Has No Life - Lives on TB
If you're eyes aren't what they used to be and you need reading glasses, here's a trick that can be very helpful if you've forgotten or lost your glasses and need to read or use the computer.
Using your thumb and index finger, make a small circle and peer through that to read. You are effectively making what photographers refer to as an aperture and are increasing your "depth of field" by making the circle smaller.
There are trade offs, of course: As you make the circle smaller, less light will pass through your "aperture" and the image will appear dimmer.
This is a very handy trick and one which can go in the prep kit you keep between your ears!
Best regards
