Is the Democrats’ Election Heist ‘Too Big to Fail’?

President Trump and Fox News enjoyed a mutually beneficial relationship, until, loyalty already fraying, Fox betrayed Trump on election evening by prematurely calling Arizona for Biden. Only stalwart reporters such as Mark Levin, Judge Jeanine Pirro, Lou Dobbs, and Sean Hannity remain by Trump’s side.
Republican elected officials who retained power are mostly mute. Although the predicted Blue Wave never materialized as Republicans flipped House seats and Senate control is so close it will only be decided after the results of a Georgia runoff election are known, feckless state governors and attorneys general overseeing election preparations stood idly by as Democrats set up the apparatus for the big election steal.
Republicans in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania were the exception. Resisting the illegal power grab the Democrats had implemented by a massive mail-in-ballot scheme and extending, by three days, the deadline to vote, Republican state officials appealed to the Supreme Court. Their success should have been a slam dunk -- only it wasn’t. The already tainted Chief Justice, John Roberts, who seemingly rules outside the four corners of the law, sided with the three Democrats on the case. In a four-four decision, the lower court case stood. Not only was an illegal precedent set, but the incomprehensible decision also had a chilling effect and stopped other state officials, similarly situated, from appealing to the Court as well. The foreseeable mayhem that has occurred, post-election, is far greater than imagined.
Citizens from multiple geographical locations, mainly from Democrat-controlled cities, many with a lot to lose, have bravely testified of election irregularities. The nonexclusive list of “irregularities” is mind-boggling: naked ballots (mail-in-ballots without outer security envelopes with signature and return address); return envelopes without postmarks; ballot harvesting (soliciting wads of ballots from vulnerable populations such as the elderly, non-English-speaking, and/or disabled and then filling them in; allowing only some voters to cure ballots; arbitrary ballot acceptance or rejection; removing some poll watchers or keeping them too far away to read the ballot; covering up ballot-counting room windows; transporting ballots across state lines; tabulating ballots too early or too late; dumping thousands of ballots, containing only a presidential vote, in the middle of the night; and telling people how to vote.
Equally frustrating are the Democrats’ responses to widespread cries of election fraud. Two are exceptionally galling. The first involves large ballot dumps, after midnight in multiple states, containing votes only for Biden. Incredibly, the Democrats use this example as proof of election purity. I have been a committeeperson, poll watcher and ballot counter for over twenty years. Ballots containing only one candidate vote are rare. Voters do not want to waste their votes. This type of Biden-only ballot is indicative of fraud. In-person votes for Trump were far larger than the Democrats had estimated -- they had to hustle to keep up and didn’t have time to adequately complete the ballots. Their other inane response is that the issues are too complex to resolve, because unlike Gore v Bush, multiple states are involved. Again, this is magical thinking. Rather than being too big to fail, similar irregularities at multiple state locations is indicative of conspiracy.
Contrary to the mainstream media’s ‘the end is near for Trump” reporting, each state and federal court loss for Trump brings his lawyers ever closer to their cases being combined and argued before the Supreme Court. In October pre-election, when Chief Justice Roberts sided against the Republicans, Justice Samuel Alito, joined by justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch issued a strong dissent that was mainly ignored by the press. Post-election, obviously having seen enough, Alito issued another rebuke, demanding Pennsylvania segregate all mail-in-ballots received after November 3, 2020. Again, the media did not cover his statement. Seemingly, Alito is signaling that he is watching and waiting at the Supreme Court for the opportunity to overturn the illegal decisions of the lower courts. But will enough Justices have the courage to join him?
Many cases do wind up before the Supreme Court on appeal from state or federal courts. However, not all cases are accepted; the Court hears approximately 100-150 cases annually from almost 8,000 that are appealed before it. Of course, this case is paramount and has compelling national interest. However, the justices have much to weigh. There are always concerns of political meddling and the radical left has thrown in the specter of more arson, looting, rioting, and violence if a reversal is decided due to rampant fraud, and threats of court-packing may become reality. However, it is doubtful the justices could maintain the court’s integrity if the case were not to be heard and evidence presented. The mountain of evidence of election fraud is compelling and one would think the Justices will not allow themselves to be architects of their own diminution.
As the days dwindle and the ticking of the clock signals time running out, many questions remain:
Who owns Dominion?
Who owns the software housed in Dominion machines?
Where are ballots counted and stored?
What happened to empty provisional ballots, returned by voters who hadn’t requested them and/or changed their minds and decided to vote in person?
What will be done to ensure there are no repeats of the disastrous election of 2020?
This massive corruption cannot stand. The Supreme Court must join our band of brothers.

