They key comes down to knowing your Constitutional rights. Far too many people have given up too much ground based on what they are told by government officials, the mainstream media and their favorite pundits. Instead of just going along with what we are told, it’s important that we understand what our rights are and how to push back.

We’ll get to how this plays out in the stolen election of 2020 in a minute, but first wanted to deal with the Vaccine Mandates and Medical Tyranny we are facing as a nation.

Many Americans have been feeling deflated when it comes to the constant pressure to get vaccinated. They feel like if they just give in, they can go back to regular life. Unfortunately for them, that’s simply not the case. You’ll only be fully vaccinated for a period of several months, at best. Then come to booster shots. And needing to test for COVID-19. And social distancing. And mask wearing. It’s never going to end.

So what can you do about it if you do not want to comply with any vaccine mandates?

Josh explains that the key can be particular strategies to set the proper constitutional boundaries. The first thing to understand is that government enforced vaccine mandates are unconstitutional, since they put a condition upon your right to peaceably assemble. That alone should put an end to all this vaccine mandate nonsense.

For business owners, they can also strategically fight back. Josh explained that one strategy that he employed with his gym and hundreds others that he’s helped is to take their company from a public company to a private membership association. This has been proven in court over the last several decades to be able to avoid the government mandates that public businesses submit themselves to.

When it comes to your constitutional rights as a citizen, voting is right up there at the top. Voting is your voice where you elect the officials to make decisions on your behalf. If someone cheats in an election, that means that your Constitutional voice in the governmental system is stripped away from you by corrupt individuals that should be prosecuted. This is why it’s so important to correct the stolen election of 2020.

Immediately after Election Night on November 3rd, 2020, Josh Barnett and a few other Arizonans brought together a crowd of protestors to make their voices heard, demanding that the results of the election be transparent and honest. As we all saw play out, the aftermath of that election in Maricopa County was anything but.

While many around the country sat back to see how things would play out, Josh and hundreds, if not thousands, of Arizonans showed up for three months straight outside of where they were counting the ballots. Then they continued to demand a forensic audit, putting pressure on their elected officials until it happened.

Josh led the charge in getting hundreds of affidavits submitted to the proper officials. They made calls. They were strategic. They did everything the right way until the Arizona Senate called on what we now know as the Arizona Audits. This never would have happened had Josh and a handful of Conservative Arizonans not showed up to make their voices heard.

Now that the audits are complete (minus the information and evidence that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors are still withholding), more than thirty crimes have been submitted to Attorney General Mark Brnovich. Let me repeat that… THIRTY crimes were committed and submitted to the Attorney General to be prosecuted. It’s in his hands now to get to the bottom of that and prosecute these crimes.

During this episode of The Jeff Dornik Show, Josh itemizes many of these illegal activities that they exposed. Simply the fact that the voting machines were connected to the internet illegally should be enough to decertify the election. So many protocols were not followed and many crimes committed. We cannot let up until this is made right.

This is much more serious than just who is in the White House. This comes down to whether your vote matter. If the Deep State was, in fact, able to steal the 2020 Election as it appears they did, we no longer have a Constitutional Republic.

Instead, we’ve transitioned almost overnight into an authoritarian tyrannical dictatorship where we literally have no say in the direction our nation is heading. This is why it’s so important that we get the 2020 Election corrected.

Yes, we must turn out and vote at every opportunity. Whether we’ve resolved the election fraud from this past vote or not, we MUST show up and vote in overwhelming numbers, forcing the Left to cheat to win any and every election.

That simply give us one more opportunity to expose the fraud.

At the same time, we cannot give up the fight to expose the fraudulent election. We cannot move forward until we do.

On the anniversary of the 2020 election steal, Republican lawmakers Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rep. Louie Gohmert visited the DC Gitmo to visit the Jan. 6 political prisoners.

They were denied entry at first by the prison staff.

Several American citizens are being held in DC Gitmo for participating in the Jan. 6 protests at the US Capitol — where four Trump supporters lost their lives, one being shot in cold blood.

These prisoners are denied their God-given rights under the US Constitution and are beaten, abused, and placed in isolation for their political beliefs — in America.

On Friday popular Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) joined Steve Bannon on The War Room. During their discussion, MTG told Steve that several inmates were reportedly pepper-sprayed and abused by prison officials recently. The assault was over masks worn at the prison.

There are reports that inmates were removed from the facility on stretchers.

On Saturday The Epoch Times posted more on the abused Jan. 6 prisoners.

According to court filings, the abused political prisoners were removed from the DC prison on stretchers after the assault by the guards.

Multiple Jan. 6 defendants were taken out of their cells on stretchers on Thursday, according to a court filing.

The situation started when one of the defendants refused to wear a mask, family members of Kelly Meggs, who is being held in the D.C. Jail, told Meggs lawyer.

