8 years, BTW).
That would give the U.S.A. a Republican president for 16 years, and not only that - a Republican president in office aligned with Trump's policies (and I'm sure Trump would provide support and advice to Pence should he ask for it).
Again, we're playing "what if," here...

He'll win, Senate will be R majority and most likely the House as well. There have been a lot going on cleaning up voting rolls and election fraud. He's popular amoung black voters and even GLBTWTF voters, women, and plenty of young people as well. Look at his rallies. Gazillions of people, all kinds. Trump is our last chance, and he is in it to win it, for us.

If mass unemployment of the (former) middle class continues and many small business owners lose their businesses, I think you will see a new movement of those disaffected with the (1) economic class divisions; (2) lack of universal health care; (3) loss of Civil liberties; (4) rise of technocracy and the rule by the elite; (5) complete undermining of the Constitution.

As long as they had a semblance of the American dream and some payback on their pursuit of happiness, they would not rock the boat. Biden? He’s just the presumptive nominee. And they know he won’t win the vote. My bet is that they roll out someone with more huspah: Hillary or Michelle
I think they need someone shiny and new and very distracting to beat President Trump. I just have no idea who they could drag out of a closet who might fit that description. Hillary is a bit ragged around the edges and there's no shiny to Michelle.

Well..... That's a hell of a lot better than moving here from California. Texas has some real problems in there cities. Think last election Texas was 55% Republican. Getting close. Don't mess up Oklahoma. Got a lot of friends in rural Texas. If they ever actually cede from the union i say we go with them and become Tehas North and expel all the commies.
They have openly stated that since Trump won-Revenge, Payback, "Retraining"-any number of words said by people in positions of power. Anyone reading this better never forget that.

So, Loeffler in Ga is facing a jungle election where she is not the most favorable Republican - but is being supported by Trump and the National Republican Senate Commitee - Shades of Alabama which lost a reliable seat.
And speaking of Alabama, the media is salivating to tear Tuberville apart once he wins the nomination.

Anyone with any sense would be. Six months ago we thought there was a real chance that we could have control of both houses of congress and the Presidency again.