Biden’s Cabinet: Obama Administration 3.0

While the patriots across the country are running out of nails to bite watching the Trump legal team taking on the swing states voter fraud, most Democrats are praising Biden’s cabinet nominees and appointments. Sure enough, there is a great chance that the truth will prevail, and all those cabinet picks will remain in the dustbin of history, where they belong. At the same time, these people represent the potential trends of the U.S. policy both at home and abroad as the current Democrat establishment sees it.
Joe Biden announced his first round of picks in November, he called his choices “experienced, crisis-tested leaders who are ready to hit the ground running on day one […] These officials will start working immediately to rebuild our institutions, renew and reimagine American leadership to keep Americans safe at home and abroad, and address the defining challenges of our time.” Top Democrats are rushing the Senate hearings for Biden’s cabinet that they want to start before inauguration. Despite the calls for unity and “time to heal,” Biden (whether himself or, most likely, some shadow team of the real decision-makers) is evidently taking a course on radically reversing the Trump administration’s “America First” policies. In the end of November, Biden tapped Obama-era officials for top national security and economic roles -- the same people who were one of the main reasons why it was Trump and not Hillary winning over the White House just four years ago. Let’s meet – or rather, reintroduce -- the key figures.
Foreign policy: the lobbyists-hawks
Antony Blinken, Secretary of State
During his campaign, Biden claimed that he intended to end “forever wars,” -- many of which he helped start. A nomination of a hawkish Antony Blinken certainly looks like a betrayal of the campaign promises and has attracted considerable criticism from both left and right for Blinken’s record of supporting wars and so-called humanitarian interventions. Blinken was a top aide to Biden when the then-senator voted to authorize the U.S. invasion of Iraq, and helped Biden develop a proposal to partition Iraq into three separate regions.
As deputy national security advisor, Blinken supported the military intervention in Libya in 2011. In 2018 he helped launch WestExec Advisors, a “strategic advisory firm” that is secretive about its clients, and still refuses to disclose them. Jonathan Guyer writes in the American Prospect, “I learned that Blinken [and the cofounders who also served in the Obama administration] used their networks to build a large client base at the intersection of tech and defense. An Israeli surveillance startup turned to them… Google billionaire Eric Schmidt and Fortune 100 companies went to them, too.” Will we find a patriotic Secretary of State in Tony Blinken? Ironically, as Blinken himself once said, “Registered lobbyist is a bullshit distinction. For me it’s: Are you making a living based on monetizing a set of relationships or a policy domain with personal interest?”
Lobbying interests of the foreign entities is something that Biden and his close friends from the foreign-policy team seem to be great at. For example, both Linda Thomas-Greenfield, nominated to be a U.N. ambassador and Jake Sullivan (national security advisor) repeat the pattern of joining international consulting firms whose clients are unknown, but both with substantial capitalization.
Avril Haines, director of national intelligence
Haines served as a deputy director of the CIA and Obama’s principal deputy national security adviser. Haines played a key role in the controversial drone program that cost the lives of up to 807 civilians in Pakistan, Somalia, and Yemen. Some critics have accused Haines of complicity in the use of torture or “improved interrogation techniques” by the CIA after 9/11. Haines is also remembered for editing the Senate Intelligence Committee’s report on the use of torture and approving a panel that ultimately decided not to reprimand CIA agents who spied on the committee’s investigators. She also worked for WestExec.
John Kerry, climate envoy
Obama’s ex-Secretary of State whose family is a close business partner to the Biden family, implicated in the shady business in Ukraine and China, Kerry is a champion of the Paris Climate Agreement, from which Trump withdrew the United States.
Domestic policy: socialism and control
Ron Klain, chief of staff
Known as the “Ebola czar,” Klain is a close confidante of Biden and previously advised President Obama. He has been vocal in his criticism of President Trump -- particularly his handling of the coronavirus pandemic. Klain is not a doctor or public health expert; he’s a lawyer with deep experience in politics. Now, Klain is expected to make the virus a top priority. Because, he believes, it was Trump's “slow response” and “downplaying the threat” that devastated the country with businesses’ and schools’ shutdowns and lockdowns -- not the thugs like Cuomo, Newsome, or Whitmer. The threat has proven to be overblown, but I have doubts that Klain will truly listen to the scientists.
Neera Tanden, Office of Management and Budget director
Tanden is a chief executive of the left Center for American Progress. She is not an economist, but a political activist and organizer who worked in the Clinton and Obama administrations (ObamaCare reform), and for Hillary Clinton’s campaigns. If Tanden takes control of the OMB (which is questionable), then the office will be run by someone who believes that the deficits and the debt should be no obstacle whatsoever to further government spending and suggests the “oil rich countries” in the Middle East should cover it. In addition to that, she was accused of becoming physically aggressive toward a CAP staffer who had dared to question Hillary Clinton about the Iraq War, and she once outed an employee who had filed a sexual harassment complaint.
Council of Economic Advisers: chair Cecilia Rouse (served in both Clinton and Obama administrations), Jared Bernstein and Heather Boushey (both served Biden during his VP tenure).
Janet Yellen, Treasury secretary
Yellen is a former Federal Reserve chair. During her tenure, the central bank launched experimental programs that ballooned its balance sheet to $4.5 trillion. Stocks soared, but economic growth was below par and wealth disparity hit historic levels. As reported by CNBC, the dichotomy between the market and the economy will be one of the most lasting parts of the Yellen legacy: while the S&P 500 was up about 325 percent since the 2009 lows, wage gains had barely kept up with inflation and income inequality has soared. Talk about taking care of Main Street America!
As we can see, Biden’s presumptive nominees mark a return of the “swamp”-- people with strong relationships in Washington D.C. elite and global capitals. We’ve seen those faces before; we have first-hand experience with their policies that failed America. But it seems that for the Democrat establishment America is not an objective, but a source and object of their power.