Prison guards began spraying a chemical substance described as “some kind of mace or pepper spray, according to a filing in federal court.

“They sprayed mace or some type of gas at an inmate and kept missing so it went into an intake that fed into other cells and the lady with the key left because she didn’t like the gas, so the inmates in the cells who were being fed the gas from that intake were locked in for like 15 minutes while it was going into their rooms and they couldn’t see/breathe,” the family told Jonathon Moseley, the lawyer.

More than one of the defendants was taken out on stretchers to medical bays.

Julie Kelly, a writer for the American Greatness, reported on Wednesday that prison guards filled an area of the jail with chemical spray and three detainees had to be taken out on stretchers.

In America, you are presumed innocent until proven guilty — unless you are a Trump supporter.

BREAKING: More Georgia 2020 Election Corruption Uncovered – Untested Machines Illegitimately Used in Election

Most states have laws that require voting equipment to be tested before each election to ensure they are functioning properly. This process is called Logic and Accuracy Testing “L&A” (or sometimes LAT) and is supposed to be open to the public. Every machine is analyzed through a systematic procedure to make sure the machines record and count votes accurately. They also check that the software on each machine is the proper, certified version and hasn’t been tampered with or manipulated.

In late September of 2020, two counties in Georgia were performing their L&A testing. Both discovered a problem in that the voting machines were not showing the second column of senate candidates.

The counties reported the issue to the Secretary of State, who then directed elections officials across the state to cancel L&A testing until the problem could be fixed.

A few days later, on September 30th, a corrected version of the software was distributed to all counties in the state. Because the remedy required changes to the software, the new version had to be installed on every one of the state’s 30,000 machines before the L&A testing could be performed. With less than two weeks before the start of advanced/early voting on October 12th, there wasn’t enough time to schedule and adequately notice the public. The legally required L&A testing had to be completed before advanced/early voting.

Moncla and team then reviewed the tests in three of Georgia’s counties, Cobb, Gwinnett, and Fulton. Cobb and Gwinnett both completed their testing by October 9th but Fulton County would not cooperate. Per a review of minutes from Fulton County Board of Elections, it was determined that Dominion Voting Systems was in the process of installing the new software on Fulton’s machines, but the county had not yet started the L&A testing, and most likely never completed this testing before voting started.

Fulton County finally did provide information to Moncla and it shows that Fulton County did complete L&A testing but this testing wasn’t completed until the end of the month, October 31, 2020. This was well past when the testing should have been completed per Georgia law.

Moncla writes:

It’s clear that the Fulton County voting machines and systems were not L&A tested until after early voting. This means there was no check or verification on how the machines were programmed. It’s important to understand that the majority of all votes for the 2020 general election were cast on the untested machines during early voting (314,985 out of 523,000), making this a very serious problem. There’s also another issue:

The L&A testing should only be performed by county election officials.

It is equally important and unacceptable that Dominion was contracted to perform L&A testing of their own equipment. The mandated testing process was not designed to rely upon third-party vendors’ self-verification.

Not only was testing of voting machines completed way after early voting started in Fulton County, Georgia, but this work was done by outsiders (Dominion) which never should have occurred.

Fulton County Georgia voting machines used in the 2020 Election were not adequately tested per Georgia law and this testing wasn’t complete until after 314,000 ballots were cast in early voting. Also, this work was completed by outsiders.

All this indicates a corrupt election result in a state with tens of thousands of vote issues in an election given to Joe Biden by 10,000 votes.

On January 5th a still unidentified suspect planted two pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC DC Headquarters in Washington DC the night before the massive January 6th rally at the Ellipse in Washington DC. The bombs were reportedly safely detonated by a, FBI bomb squad on January 6.

The FBI offered a reward of $50,000 for information on the individual who planted pipe bombs at the Republican and Democrat headquarters in Washington DC on January 6th.

The FBI pointed out the expensive shoes and purple backpack of the suspected bomber.

Despite all of the cameras in Washington DC the FBI has been unable to identify the alleged pipe bomber to this day.

In September the FBI released fresh video on the alleged bomber but still there are no leads on this person with backpack bombs who set bombs at both the DNC and RNC headquarters.

Why is that?

It appears we now have more evidence that reinforces the theory that the pipe bomber may be a federal agent and the alleged pipe bomb threat was a government-executed operation.

We learned months after Jan. 6 protests that the US Congress was evacuated on January 6th due to a pipe bomb threat — It was not because of the pro-Trump protesters.

Earlier this week Cara Castronuova posted an exclusive letter on The Gateway Pundit from DC Gitmo political prisoner Lonnie Coffman, a 71-year-old Vietnam veteran locked up at the DC Gitmo.

Lonnie also appeared on Greg Kelly’s show on Newsmax earlier this week.

