‘JUST A SIMPLE LEGAL PROCESS’
The large army of partisan forces who are in battle mode over President Trump’s challenge to the presidential election results have been given some advice by a certain North Dakota Republican.
“I don’t know why we’re so easily offended by a president who’s carrying out all of his legal options in court — not enhancing or encouraging any riots or burnings of buildings, or beating up of Democrats coming out of Democratic meetings or events. It’s just a simple legal process. I don’t think this is an attack on our democracy,” Sen. Kevin Cramer told NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday.
“We spent four years listening to news shows and liberals trying to discredit the Trump administration. Everyone just relax and let it play out in a legal way. We’ll be just fine,” the lawmaker predicts.
President Trump’s election challenge is just about at full throttle, the intensity and drama increasing. A new “shocking” lawsuit soon will be filed predicts
Jordan Sekulow, an attorney on Mr. Trump’s legal team who is focused on the constitutional aspects of the effort.
“We have got lawsuits likely to be filed in Georgia on either Monday or Tuesday. I can’t get into the details,” Mr. Sekulow tells Newsmax TV.
“What’s coming in Georgia will be shocking. It’s nothing that we have talked before. It’s not what you heard in the press conference either. This is something completely separate,” Mr. Sekulow told the network.
“Put up or shut up. It’s coming this week,” he said.
“It is likely a constitutional legal challenge,” predicts Eric Mack, a Newsmax analyst.
Meanwhile, Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell also told the network that her team has “tons” of damning evidence and that the case will be “biblical” in scope.
Meanwhile, Judicial Watch is conducting independent investigations in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Michigan and Wisconsin — focused on the proper counting of those precious votes.
“When you have a pause in counting, that indicates that fraud has taken place,”
Tom Fitton, president of the watchdog group, also told Newsmax.
“We have observed and researched and litigated elections for decades, and, as you might imagine, we are following this one extremely closely. We will be deploying our weapon of choice, the Freedom of Information Act, to uncover the truth,” he says.

A new study estimates that presumptive President-elect Joseph R. Biden benefited from thousands of illegal votes by noncitizens, providing President Trump’s backers with another potential argument for a fraud-tainted election.
The study comes from the nonprofit research institute Just Facts, and its president, James D. Agresti, who looked at election returns from seven battleground states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
He compared U.S. Census numbers on noncitizens (a total of 21.7 million) with each battleground state’s demographics and election results. He then applied previous election polling of noncitizens.
The 2008-13 surveys show that a significant number of noncitizens register to vote and cast ballots, despite a federal law against it, and overwhelmingly vote for Democrats.
Based in New Jersey, Just Facts concluded that thousands of “extra” noncitizen votes went to Mr. Biden, enough to flip Arizona (plus 51,081) and Georgia (plus 54,950), but not sufficient to flip the election.
“This is just one kind of fraud,” Mr. Agresti told The Washington Times. “It’s a sizable number, which is the point. It also decimates the predominant narrative that there is no evidence of large-scale fraud in U.S. elections.”
Mr. Trump is contesting the election in court on two major contentions: invalid mailed ballots because of fake signatures or other flaws, and a computer voting system that, his legal team says, switched Trump votes to Biden votes. The latter claim remains unproven.
At this point there does not appear to be a formal Trump argument on noncitizen voting.
Democrats and the liberal media are beleaguering Mr. Trump for not conceding. He believes he would win the election if only legal votes are counted and fraudulent ones are thrown out.
On voting by noncitizens, Mr. Agresti says Democrats, in effect, offer inducements to undocumented immigrants to break the law. In the election cycle, various Democratic presidential candidates promised free health care, citizenship, open borders, no deportations and sanctuary cities.
Over the years, Democrats also have gone to court to block states that try to enforce the noncitizen voting ban by requiring proof of citizenship.
Said Mr. Agresti’s study: “A wealth of facts show that there are ample openings for noncitizens to illegally vote and that roughly 16% of them voted in the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections.”
He promotes Just Facts as a conservative/libertarian research nonprofit that combats what he believes are false news media and liberal narratives.
The noncitizen vote issue divides along ideological lines. Liberals generally contend that the illegal voting is minuscule and that cited polls have too small a sample.
Mr. Trump set up a blue-ribbon commission to delve into voter registration lists to produce a definitive finding. But Democrat-run states balked at turning over data and the commission went away.
Conservatives say former President Barack Obama gave the green light to fraud right before the 2016 election when he was asked if undocumented immigrants would be deported if they voted.