Set In Stone? -- A Historical, Constitutional, and Legal examination of Electoral College Deadlines and their implications for the 2020 Presidential Election
The authoritative research paper breaks down the history of Electoral College deadlines and makes clear that this election's December 8 and December 14 deadlines for the selection of Electors, the assembly of the Electoral College, and the tallying of its votes, respectively, are not only elements of of a 72-year old federal statute with zero Constitutional basis, but are also actively preventing the states from fulfilling their constitutional — and ethical — obligation to hold free and fair elections. Experts believe that the primary basis for these dates was to provide enough time to affect the presidential transition of power, a concern which is fully obsolete in the age of internet and air travel.
The white paper also shows that the December 8 "safe harbor" deadline for appointing presidential Electors does not apply to states where flagrant violations of state election laws affected the outcome of the popular vote. In fact, the only Constitutionally-set date in the election process is the assumption of office by the President on January 20.
The Amistad Project has filed litigation in several key swing states arguing that illegal conduct by state and local officials led to more than 1.2 million potentially fraudulent ballots, including illegal votes that were counted and legal votes that were not counted. In each state, the number of potentially fraudulent ballots far exceeds the margin separating the leading presidential candidate.
"Through rigorous investigations supporting our litigation, we demonstrate that state and local officials brazenly violated election laws in several swing states in order to advance a partisan political agenda," said Phill Kline, Director of The Amistad Project. "As a result, it is impossible for those states to determine their presidential Electors in line with the arbitrary deadline set forth via federal statute in 1948, and thus, the only deadline that matters is January 20, 2021."
Although federal law sets December 8, 2020 as the date on which determinations of Electors made pursuant to state election law automatically become official, the law does not require Electors to be designated by that date in order to be counted. Because the U.S. Constitution places ultimate authority for designating presidential Electors in the hands of state legislatures, it is the responsibility of the people's elected representatives to judge the relevant facts and appoint an appropriate slate of Electors, subject only to the sole deadline set forth in the U.S. Constitution — 12:00 noon on January 20, 2021.

Rudy Giuliani was on with Lou Dobbs last night and he provided an update on the cases and states he has been working on.
Giuliani shared the current status of his cases country-wide and mentioned that his team is pinning its hopes not so much on Nevada, where an Obama judge gave a ruling that was unlawful and will be appealed, but on other states. He did say his team would be appealing the case in Nevada.
Rudy then said they are pinning their efforts on Georgia, Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin, where they believe they have a great case. He said Pennsylvania will be appealed as well and will do well after a couple wins from other states first.
Rudy went on to say that China is involved in this in some way and then noted that the Democrats won’t say anything about the crimes being committed.