Lonnie Coffman is being held unconstitutionally with no bond in Washington DC for attending the rally in Washington DC on January 6th.

Lonnie described what happened in his letter. The FBI used the alleged bomb threat at the DNC to rummage through cars and Lonnie’s truck. The investigators found firearms and jars of gasoline that he carries with him. The FBI fabricated their findings and described the jars of gas as “Molotov cocktails”.

According to those close to Coffman, his truck was searched on January 6th by police in a roundup of vehicles in the vicinity of the mysterious pipe bomb that was found at the Democratic National Committee. “They found guns and rifles in his backseat,” said his friend Jonathan Mellis. “Guns he always keeps in there and jars of gasoline that were years old. He’s from the backwoods of Alabama, this is normal there.”

According to Mellis, the government is overcharging his friend who has a public defender and desperately wants to get out of DC Jail and back to his regular medical care at the Veterans Hospital.

According to Coffman’s Indictment papers,
“On or about January 6, 2021, within the District of Columbia, the defendant LONNIE LEROY COFFMAN knowingly possessed a firearm, namely a destructive device, that is, eleven Molotov cocktails and any combination of parts designed and intended for use in converting any device into a Molotov cocktail, not registered to him in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record.”

“It is absurd what they will concoct,” said Mellis. “This poor man. It was jars of old gasoline he kept in his truck from home and they are calling it Malotov cocktails! It’s so wrong. Lonnie is the sweetest old man you would ever hope meet, he would not or could not hurt a fly. If you met this gentle old man you would fall in love with him. We call him Pops in here, he is life a grandfather to us and we look after him. What they are doing to this man is terrible, somebody has to save him. If he is in here for even a few more years that is a life sentence for this poor man.”

Lonnie is still being held and abused in DC jail and the federal government is determined to make an example out of this patriot.

It should be noted that three Antifa domestic terrorists were stopped by police on January 6th and lied about having a gun in their vehicle — These three Antifa terrorists who drove to Washington DC on January 6th to cause chaos and violence were released and allowed to drive back home to Michigan that day despite lying to police about a firearm in their vehicle.

It appears the federal government used the pipe bombs to shut down Congress and search vehicles in the city on January 6th. But only Trump supporters, veterans and patriots were detained and are being abused to this day.

Macias worked with Dominion before the election of 2020 to validate the machines used in the state. The problem is he is from out of state and Dominion were as well and their work wasn’t complete until after the voting machines were used in the early voting in Georgia.

Judicial Watch released newly obtained footage of the Ashli Babbitt shooting.

The footage shows Capitol Police officers with guns gathered behind the protesters while they suspiciously orchestrate a break-in of a corridor to the Senate chambers. The police did not stop these protesters from beating in the windows, which was odd. The police moved away and allowed certain individuals with helmets to beat in the windows before Ashli Babbitt climbed through the window and was shot dead in cold blood by Lt. Michael Byrd.

The footage is grainy but shows a different angle of the deadly shooting.

A year after the election day in 2020, concerns still linger about election integrity in many states. This does not mean the election results are deeply in question, but it does suggest a need for more secure election processes next cycle.

According to Just the News, election integrity group VoterGA filed an Open Records Requests regarding the alleged destruction of ballot images from the 2020 election in Georgia. Their findings were stunning.

VoterGA said 74 Georgia counties had failed to produce the images, and it said 56 counties confirmed “most or all of the images” had been destroyed.

The images were automatically created by Dominion Voting Systems machines for tabulating votes, Just the News reported. The outlet said these images are “crucial for election records.”

Ballot images for people who voted in person are stored on compact flash memory cards. For ballots that were mailed in, the images are stored on flash drives.

After the elections, the most populated counties use scanners to transfer the images to the Election Management Server. Less populated counties manually upload the flash drives and cards to the server.

According to Just the News, federal law requires these images to be kept for 22 months post-election. In Georgia, state law dictates that the images be kept for 24 months.

Despite that, the election integrity group said the images are nowhere to be seen just 12 months after the 2020 presidential election.

“At least 28 counties admitted having no original images at all and 22 of those counties only had recount images that some claimed are the same as originals,” VoterGA said.

Even if the recount images are the same as the originals, VoterGA said they are not as useful. Recount images lack original timestamps and meta data that the original images have.

For that reason, Just the News reported recount images are invalid for audits since “they can be changed by tampering between scans.”

The mere fact that many counties could not provide ballot images does not necessarily mean the election results were inaccurate. However, it does cast even more doubt on an already suspect election process in Georgia.

One of Georgia’s largest counties, DeKalb, has experienced a litany of issues since the election. According to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, DeKalb County elections director Erica Hamilton was placed on leave without explanation in early September, and she later resigned.

In addition, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger opened a probe into DeKalb County drop boxes from the election, according to a separate article from Just the News.

