VIDEO Nurse records conversation as she’s fired for not accepting the vaccine

Usual business operations has a process for termination with cause.
By denying access to clock in is a chicken poop spineless action on the part of the hospital administration.
In the few jobs I have been terminated from Human Resources or the direct supervisor calls you in , reads your notice of termination and hands you your exit packet. Then you clock off, gather your gear, return your badge and keys if you have any.

I am very concerned over the vilification of those who choose to not get the jab.

This is how I'm being treated. They've placed me in "absent without leave" status and ignoring me. I won't be receiving pay for this pay period. They've encouraged me to resign and I've not only said no but have repeatedly told them that I'm ready to return to work (without conditions). But they've barred me from the building where I work so if I go there I could face federal trespassing charges.

I look at it this way. I win no matter what. They'll either stop trying to enforce the mandates, or they'll figure out how to terminate me and I'll sue. A big fat settlement check from uncle sugar would suit me just fine. He's taken enough from me... getting a little back would be a nice change.

God bless that poor little baby nurse. She's so scared, you can hear it in her voice, but she TAKES A STAND. If I could tell her, I would say this old nurse "an orca" per Georgie Carroll, is so proud of her. Right now, we are being offered an additional $30/hr to come in and work. The answer is no. Hospitals in this area are not lacking bed space; they are lacking trained personnel.

I could only watch about 15 seconds of this at a time. It's so thoroughly pathetic to watch this hospital try to do this dance. They can't actually fire the nurses because it would be illegal. But they can't keep them so they try to get them to leave "voluntarily" under a ton of duress. I'm given to understand that this is how the draft works.

Or they'll just leave you at that status forever. It costs them nothing to keep you there, I don't think.

That's what I was thinking. They'll just leave you in limbo with no pay to try to wear you down until you quit. But if they have barred you from the building, that sounds like they are firing you. This is such weird territory where people are being fired but the employer refuses to officially confirm the firing either verbally or in writing. If I were you, I would talk to an atty and see if they can advise you on what you can do to try to force their hand. It sounds like they've barred you from the building and are not paying you, essentially firing you, but they won't say it or put it in writing because they want to be able to say later on that you resigned so that no legal claims can be made.

I am so sorry this is happening to you.

It's scenes or situations like this, that I hope everyone remembers who did this to them.
Who forced a mask on them. Who denied them medical care. Who even suggested they should be denied access to anywhere, from grocery stores, to bars, to hospitals.
I hope they remember who didn't let them see their dying relative in the hospital.
And when the time comes, we all make them pay for choosing oppression, communism.

There is a rule in employment law which requires an employer to physically "remove" a terminated employee or bar them from work (that if he/she doesn't remove themselves.)

It's contract law. If you "fire" a contractor and you allow them to continue work - you're liable to continue their pay IRRESPECTIVE of any previous notice.

You have to intercede and prevent them from continuing work. Either by gate, trespass law (enforced by authorities), judicial order.

If you let them continue its sort of akin to the "ownership by adverse possession laws" of land ownership. They gain the right since you don't intercede.

I see in the above case a Security person removed her under "color of law." She should have stayed in her seat until she was physically carried from the site, and then sit in the waiting room until served with a No Trespass injunction.

Once outside, she should "team up" with her work associates, then and there on the curb form a "Union" - and go on strike for continued employment. There are all sorts of "Unions" the Socialists are soft on - and all sorts of way to keep the public pressure on the hospital.

It’s your phone. How old is it? Have you tried using a PC? If not, why not?

This really boils my blood.

But, I still muse, that this sort of BS is running rampant in the USA because it has precedents/foundation and that makes this okay in the socialist/ptb eyes.

Correlates totally with mandates/laws that have been enforced for many years now.

The major first mandate (for the good of you/citizen) is the income tax, that they steal from you. 15% of every dollar you get as income.

The second mandate is insurance to travel. It's for the over all good.

The third major mandate is the Seat Belt Laws!
This one really grinds my gears and gets my goat!

There is many more but, it is what it is. As losers will say.

Do you mean precedent? As in standing on actions that have taken place in the past?

I had a appointment yesterday to see my NP (Doc) it was her last day. She is leaving because she will not take the jab. She told me she already had a couple of job offers and those offices are not requiring the jab.
She told me no way will her or her family take the jab. She has witnessed first hand some bad side effects.

So they’re telling you … you’re absent without leave. Did you ask for it? if not … get a lawyer now and force their hand. Otherwise you might lose. Have you sent them notarized documentation stating that … weekly … or letter from your lawyer? Don’t wait until OSHA gives them a leg to stand on.

Oh, but you can. Make sure you are logged into yout Google account so you can post comments. Look below the video on Youtube and Find SHOW MORE. Click that, and post away. This girl needs lots of older nurses at her back. Ya'll need a gathering place. I'm surprised nobody has put up a website or a Gab or a something (?) so you all can talk among yourselves. So much confusion and people standing alone out there. Just the way (((they))) like it. Divide and conquer.

From Hero to Zero....No rump shaking down the halls for them anymore. Sarcasm off..Heres the thing, many of us knew this was a HUGE LIE from the start. Some had the foresight to make a lateral, some didn't for a myriad of reasons, some viable. The ones that stayed have been an accomplice to fraud at the least, and murder at the worst. Now facing euthanasia supposed morality raises its head up, looks more like SELF preservation to me. Look up the term Patient Advocate, I feel compassion for the people that died trusting my fellow medical professionals, not so much for the cold, immoral people that I have strove against for the last 28 years while putting the patient first. Another greed infested institution infiltrated when medical care became more about corporations, and greed than effective compassionate medical care. Most of these people wouldn't be allowed to care for my dog much less my family. Those who work the job know that this is true. If the truth ever comes out I will be curious to see how many of these people are brought up on charges...Nurenburg rings bell

They have been advised to not "terminate" but rather to force the employees to leave. That way they can say they resigned and avoid the costs of firing them.

People who are in their nineties or over a hundred have got to be reeling from culture shock.

Protecting the treasure that is our Elders is Raycist!!
This is one of the main reasons I am so against this entire shitshow.
The dementia patient once and former crook gets to play president and all others of European extraction get to play Auchwitz with nurses and quacks. It's despicable.

Which creates situations like the one we just saw. How long can the hospital keep up the fiction that it hasn't fired anyone but won't let anyone in to work?

I hate when someone says "Do the right thing" as they use that to manipulate you into doing their dirty work for them. I've had cops try that with me, damn sure wouldn't let an HR department, security, whatever, try to con me into quitting and saving their asses from a lawsuit.

"Do the right thing" should be a phrase everyone hates and rejects outright.