There is easily enough identifiable fraud in this year’s election to have it overturned in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and probably many other states.
Despite Big Media promoting a group of ‘experts’ claiming this was ‘the most secure election ever‘, the real evidence indicates a totally different story. The fraud in this year’s election is cause to overturn the currently reported election results.
Required Evidence in the Courts
The Trump team doesn’t have to produce evidence “beyond a reasonable doubt” concerning unprecedented fraud in this year’s campaign. Complaints such as those filed by the President and his team, only need to show a “preponderance of the evidence”. This is the absolute LOWEST burden of proof, sometimes called the 51-49 standard, or the “balance of probabilities” standard.
The Three Burdens of Proof, (or standards as they can be referred to) are as follows:
- Beyond a reasonable doubt: The highest standard the law imposes. …
- Clear and convincing evidence: An elevated standard that requires a judge or jury to have substantial assurance that the allegations are correct.
- Preponderance of the evidence: The lowest standard.
The Overall Picture
According to our records President Trump entertained 1.1 Million supporters at events from Labor Day till the election. Joe Biden entertained less than 2,000! Trump’s events this year were even bigger than 2016 and he contracted COVID which kept him home for a couple weeks. Trump absolutely crushed Biden in rallies – it was as if Biden knew he didn’t need to campaign because he didn’t and if he did no one would have shown anyways. Biden didn’t campaign in part because every time he did it showed the complete joke he and his campaign were.
President Trump had boat parades, car parades, horse parades, truck parades and more – these random events were not sanctioned by the campaign – they just happened:
Biden tried a car parade and it failed – there was absolutely no enthusiasm behind Biden:
President Trump had a litany of accomplishments under his belt as well. He was the first politician in our lifetimes to do what he said he would do and then some. He created the greatest economy in the world ever with the highest stock market (up more than 60% since he won the 2016 election), highest national GDP (well over 20 Trillion) and some of the lowest unemployment numbers in history. Now President Trump oversees the greatest recovery ever with a GDP increase in Q3 of more than 30%. This record will likely never be broken.
Biden is attached to higher taxes and corrupt actions with China, Ukraine and other countries. Biden also permitted Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots in Democrat cities and oversees a very sick family as well. No one was excited about Biden and every honest American knows he stole the election.
Based on policies alone, it is difficult to believe Biden won the election over President Trump’s record setting numbers.
The Fraud is Real with a Preponderance of Evidence
Within the first 24 hours after the election we knew it was stolen. President Trump sets the record for the most votes ever and somehow the guy in the basement overcomes Trump’s record setting night and the next day Biden takes the lead in states he didn’t campaign in where he was behind by hundreds of thousands of votes on election night. The election was stolen.

Within a week we uncovered the massive fraud and now today there are literally hundreds of affidavits filed, under penalty of perjury, discussing the numerous voter fraud incidents around the country:
- Many dead people voted with the indication of fraud
- Ballots were destroyed intentionally with the intention of fraud
- Ballots were separated from their envelopes with the intention of fraud
- Vote counts were manipulated with the intention of fraud
- Absentee ballots were received back at the counting center BEFORE they were even sent out with the intention of fraud
- Many people over 100 years old cast ballots with the intention of fraud
- Observers were blocked, some by cardboard sheets, pizza boxes, or social distance, with the intention of fraud
- Many people voted more than once, in multiple states, where they were ineligible to vote with the intention of fraud
- Ballots were “cured” even before the date they were supposed to be opened with the intention of fraud
- Batches of ballots were scanned multiple times into the tabulators with the intention of fraud
- Ballots were LOST in predominantly Trump precincts and found after audits with the intention of fraud
- Ballots for Trump were found in garbage cans, ditches, or were shredded before, on and after election day with the intention of fraud
- Hundreds of thousands of suspicious ballots, many of them 96% up to 100% for Biden were DUMPED into the count in the wee hours of the morning AFTER election day in SWING STATES and after the counting had been “stopped” with the intention of fraud
We identified glitches noticeable to Americans watching the election results on TV. What started as a glitch we soon identified as a pattern because they all somehow went against President Trump:

We then identified MIT PhD Dr. Shiva’s analysis where he identified patterns in precincts in four counties in Michigan that showed an apparent shift of 130,000 votes from Trump to Biden using a statistical analysis due to these patterns that make no logical sense. Recall, President Trump was crushing Joe Biden on election night in Wisconsin when all of a sudden the state stopped counting ballots.
Shortly after Fox News called Arizona for Joe Biden early on Tuesday night, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania all stopped counting ballots.

