This along with the FISA court and Patriot act give the .gov lots of power over the subjects. I have no doubt that states in new england area will try this followed by the left coast. I've had a running thought for the past year about this. Couple this with the broad definition of domestic terrorism. The .gov can do whatever they want. At that point nobody can do anything legal to stop them.
The sad part is that the ground work has already been done. The support structure has already been built and tested. It just needs to be turned on and pointed in the right direction. The entire system is supposed to be to catch foreign terrorists and stop attacks against us. Now the free thinkers and unvaxxed, plus whatever else the .gov wants to throw in there (gun owners, conservatism, etc) will be the target. My prediction is that anything they label a domestic terrorist threat will be fair game. Maybe Alex Jones was right about the FEMA camps. Don't want the vax, give up your guns, a declared enemy of the state for your view points, then they will put you in a camp or make you disappear. All legal like.
The government did this with people after 9/11 under the Patriot Act. Those laws did not go away. Remember hearing about all the CIA black sites around the world. Heck Chicago PD has a black site run by the police. People were taken there for a couple of days or longer and weren't processed until the .gov decided it was time. In my opinion that is kidnapping by .gov plain and simple. I'm sure the feds that CIA used it to. Just think about how many more black places are here on our own home soil.
If we keep going down this path then a war is coming. The school board had the AG of the USA direct the FBI to go after parents for daring to question a school board. FBI agents were looking into parents like they were terrorists. WTF. All the while the school board was covering a rape of a 14 yo girl. This is what we know about. Add up all what is happening, Snowden documents, and the push to label people that disagree with the narrative. They evil side has showed their hand it is just a matter of when they will play it and what our response will be. I really hope that I'm wrong
