She should have left the kids with her parents, quit, or transferred to to working with mom vivid patients. . Many doctors and nurses have done that to avoid taking it home. No job is worth get kids sick with a potentially deadly virus. American kids have died from this. Single mothers have no business working with covid patient's.

But the matra that our first loyalty is to the job is still out there. Which is poison. Her loyalty is supposed to be to her kids.

And that's just one more stake in the heart of our constitutional rights thanks to a segment of the population that is using covid19 as a tool to commit felony assault on our Constitutional rights. And this won't just be used against healthcare workers. ANYONE considered an essential worker can have this happen to them. Grandparents can have this happen to them. Adoptive parents can have this happen to them. And it doesn't have to be a vindictive Ex doing this.

NS, this was an emergency order. She would have been given no warning and no recourse. With an emergency order you are guilty until proven innocent … and it is damn hard to get a judge to change his mind.

I read this earlier, reread still made me pi####. The first time no better than the second, the big thing is it was a tribal court very political, tribal politics, he could be chiefs son relative etc. Things are way different on the Res. Hope for the kids sake somebody straightens this out. It pi#### me of about as bad as this spell checker.

This is from a First Nation website? So is he a OK State District Judge or a Tribal Council District Judge?

Either way he looks like he falls into a higher risk age category for the CV-19 virus. If he's still presiding over public cases in open court without proper PPE's, it's only a matter of when not if he'll be exposed.

Karma can be a female canine.
Fair use.

District Judge

He is Sac & Fox Judge. Totally different animal than the District Courts. And Tribal Courts trump District Courts EVERY time.

Depends on the judge...IF you're in District Court. With this being the Tribal Court system, she's automatically the odd man out because she is non-Native American. If this were a District Court, she PROBABLY would have been given the opportunity for a hearing. With it being Tribal Court and dad being a Native American, this was the perfect opportunity for dad to jerk those kids. And it gave the judge the perfect excuse to allow him to do so.