Judge William Pryor declined today Lin Wood’s appeal and request to “enjoin certification of the general election results [in Georgia], to secure a new recount under different rules, and to establish new rules for an upcoming runoff election”.
Judge Pryor for the 11th Circuit is famous for enforcing a radical judge’s ruling to remove the 10 commandments from a court house in Alabama. A now well-known local judge refused to enforce the ruling and for that he was removed from the bench:

Woods argued that the Georgia law is clear and that the executive branch consisting of a crooked governor, secretary of state and another guy named Gabriel Sterling, changed the law related to absentee ballots, and they had no right to do so. Wood succinctly showed that the right to change the law was a legislative right and it didn’t reside with these corrupt individuals.
In the refusal, Judge Pryor makes the following arguments as noted above:
- He says Woods wasn’t distinct enough in labeling his injury. But the entire state and nation are injured by corrupt individuals stealing the Presidential election away from President Trump in Georgia. The amount of corruption related to these ballots is astounding. The fact that a judge can’t see this is puzzling.
- Pryor also states that Georgia has already certified their results. But this also discounts the massive fraud. The President hasn’t been confirmed and the inauguration is months away. The fraud in Georgia led to a Biden win which didn’t occur. How the hell can the judge make this assertion that it is already over?
- Then Pryor says the actions in Georgia were garden variety issues. How outrageous! This judge knows that ballots were pulled out from under tables in Atlanta to count fraudulent absentee ballots for Joe Biden after sending the Republicans home.

Georgia Poll Observers Say They Were Effectively Told To Go Home

Several poll observers in Georgia said under penalty of perjury that they were effectively told to go home on election night before ballot counting resumed for several hours with no observers present.
Republican poll observers Mitchell Harrison and Michelle Branton said in affidavits that at approximately 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 3 inside an absentee ballot counting room State Farm Arena, a woman shouted to everyone to stop working and return the following morning at 8:30 a.m.
“This lady had appeared through the night and Mitchell and I believed her to be the supervisor,” Branton wrote in an affidavit.
Following the instruction, nearly all workers left, except a handful of people. All ballot counting stopped.
The poll observers were the only outsiders left, along with a Fox News crew. Harrison spent time seeking answers from Regina Waller, the Fulton County’s public affairs manager for elections, but she refused to answer the questions, he said in an affidavit.
A few minutes later, Branton, Harrison, and the crew left. Only four people remained in the room including Waller, when they had departed.
The group later heard that ballot counting had resumed at the arena, despite the public being told that it had ceased for the night. Observers rushed back at around 1 a.m. on Nov. 4 and found that to be the case.

Citing surveillance video footage that showed everyone leave but a handful of workers, he said the workers “continued counting ballots in secret until 1 a.m.”
The footage was presented by President Donald Trump’s campaign during a state legislature hearing this week. It appears to show a few workers pulling out boxes filled with ballots from underneath tables and counting them after the room cleared.
Officials insist the video does not show fraud. They said Friday they are probing why poll observers left on election night.
“We have launched an investigation into why the monitors from the political parties left before scanning ended. While it was their right to leave early, we want to make certain they were not misled into thinking scanning had stopped for the night when it had not,” Walter Jones, a spokesman for Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, told The Epoch Times via email.
The issue appears to center around semantics. While observers weren’t explicitly told to leave, they believed counting was stopping because officials made it seem that way.
Waller told ABC on election night that the county’s election department sent the ballot counters at the arena home at 10:30 p.m. Waller told The Epoch Times in an email, “For clarification, I informed ABC News that some workers left but four remained.”

Gabriel Sterling, an official in Raffensperger’s office, “has accepted Fulton County’s explanation that the Republican monitors and news media are to blame for believing the election officials who told them that they were shutting down, packed up the voting equipment, and started cleaning,” Shafer added in another post.
Sterling said in a statement that the video “shows normal ballot processing.” He said investigators with his office watched the surveillance footage. Sterling and other state officials have said Fulton County “cut corners” and showed “managerial sloppiness” in handling the election and subsequent recounts.
A county spokeswoman told The Epoch Times on the day after the election Registration & Elections Director Richard Barron told the Board of Commissioners that when he learned that staff were dismissed at 10:30 p.m., he advised that some workers needed to continue.
“Based on that directive, a smaller crew continued to work through the night. It may be possible that observers left at the time the majority of the staff left, but from the information we have, the processing area was never closed to observers,” she wrote.
Other people in Georgia said they were inexplicably told to go home.
Poll manager Susan Voyles, who was helping audit ballots at Georgia World Congress Centers, said she was told to go home on Nov. 15 after counting just 60 ballots, even though workers at nearby tables had thousands to process.
“We offered to help on some larger piles that were still evident, and the officials present were adamant that they did not need any help,” she said in an affidavit.