“The investigation includes not only whether DeKalb County properly complied with the documentation required by the State Election Board but also whether the actual procedures used by DeKalb adequately protected chain of custody for ballots returned to drop boxes,” the secretary of state’s office said in September.

When Georgia passed new laws to shore up future elections, leftists went crazy and accused them of suppressing minority voters. Major League Baseball even moved the All-Star Game out of Atlanta because of the new regulations.

In order to ensure American confidence in elections, malpractice must be addressed quickly and thoroughly. The latest issue in Georgia is another reminder that we still have a long way to go in the fight for election integrity.

A Wisconsin Senate Committee has subpoenaed absentee and voting machine records from the City of Madison, Wisconsin. The immediate response from Madison’s mayor is to not provide the items requested.

According to Channel 3000:

A Wisconsin Senate committee has issued a subpoena for Madison election records as part of an ongoing investigation into the 2020 election.

State Republicans announced plans for their own investigation in late October after the non-partisan Legislative Audit Bureau shared a report outlining inconsistent administration of election law based on surveys of ballots from around the state. The LAB’s report did not identify any cases of widespread fraud.

The subpoena — issued by the Senate Committee on Elections, Election Process Reform and Ethics and signed by Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu (R-Oostburg), Senate President Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield) and committee chair Senator Kathleen Bernier (R-Chippewa Falls) — calls for the city to turn over all physical absentee ballot certificates for the November 2020 General Election and the results of tests on electronic voting machines used for the election.

The mayor of Madison immediately denied the request. She shared that the Senate can have copies of the records requested but not the original ballots. Of course, we’ve seen this stalling technique from other localities as well. The problem with copies is that if they are not made at a certain level of precision, they are no good for forensic analysis.

Spread the word. There are now less than 10 months for every state and locality to obtain the ballots from the election or they are gone forever.

The Wyoming GOP on Monday voted to no longer recognize Rep. Liz Cheney as a Republican.

This is the second formal rebuke of Cheney this year.

In February, the Wyoming GOP voted to censure Cheney for voting to impeach Trump.

The Wyoming Republican Party will no longer recognize Liz Cheney as a member of the GOP in its second formal rebuke for her criticism of former President Donald Trump.

The 31-29 vote Saturday in Buffalo, Wyoming, by the state party central committee followed votes by local GOP officials in about one-third of Wyoming’s 23 counties to no longer recognize Cheney as a Republican.

Everything Liz Cheney has done in the last year has benefitted the Democrat party.
Cheney declared war on Trump and voted with the Democrats in favor of the sham impeachment against the former president.

Liz Cheney is now the vice chair of Pelosi’s January 6 committee where she harasses and hunts down Trump officials 24/7.

On the same day a grand jury indicted Steve Bannon last week, Reps Cheney and Bennie Thompson threatened criminal charges on Trump’s former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows after he failed to appear before their sham January 6 Committee.

The Marxists on the January 6 Committee issued Meadows a subpoena because he was with Trump on January 6.

Meadows, like Bannon, defied the subpoena and was instructed by Trump to “respect long-standing principles of executive privilege.”

“Mr. Meadows’s actions today—choosing to defy the law—will force the Select Committee to consider pursuing contempt or other proceedings to enforce the subpoena,” Thompson and Cheney, vice chair of the sham panel, said in a statement Friday.

Steve Bannon was released from custody Monday afternoon after he turned himself in following Friday’s indictment. Upon leaving court, Bannon’s attorney told reporters that Judge Robin Meriweather set a hearing in the Washington, D.C. U.S. District Court on November 18.

“I’m never going to back down. They took on the wrong guy,” Bannon told reporters. “This is gonna be the misdemeanor from hell for Merrick Garland, Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden.”

The Republican frontrunner for governor wants the Wisconsin Supreme Court to rule on election drop boxes, voting in nursing homes, and moving polling places before Election Day.

Democrats at the Wisconsin Capitol, on the other hand, are promising not to sit down with the state’s special elections investigator.

Former Lt. Gov. (2011-2019) and 2022 gubernatorial contender Rebecca Kleefisch filed a lawsuit on Monday.

She’s asking the court to set rules for ballot dropboxes, which she says are not allowed under state law. She’s also asking the court to “correct” the Wisconsin Elections Commission on other election laws and on the process to change those laws.

“Wisconsinites are sick and tired of unelected bureaucrats intentionally ignoring the law. The lawsuit forces WEC to clean up their act prior to administering the 2022 election,” Kleefisch said in a statement.

The lawsuit specifically asks the court to remind WEC that commissioners must follow the state’s rulemaking process if they intend to change or interpret election laws in the state.

