Dang, these fools keep writing these HUGE headlines! Gee, you mean if we keep baiting Russia by sending in warships into the Black Sea? Or maybe cruising the Taiwan Strait and having our Carrier battle groups buzzed by Chinese Nuclear Bombers? You mean that kind of provocation?

I also assume this guy is tight with the current Chief of Naval Operations who is MR. let transgenders everywhere on the fleet. I am seeing a pattern here. Push the warmonger agenda, along with the social extremist agenda. Does either of these clowns think our combat transgender naval fleet can possibilty fight a nuclear war, much less win a nuclear war with either Russia or China?

The United States must be ready for a nuclear war with China or Russia and seek new ways to deter both countries’ use of newly acquired advanced strategic weapons, the commander of the U.S. Strategic Command is warning in a major new review of the global balance of nuclear forces.

Adm. Charles Richard, writing in the current issue of the U.S. Naval Institute journal Proceedings, offered a blunt and detailed assessment that the luxury of living in a post-Cold War era when direct armed conflict with a rival nuclear power was not possible is over.

“There is a real possibility that a regional crisis with Russia or China could escalate quickly to a conflict involving nuclear weapons, if they perceived a conventional loss would threaten the regime or state,” the four-star admiral wrote.

Amateurs are in charge now. I don’t think the odds are very high, but this group could stumble into something bad. Wouldn’t keep me awake at night, but all policy seems very reactionary rather than carefully measured.

It wasn't all that long ago (in the last 10 years?) that it came out that the Russians in one of their own wargames had to resort to using nukes within their own territory to stop an invasion of Russia by a STANAG grade opponent force following the basic plan of Barbarossa. Since that time, the Russian population of service age and capable males has only decreased while the Russians are still working on modernizing their forces. When you don't have the boots available to do the job, the fallback is to substitute firepower.

Armor was being briefed by Captain Vaugan, who was one of those army officers who thought he was Stonewall Jackson with a tank company, about the "ruskie enemy." I vividly remember two things he said, bro,

The first was that ALL Soviet combat units were authorized and sanctioned for a 2 percent, ie 2 out of every 100 soldiers training to be KILLED in any training exercise they were in Can you imagine what would happen if 2 US soldiers died in a training exercise every month? Yep.

And the second thing he said was that the "nuclear release option," was what they called "command down," Having no idea what "command down" was, he rather gleefully told us that meant that the sanctioned level for COMBAT RELEASE OF LIVE NUCLEAR ROUNDS, ARTILLERY, TORPEDOES ETC WAS AT THE battalion level.

Needless to say this meant that the ruskies, assuming they have the same command level CAN RELEASE LIVE NUKES AT THE BATTALION LEVEL, IE COLONEL.

Anytime a mobile artillery company felt like "it" was going down, they could pop off a 155mm nuke artillery shell to liven things up.

Oh, chew on the implications of that level of command authority that far down the food chain.

They don't think, it's that simple.

They are lost to the laws of logic or reality. They've been prompted to their high ranks by others just like them, lost in unreality and everything they do will reach a new level of stupidity.

You see it in almost all upper levels of any organization in this country, but it is much worse in any associated with the current government.

The ones that are at the top now are complete fools. They do foolish and stupid things and all for the wrong reasons. They have egos the size of the moon although they've never accomplished anything meaningful in their lives. They do not understand right and wrong. They do no understand that this world is still just as cruel and as mean as it has always been. They ignore that there are consequences to every action. They honestly cannot comprehend that the real world is totally different than the make believe world they think they live in.

In the next two years, CCP Joe, the AOC wing and the perverted old white elite leadership wing are going to not only destroy this country, but they will stumble into war with our enemies who clearly see the world for what it is ... and see these evil clowns in charge here as the clowns they are.

Nothing good will ever come for the bunch of perverted losers that have won the ultimate participation trophy.

I do expect a serious war before the end of the decade. There is no doubt in my mind. Why? As Eisenhower said, the military complex needs it to survive. So we will have one. I just don't believe it will be nukes that kick it off.

I expect something else that we simply have not thought of.

We learned a lot about Russia during our standoff in Syria. Russia had to play the long game and operate under the threat of US power. That was a difficult task and they did it well.

Russia, China and Britain are long game powers, we on the otherhand, change focus like a puppy in a room full of kids.

I really don't think China is a threat yet, their #1 goal is Taiwan and a pliable US government. Russia on the other hand wants to sell oil and gas, gain dominance in the Artic and regain and manage neutral/pro-russian Western border countries.

Neither would attempt a land war, neither have the ability to project power.

A Russian threat scenario would be a reaction to an American/NATO "St. Petersburg spring" action. Destabilization of Russia is the #1 threat from the NEOCON's, #2 would be an Iranian attack.

I watch and read Russian media all the time, they view the West as a threat to Christianity. Putin sees himself as Alexander Nevsky, I'm sure of it.

I have been watching them implement this shit at hyper speed. So, I think as early as six months, by July or August, they will have their main pieces in place. And Putin, well he ain't gonna sit back and twiddle his fingers while we prep the first strike. putin looks at the OFFENSIVE MISSILE SYSTEMS we put in romania to take out Russian missiles in the boost phase.

Something that has been "leaked" from DoD wargames, and backed up by info about Russian planning (see my prior post) is the threat or actual use of nuclear weapons to produce a "pause" in a conflict to generate a fait accompli situation akin to the numerous "frozen conflicts" or to get a ceasefire and breathing space, the Ukraine Donbass being the biggest example of a fait accompli. From that starting point either then letting it ride and drag out "negotiations" for forever. Such a game of chicken only works when one of the opponents is shown to be malleable and the other thinks they've got a real good chance of getting away with it.

The Russian concern has always been that the SM-3 and follow on missiles of the family have such a fast burn time that if the "interceptor" was replaced with an offensive payload, i.e. low yield and precision nuclear, it could be a first strike weapon against leadership and command and control. In effect a "hypersonic" weapon on the cheap.

I'm inclined to think we will have a 3rd World War. I base that on what Alfred Pike said and mostly because of what the Bible says about all nations coming against Israel. As to if Christians will still be here at that time, that is somewhat debatable.