(Megan Varner/Getty Images)That same day, county officials told most of the counters to go home around 9:10 a.m., Maria Diedrich, a monitor for Trump’s campaign, said in an affidavit.
Still other observers claimed they directly witnessed fraud.
Carlos Silva, a trial lawyer from Florida, said in an affidavit that he saw two vote counters in Dekalb County pull out a pile of ballots that had two distinct characteristics.
“One, I noticed that they all had a perfect black bubble and were all Biden select. I was able to observe the perfect bubble for a few minutes before they made me move away from the table. At no time did I speak to the poll workers or obstruct them in any way. I heard them go through the stack and call out Biden’s name over 500 times in a row,” he said.
He also said he witnessed something similar in Cobb County.
Nicholas Zeher, another observer, said he never saw vote counters or anyone else verifying signatures as ballots were counted. He also said he saw ballots on a review table with markings only for Biden and no other candidate. And he saw a batch of ballots where the bubble for Biden appeared to be a perfect black mark.
The affidavits were entered in a federal court case, Pearson v. Kemp.

On Thursday, the Trump legal team presented what they believe is smoking-gun evidence of ballot stuffing in Georgia: Surveillance footage of ballot counting at State Farm Arena that allegedly shows poll workers being dismissed for the night, only to have four workers stay behind, after which four suitcases of ballots are pulled out from under a table and counted for several hours.
Of course, Georgia election officials deny that there was any impropriety and claim that normal procedures were followed.
Despite pushback from election officials, Governor Brian Kemp found the evidence compelling enough to call for a “signature audit” of ballots.
However, according to Lead Stories, “two high-level officials with the Georgia secretary of state’s office and a state elections board monitor” say that there’s “nothing suspicious” in the video. “The officials said the ballots seen in the video were in regular ballot containers — not suitcases — and they had been removed from their envelopes and processed while news media and election observers for the Republican Party and Trump campaign were present.”
GOP poll workers, however, say in signed affidavits that they’d been told at 10 p.m. that counting would resume in the morning and that they were shocked to hear from news crews that counting had continued after they were dismissed.
While these conflicting claims get sorted out, there’s another facet to story that has come to light. According to Trump’s senior legal adviser Jenna Ellis, there was a “huge spike” in votes for Joe Biden “during the same time the suitcases of ballots started to be scanned.”
“This spike is mathematically impossible without cheating, and it coincidently falls within the same timeline that the new ballots were captured,” claims Bernard Kerik, the former NYPD commissioner who is helping the Trump campaign collect evidence of voter fraud.