WEC offered guidance last fall that changed how absentee ballots could be collected at dropboxes, as well the now infamous order to keep special voting deputies out of nursing homes and instead have staffers fill out ballots for elderly voters. Kleefisch’s suit also says WEC cannot change, close, or consolidate polling places within 30 days of an election, a practice WEC allowed local election managers to perform last spring.

Kleefisch’s lawsuit comes as lawmakers in Madison have three open investigations into WEC and the 2020 vote.

Meanwhile, Democrats at the Wisconsin Capitol on Monday vowed not to cooperate with one of those investigations.

Three state representatives on the Assembly Committee on Elections, Mark Spreitzer, D–Beloit, Lisa Subeck, D–Madison, and Jodi Emerson, D–Eau Claire, on Monday said they will not meet with former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman one-one-one.

“We will not be a part of Mike Gableman’s attempts to hide from public scrutiny. Mike Gableman had a chance to answer questions in public, but he chose not to. We see no reason to meet with him in private,” the three wrote in an open letter.

Spreitzer, Subeck, and Emerson once again said Wisconsin’s Republican Assembly Speaker should shut down the Gableman investigation.

Last week Gableman said he is expanding that investigation to include criminal allegations out of Racine County.

The Gateway Pundit reported back in March that Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich gave the keys to the arena where ballots were stored before the the 2020 election to far left radical and former Facebook employee Michael Spitzer Rubenstein.

The Gateway Pundit then reported that disclosed emails revealed that Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, Wisconsin state lead for the National Vote at Home Institute, was given secret internet access to the hotel convention center where ballots were counted in Green Bay.

Then in October a group of local Wisconsin patriots who call themselves ‘Wisconsin HOT’ uncovered another major elections scandal in Wisconsin. A Racine Clerk worked with a former Facebook employee to create an app to track votes in real-time before the 2020 election. The former Facebook employee was Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein. Rubenstein asked to get into ‘WisVote’ per an email obtained by Wisconsin HOT.

Information in this email was received from the City of Racine, Wisconsin in a record request made on March 20, 2021, by H.O.T. This information was posted at www.hotgoverment.com.

This scandal was reported by Christina Bobb at OAN.

Last week a new formal complaint was filed against Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich on Friday for mishandling the 2020 November election.

Wisconsin’s MacIver Institute now says the walls are closing in on Green Bay and their relationship with Michael Spitzer Rubenstein.

Green Bay Mayor Genrich has so far refused to testify. But now the state assembly has filed a joint resolution to open a formal investigation into the 2020 presidential election. That means they can now use subpoenas to force public officials to testify under oath.

CARLSON: We’re losing a lot as a country as this happens. Former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn has been subpoenaed by the January 6th Commission. He joins us tonight. General, thanks so much for coming on. So what do you make of what’s happening to Steve Bannon — since you’re in a similar position, what do you make of what’s happening to Steve tonight?

FLYNN: Well, I think it’s — I think it shows the speed in which the Democratic Party is moving to confirm their complete takeover of this country, Tucker. There is no other way to put it.

I mean, as you’ve just said, it’s been 40 years since anybody has been indicted for you know what I guess Steve has been — you know, been indicted for, contempt of Congress. I mean, you mentioned Eric Holder. So, I just think that what I am not surprised at, but I think Americans are surprised at is the speed in which they’re moving to do exactly as I said, which is essentially to take this country over and we can’t kid ourselves about this, Tucker. That’s the direction that they’re moving.

CARLSON: Yes, I mean, to start indicting advisers to the former President that you hate after he is out of office is the kind of thing that happens in Latin America, but never here. So what — where does this leave you? You’ve been subpoenaed as well. How are you going to respond?

FLYNN: Well, I think that, you know, I won’t talk about the legalities of what I’m involved in. I think what we’re really facing is an attack or an assault on all of our basic rights. I mean, I think the real issue here in play is the attack on freedom of speech, and I think your latest round of documentaries have really showed that. I think that those have been terrific and I recommend your viewers to watch those if they haven’t watched them already.

But the assault on the freedom of speech, our ability to peaceably protest our desire to seek the truth in the security of our election systems and processes, I mean, this is what’s all at risk in our country today and they don’t want us to be talking about these things.

And so they’re also going to use — I call it the insurrection crucifixion of this January 6th, you know this whole series of things that are going on. It is really to steal away what we are also seeing in the news, which is the continuation of the Durham investigation, where you have indictments coming out.

You have this incredibly failed foreign policy by the Biden administration. You have, you know more and more very clear evidence coming out about COVID and really the conspiracy behind COVID and some of the things that are happening with it.

So, I think what it does, the more that they can keep this January 6th news and you know the big media does a good job of making sure that that sort of pounds the Americans’ heads with it on a daily basis by doing things like issuing more and more subpoenas, I don’t doubt that there is not more to come from this.