One Georgia county recertified its election results on Friday as Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office debunked a recently surfaced video that appeared to show illegal ballot-counting without supervisors.
The Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections adjourned a meeting Friday in which members voted to recertify the results of the 2020 presidential race in favor of President-elect Joe Biden in a 3-2 voice vote.
Much of the meeting focused on a video that went viral Thursday, which political commentators claimed showed Fulton County election officials illegally stuffing ballots -- a form of election fraud in which more ballots are counted than were cast by eligible voters in a specific location.
A senior source in Raffensperger's office told Fox News that the video has been investigated and claims that it showed ballot fraud deemed unfounded, adding that Fulton County election officials had a designated observer at the location the entire time -- a practice that has been in place since June.
Raffensperger's office also debunked allegations that the ballots were stuffed in a pair of "suitcases" that one election official pulled out from beneath a table in the video, saying footage shows the ballots in the cases that they were supposed to be kept in.
HANNITY ON SUSPICIOUS SUITCASE VIDEO
Republican Georgia Rep. Jody Hice, however, shared the video on Twitter, calling the footage "explosive fraud."
Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said during a Thursday interview on "The Ingraham Angle" that he has called for a signature audit into the video, but only the secretary of state has the power to order one.
Georgia election chief Gabe Sterling shared a fact-check article from a news outlet called Lead Stories in a Thursday tweet, saying, "The 90-second video of election workers at State Farm arena, purporting to show fraud was watched in its entirety (hours) by @GaSecofState investigators. Shows normal ballot processing. Here is the fact check on it."
Fulton County Elections Director Richard Barron told the Board of Registration and Elections during Friday's hearing that he had not seen the video, but his staff told him the footage showed "normal" activity.
Barron took questions from Republican board members Kathleen Ruth and Mark Wingate, who voted against certifying election results.
In response to claims that staff and media left the counting site early, Barron said no one was told to leave early and that certain staff left after their duties concluded.
Democratic board member Aaron Johnson said the board needs to "sit down, look at what actually happened" and do what they can to "find out what happened."
The deadline for all counties to complete their recounts was midnight Wednesday. Raffensperger told “Your World with Neil Cavuto” in November that he expected to see "very similar" results.
“When we did the first audit, we found mistakes in three counties and that added over 1,000 votes for President Trump," Raffensperger said. "That has all been accounted for, and so I think this one will be very close to what we just have now. I don’t see much difference whatsoever.”
President Trump has criticized Raffensperger’s oversight of the election, while Georgia Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, both up for reelection in the January runoffs, have called for his resignation.

Justice Samuel Alito agreed on Thursday to review an appeal against the ruling of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court that tossed a suit alleging the state’s mail-in voting was unconstitutional.
Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) and other plaintiffs appealed to Alito to block Pennsylvania from certifying the battleground state’s electoral votes for Democratic nominee Joe Biden, according to The Associated Press. The plaintiffs argue that Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting was inherently unconstitutional because it required a constitutional amendment to be authorized.
Alito set Dec. 9 as the date for state officials to respond. That date is a day after the “safe harbor deadline.” After Dec. 8, Congress cannot challenge any electors named according to state law.
As The Economist’s Supreme Court correspondent Steve Mazie noted, “Six days from now is an eternity on the electoral clock: Safe-harbor deadline (by which states must confirm results to make them ‘conclusive’) is Dec. 8, electoral college votes on Dec. 14. By the time Kelly files final brief on Dec. 10 or so, the challenge will be moot.”
Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court unanimously ruled on Saturday to throw out a lower court’s order preventing the state from certifying multiple contests from the Nov. 3 election. “They have failed to allege that even a single mail-in ballot was fraudulently cast or counted,” Justice David Wecht wrote.
Because Pennsylvania lies within the Third Circuit, which falls under Alito’s jurisdiction, the justice has repeatedly had to rule in the contentious lawsuits alleging widespread voter fraud in the state. Three days after Election Day, he ordered ballots received after Nov. 3 to be segregated. As The Daily Wire reported:

Texas GOP Rep. Michael Cloud on Friday accused the Justice Department of putting up "roadblocks" in President Trump and others' efforts to uncover election fraud.
"There's plenty of evidence there to see, certainly enough evidence to warrant an investigation," Cloud said on Just the News' "Water Cooler" show.
To a question from show host David Brody about why neither the Justice Department nor FBI appears to be looking into such matters, Cloud replied: "Some of these accusations are pretty easy to track down if we had the fortitude to do it. … But instead of an interest in this, what we've seen is roadblocks when it comes to looking at those items."
The exchange follows Attorney General William Barr saying Tuesday that the Justice Department has yet to uncover evidence of voter fraud on a scale sufficient to affect state outcomes in the Nov. 3 presidential election.
Cloud was cautious about speculating on what federal officials might do but said, "Ultimately, the DOJ could be putting forth search warrants. They could be impounding evidence. There's a lot that they could be doing right now. And it's almost like they're waiting for the evidence to come to them."