So, you know, I’m one of these guys that in my case, you know we’re going to respond to the request, and I — you know, I mean, I don’t have anything to hide. There is nothing — there is nothing there and I think that what we are — what we’re facing is a clear assault on our basic rights and principally our freedom to speak freely in this country and to peaceably protest for things that we believe are false or fraudulent.

CARLSON: Exactly. From what I can tell, they are attempting to criminalize opinions that they don’t like. You’re allowed to have any view of the last election that you want, any view you want on anything in this country. Period. Your views cannot be criminalized because ideas and speech are never criminal in a free country.

I don’t understand — I mean, the pretext for — they’re going to throw Bannon in jail if they can because they don’t like his opinions. Where are the Republican leaders standing up against this?

FLYNN: Yes, and the other big question, the sort of the 60,000-foot view is when does this stop or will it ever stop? And I actually don’t see it stopping. I actually think that we are going to continue to see this relentless pursuit of what I just call an assault on our rights top to bottom. You know, I’d recommend everybody to go and read the Bill of Rights because every single one of those is at risk under this particular regime that we are, you know, we are being you know basically dominated by within the political realm of this country.

And the Democratic Party really, you know, who sort of runs the Democratic Party these days, but I agree with you. I’ve sort of stopped, Tucker, worrying about the Democratic Party because I kind of know what their plan is, and really to me, it is this Republican establishment and the Republican quote-unquote “leaders” and I really do believe that — and what I feel from the American people is that they’re looking for leadership out of the Republican Party and the Republican Party is not — they’re not doing it, they’re just not doing it and they need to step up because this is not going to end anytime soon and they’re going to continue to chip away at all of our rights however they can and they own the media, they own the tech titans of the world so to speak.

And so, they have an ability to be able to control the message and frankly, the American people — and I’m in a place, you know this weekend with about 5,000 people and I’m telling you, they’re just sick of it.

Federal, state and local authorities searched the homes of Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters and three of her associates on Tuesday as part of an investigation into accusations the elected official was involved in voting machine security breaches, according to an official involved in the searches.
The FBI carried out a court-ordered search of Peters' home in Mesa County early Tuesday morning, leaving her "terrified," Peters said Tuesday night in an appearance on Lindell TV, an online channel run by MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a 2020 election conspiracy theorist.
"We executed four federally court-authorized operations today to gather evidence in connection with the investigation into the Mesa County Clerk and Recorders office," DA Dan Rubenstein told Colorado Politics.

"We did so with assistance from the DA's office from the 21st judicial district, the attorney general’s office and the FBI." He added that one of the searches occurred in neighboring Garfield County.
Lindell said one of the homes raided by law enforcement authorities belongs to Sherronna Bishop, a Garfield County resident and former campaign manager for U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert.
Peters was prohibited last month by a Mesa County judge from overseeing the election in Mesa County in a ruling on a lawsuit filed by Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold.
Griswold cited allegations Peters and her deputy were involved in an election security breach when they allowed an unauthorized person to participate in a routine update of the county voting system software and then lied about it as part of a scheme to expose alleged election irregularities.
In August, Griswold ordered Mesa County to replace its voting equipment after system passwords showed up in a video posted to right-wing websites. Days later, exact digital copies of the county's election system hard drive were posted online after Griswold's staff discovered that 24-hour video surveillance of the election equipment had been turned off.
A spokeswoman for the FBI's Denver office didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
"The FBI raided my home at 6 a.m. this morning, accusing me of committing a crime," Peters said on the Lindell channel. "And they raided the homes of my friends, mostly older women. I was terrified."
She added that authorities "used a battering ram," destroying the front door of one of her friends' homes.

Peters said authorities searched her house for "about three hours" and "took all of my electronics," including her phone.
"Essentially, they were soldiers in combat gear. They were not men in suits with badges," Peters said. "They looked very much like they were in a combat zone — soldiers with automatic weapons and combat gear."
Peters has maintained that she is on a mission to uncover proof that the 2020 election was rigged, despite failing to produce any evidence that happened.
Peters appeared at a symposium in South Dakota in August sponsored by Lindell, who later claimed he was helping keep Peters safe in various locations, including a Texas hotel, until Peters returned to Mesa County in late September.
Colorado's Independent Ethics Commission on Tuesday moved ahead on an investigation into a complaint alleging Peters violated a state constitutional gift ban by accepting flights on a private plane and lodging from Lindell.
"I refuse to give up," Peters said Tuesday on Lindell's show. "I am more scared than ever for my life, but courage is the key when you do something in spite of fear."
"I feel that if I was to give up now, I would be giving up on our country. You do the right thing and you see your government come down on you like that, this is the worse nightmare you can imagine."
The government, Peters added, is trying to intimidate her and others.
"They want to shut me up, shut me out, prosecute me, do whatever they can to villainize and demonize me, just to cover up their dirty deeds.'" she said, adding, "I can't unsee what I've seen."