A group of House Republicans is calling on Attorney General William Barr to open an investigation into the Nov. 3 election in Georgia, following a pair of hearings before the state Senate on Thursday.
The House Republicans, including 21 current members and four members-elect, signed a letter to Barr, who appears to have lost the support and confidence of President Trump and many Republicans in Congress. They say that he has been too slow and too lax in investigating voter fraud and corruption in the recent election.
Earlier in the week Barr issued a statement saying that the Justice Department hasn’t seen enough evidence of fraud to change the results of the election. He told the Associated Press that the FBI and U.S. attorneys have been following up on complaints they had received, but, he said, “to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.”
President Trump expressed diminished confidence in Barr on Thursday. He was asked if he still has confidence in Barr after his statement about not having seen widespread fraud, and Trump replied, “Ask me that in a number of weeks from now. They should be looking at all of this fraud.”
In the letter from House Republicans, they urged Barr to take steps to prevent fraud during the two Senate runoff races in Georgia scheduled for Jan. 5.
“We strongly urge you to use your authority as Attorney General to issue a restraining order or temporary injunction preventing organizations from registering illegal and invalid voters in the upcoming election," they wrote. "Swift action is needed to ensure that illegal votes do not dilute the rights of legal voters.”
The driving force behind the effort is Alabama GOP Rep. Mo Brooks who has stated his plans to challenge state Electoral College votes in the House.
In a statement that he provided to the Washington Examiner, Brooks wrote, “No one should ever be allowed to bring an estimated 15,000 to 18,000 ballots to a vote-counting facility in suitcases; hide those suitcases under a table before the vote-counting facility opens; at roughly 10:30 PM at night, declare that vote tabulation is finished for the night and will resume at 8:30 AM the next day; order all poll watchers and media to leave the facility; and then, once the facility is reduced to a bare minimum of five co-workers (and possibly criminal co-conspirators), with no poll watchers present; roll out the suitcases from their hiding place, withdraw thousands of ballots, and stuff the vote-counting machines with what appears to be, by the conduct observed, illegal and fraudulent ballots. Yet that is exactly what a newly released video of a polling location reveals.”

Additionally, we ask that you use your authority as Attorney General to issue a preliminary order preventing any organization from registering illegal and invalid voters in the upcoming January 5th Georgia U.S. Senate Runoff Elections.
By way of background, these organizations stand accused of registering a deceased Alabama voter, encouraging illegal voting by out of state residents, as well as knowingly sending Georgia voter registration applications out of state - as far as New York.[2] Allegedly, Operation New Voter Registration Georgia encouraged college students to temporarily change their residency so that they could vote in the runoff election,[3] which is illegal under multiple federal statutes. See 252 U.S.C. § 10307(c) & 18 U.S.C. § 371. Reportedly, Vote Forward attempted to register a dead voter,[4] which is also illegal under federal statute. See 52 U.S.C. §§ 10307(c), 10307(e), 20511(2). America Votes and the New Georgia Project, founded by Stacey Abrams, both are accused of sending voter registration application to invalid addresses.[5]
Federal law gives the Attorney General the authority to issue preliminary relief when there are reasonable grounds to believe that any person is about to engage in any election offense. See 52 USC § 10308(d). [6] We strongly urge you to use your authority as Attorney General to issue a restraining order or temporary injunction preventing organizations from registering illegal and invalid voters in the upcoming election. Swift action is needed to ensure that illegal votes do not dilute the rights of legal voters.

Leaders in the Arizona state legislature on Friday called for an audit of Dominion Voting Systems software and equipment in Maricopa County, a request of which county leaders appear "supportive."
The Arizona Senate Republican Caucus announced it intent to seek such an audit via Twitter on Friday afternoon.
“As a longtime advocate for improving and modernizing our election system,” incoming Senate Government Chairperson Michelle Ugenti-Rita said in the news release, “I am pleased to learn that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is supportive of conducting an independent audit of their voting software and equipment.”
House Majority Leader Warren Petersen said: “A significant number of voters believe that fraud occurred. And with the number of irregularities it is easy to see why.”
Petersen also called it “imperative” that officials conduct a forensic audit on Dominion’s setup in the county.
Democrat Joe Biden currently has a lead of about 0.3% in Arizona in the Nov. 3 presidential balloting.

The Trump campaign has filed a lawsuit in a Georgia court seeking to halt the certification of presidential election results in that state pending the holding of "a new presidential election" there.
The lawsuit, filed Friday in the Superior Court of Fulton County, alleges that tens of thousands of illegal votes were counted in the election results, resulting in "substantial doubt as to the outcome of the Contested Election."
"[A]ny certification associated therewith should be enjoined, vacated, and nullified," the suit demands, "and either a new presidential election be immediately ordered that complies with Georgia law or such other just and equitable relief is obtained so as to comport with the Constitution of the State of Georgia."
The suit further argues that it is "in the public interest to grant [the] request for emergency injunctive relief so that Georgia voters can have confidence that the January 5, 2021, Senate election is conducted in accordance with the Election Code."