Not new. The DOJ did "threaten" Arizona over doing "canvassing." Even without canvas, 700K "suspicious votes" were "recorded." Above Wendy Rogers claims the suspicious are more like 1M - as in almost one out of every two votes cast.

A recent election review training in Seattle, Washington has revealed several unbelievable voter procedures – including accepting a candidate’s name that is written on a napkin as a write-in ballot – which has left many people questioning how the state could possibly conduct free and fair elections with such lax measures in place.

Video of the training session that was posted online shows King County election officials reviewing examples of ballots that were filled out incorrectly, and it turns out they will accept just about anything as a valid vote.

In one example of a mail-in submission that was shown by the officials, a voter in Seattle’s most recent election sent in an envelope with no ballot, but included a newspaper clipping of Democratic candidate Lorena Gonzalez. Unbelievably, officials said that if the person who submitted the clipping had just circled the candidate’s name it would have been tallied in the final vote total.

If there had been no handwriting at all, we would have just called this superfluous material and wouldn’t bring it before the board – [but] the fact they [drew] what looks like an ‘L’ and a ‘+’ or a ‘V’ and a ‘+’ made us want to bring this forward for you to look at – if they had circled Lorena’s name we would have counted it as a vote, but this is a little more ambiguous for us.

So the question is: is this a vote for Lorena? We want to look at [the election rule titled] ‘writing in the wrong place’ – in voter intent manual page 70 – so really what you need [is] the office and the position number if that’s applicable to call it a ‘write-in in the wrong place.’

For this instance if we thought this [scribble] was an indication that they meant to vote, then this would have everything we need to call it a ‘write-in in the wrong place.'”

After showing the example to the trainees, one woman asks for clarification from the speaker by comparing the newspaper clipping to a voter sending in a napkin that’s been filled out with a candidate’s name and information about the race.

Without skipping a beat the election official confirmed that yes, a napkin would be a proper replacement for a ballot, saying “that would be enough and we would count that as a vote.”

Another trainee can’t believe what he just heard so he questions the speaker about the rule in the elections manual that she is referencing to say napkins and newspaper clippings can be substituted for an official ballot. He points out how the “write-in in the wrong place” rule specifically states that the write-in needs to be “elsewhere on the ballot” and doesn’t say anything about napkins or any other item that can be changed in place of the ballot itself.

According to the Post Millennial, the state of Washington has some of the most lenient voting laws in the entire country. As other states shore up the integrity of their elections in the aftermath of the rigged 2020 election, Washington’s election officials continue to prioritize mail-in ballots while lowering their voting standards even further.

“According to former Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman (R), Washington is a “voter intent” state by law. This means that voters are not disenfranchised if they mark a ballot differently than directed. When voter intent can be discerned, the vote will be counted.

Biden recently appointed Wyman to work in the White House and lead the Department of Homeland Security’s efforts to “protect future elections from foreign and domestic interference.”

Combine that ambiguous state law with mail-in ballots, and it equals a recipe for rigged elections for years to come.

Minnesota Woman Fights for Freedom of Her Husband and Three Sons After Being Raided Over Jan. 6 Protest

The political witch hunt against January 6 protesters has led to a Minnesota woman fighting for the freedom of her husband and three sons.

Speaking to the Gateway Pundit, Rosemarie Westbury described the nightmare her family has been enduring since they traveled to DC to stand up for what they believed in.

Rosemarie’s husband Robert Westbury, 62, their sons Isaac Westbury, 19, Jonah Westbury, 26, and Aaron James, 35, have all since been arrested in no-knock raids. She was also present in DC that day, but did not enter the building and has not been charged.

“We really felt a strong pull, I suppose we were there for President Donald Trump — but it was more than that. I felt the call of God to bring us there. When we went there, it wasn’t for any purpose but to stand for what is right, what is good, what is holy, and what is true. That’s why we were there,” she told the Gateway Pundit. “We were there to stand against what we still believe was a debacle in November 2020. We were there to voice our First Amendment right to stand and say ‘no.’”

The mother also described meeting Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes and believing that there was something “off” about a man that was standing with him. She described him wearing a mask and having his ears covered — and said that she thought at the time that he seemed like he was not there for the right reasons.

“He seemed out of place. The thought went into my mind, ‘I don’t think he’s with us.’ Was he an FBI agent? I don’t know, but he seemed like he was doing everything in his power to not be recognized,” she explained.

Initially, the FBI reached out to the Westburys in February to “talk and ask Jonah Westbury some questions regarding January 6th.”

The Westburys have said that they knew of the ongoing political battle over the protest, so they decided to obtain an attorney to speak on their behalf to the FBI. Once they hired an attorney, the FBI stopped reaching out and went “radio silent.” They also refused to accept calls or messages from the family or their legal team.

On April 10, the FBI executed a no-knock raid on Jonah, who was renting an apartment attached to the family home — but with it’s own separate entrance. The agents entered the home at 6:30 a.m. using a battering ram to break through the door “and began to clear the house in a close quarter combat style,” according to his mother.

The agents did not only enter the apartment, however. They went room by room throughout the main house, kicking in each door and sticking rifles in the faces of the family as they laid in bed in terror. They did this despite knowing from their conversation in February that he lived in his own separate rental unit on the property.

Rosemarie explained that the agents handcuffed and shackled each member of the family and dragged them outside, barefoot and not fully dressed, during the harsh Minnesota winter.

Jonah was put in handcuffs and shackles and brought to Minneapolis. He was released later the same day.

Several months later, on October 4, the family was once again subjected to a no-knock raid at 6 a.m., this time to arrest the teenage son Isaac, who is prone to random seizures. He was hospitalized and on a ventilator during their first raid in April.

Rosemarie explained that they were “awakened by over twenty-five FBI agents, their armored vehicle equipped with a battering ram, as well as a SWAT team.”

“Using a bull horn and sirens they began shouting orders to the residents of the home, so all of the surrounding neighbors were awakened by this gross over-reach.

The FBI also began to intimidate the neighbors as they were opening their doors to see what was going on, and to depart for work,” she explained in a fundraiser for their legal defense. “The FBI intimidated the neighbors by shining spotlights and yelling at them over the bullhorn and brandishing fully automatic military assault rifles. They screamed at the neighbors to GET BACK IN YOUR HOUSE.”

Rosemarie said that all residents of the home were met with floodlights shining in their faces and red dots on their chests from the rifles as they exited the home.

The agents seized all electronic devices and later demanded that the family get rid of all firearms, ammunition, knives, compound hunting bows, and antique replica firearms. Many of the electronics belonged to Rosemarie, who has not been charged. They still have not been returned.

“A few hours later, in their final act to humiliate and dehumanize these men, the FBI released the James/Westbury men onto the streets of Minneapolis with no phones, no phone call, barefoot and in their pajamas. They were told to return to their home,” the fundraiser’s description states.

The FBI charged Isaac Westbury with the catch-all charge of “Civil Disorder,” Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Certain Officers Using a Dangerous Weapon, Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon, Engaging in Physical Violence in a Restricted Building or Grounds, Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building, and the Act of Physical Violence in the Capitol Grounds or Buildings, Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building.

The middle son, Jonah Westbury, age 26, must, in court, now fight the FBI’s charges of Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building and Grounds, Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building and Grounds, Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Capitol Building and Grounds, and Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building.

Similarly, the oldest son, Aaron James is facing charges of Civil Disorder, Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Certain Officers Using a Dangerous Weapon, Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon, Engaging in Physical Violence in a Restricted Building or Grounds, Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building, Act of Physical Violence in the Capitol Grounds or Buildings, Parading, Demonstrating or Picketing in a Capitol Building.

The allegations and charges against James are particularly troublesome because he is a U.S. Navy Veteran who served three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, and one tour with the joint operations command SEAL Team 5 counter terrorism operations in the Philippines.

James was outside the Capitol building attempting to help a citizen who was on the ground and unable to breathe after being sprayed with mace by officers, causing him to go into respiratory failure and cardiac arrest.

James, who was trained as a Fleet Marine Force corpsman combat medic maintains that he was attempting to get to the man to perform CPR and render first aid before he himself was also pepper sprayed.

Finally, Robert Westbury, the father who was seen on video praying at the Capitol building demonstrations, was arrested by the FBI and charged with Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds, Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds, Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building, Parading, Demonstrating or Picketing in a Capitol Building.

“Imagine seeing your family in shackles. We don’t have any criminal background, we pay our bills, we try to be upright citizens and do what’s right. We’re good to our neighbors,” Rosemarie said through tears. “What’s happening to us is coming to a theater near you. Be prepared. We have to be strong. I feel like we are standing on the front line.”

State Sen. Mark Koran has expressed support for the Westburys, describing them as a “good family” and urging people to contribute to their legal fund.

The Westbury men are being represented by John Pierce of John Pierce Law, who is representing over 20 January 6 protesters, the family of Jake Gardner, a Marine combat veteran who tragically took his own life after being wrongfully charged following a self-defense shooting during a Black Lives Matter riot, and Amanda Ensing, a Latina beauty influencer who was defamed and “cancelled” by Sephora for conservative social media posts.

Pierce also recently launched the National Constitutional Law Union Inc. (NCLU) to preserve and protect the United States Constitution and the American way of life “by providing legal support and funding to individuals whose Constitutional rights, civil liberties and similar rights are being violated or in jeopardy.”