“Not true,” Mr. Obama answered at the time. “And the reason is, first of all, when you vote, you are a citizen yourself. And there is not a situation where the voting rolls somehow are transferred over and people start investigating, et cetera.”
Poll evidence from 2008 to 2013 seems to confirm that substantial numbers of noncitizens vote. For example, a 2012 Harvard/YouGov survey found that 14% of self-identified noncitizens responded that they were registered to vote and 9% said they “definitely” voted. Of those, 80% said they voted for Mr. Obama.
All the follow-up data, such as checks of actual rosters, indicate that 2.8 million to 7.9 million noncitizens were registered to vote in 2008, Just Facts says.
In previous elections, ground zero on the noncitizen debate had resided at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and political science professor Jesse Richman.
Based on the same census data and polling as Just Facts, Mr. Richman published what appear to be the first comprehensive studies that show significant numbers of noncitizens voting. He estimated that 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton garnered thousands of noncitizens votes. His numbers prompted Mr. Trump to make unsubstantiated claims about the popular vote he had lost.
Other political science professors reacted by bullying Mr. Richman in an open letter calling for colleagues to blacklist his studies.
“The scholarly political science community has generally rejected the findings in the Richman et al. study and we believe it should not be cited or used in any debate over fraudulent voting,” the letter said.
The Harvard/YouGov survey, known officially as the Cooperative Congressional Election Study, contains too small a sample of noncitizens to draw conclusions, the blacklisters said.
Mr. Richman has defended his landmark work.
“I agree with the authors of the letter that the upper end of this interval may have played an unfortunate role in the president’s rhetoric,” Mr. Richman wrote in a blog. “I have, as noted above, attempted to push back against this. I will continue to do so as I think it is important that people not get fooled by an extreme upper end estimate that is almost certainly way way way too high.”
He added: “We show that even if their response error argument is correct, there is still significant evidence of non-citizen participation in the U.S. electoral system.”
Last year, Texas officials found 95,000 noncitizens illegally registered to vote. The state compared drivers licenses, which contain immigration status, to voter rolls.

It is a true fact that nobody has ever seen Sidney Powell and Paul Revere in the same place at the same time. Could Sidney Powell, in fact, be Paul Revere?
She, a modern day Paul Revere? Sounding the alarm of a “Kraken” of election corruption? Dressed as Joan of Arc astride a white stallion? With a gleaming helmet of perfectly-coifed hair — hair greater even than President Trump’s unflappable ’do?
Even under the glare of the hottest sun in the presence of his most loathsome enemies, Mr. Trump’s scalp never leaks orange. Those colors do not run!
And neither do Sidney Powell’s. Her helmet is more perfect than a phone call with the Ukrainian president.
“Release the Kraken!” she vows.
Riding a white stallion, she promises to save America from the Trojan voting machines snuck into our country after Hugo Chavez filled them with election ninjas hellbent on stealing the election for Joe Biden — the best hope socialists ever had in America.
This is a truly remarkable feat for Chavez, who has supposedly been dead going on seven years now.
Our valiant Sidney of Arc has not explained what role — if any — these corrupted voting machines played in the 2016 election, when Mr. Trump handily beat Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Did Chavez program the machines to only corrupt the 2020 election, but not the 2016 election?
Is he actually running this whole phishing operation from the grave? (Full disclosure: I have no idea what “phishing” means but if I were a druggie I would definitely smoke a joint right about now.)
Or, are we really missing the big story here? Did Chavez fake his own death? So that he could organize the “Big Steal” in the 2020 election between Mr. Trump and a muttering cadaver who refused even to campaign for the presidency?
Now I get it. A reasonable person might evaluate all these various improbabilities and conclude that somebody is lying. Maybe Kraken is just a myth. Somebody got a jump on Christmas and decided to take a bath in a vat of egg nog. Somebody finally surrendered to 2020 and climbed into bed with the Kraken and is now smoking a joint laced with fentanyl made in China.
Except for one thing. This is our new world — the world of politics — in the age of Trump.
Anything is possible. So long as Democrats are on the field fighting Mr. Trump and so long as our nation’s political media are the referees, literally anything is possible.
Remember, just a few years ago, Gen. Michael Flynn was caught on a wiretap by the Obama administration allegedly peddling influence to America’s enemies? He was swiftly convicted by the media and bound for jail.
At the same time, another “Michael” — porn star lawyer Michael Avenatti — was feted by all the media, given hours of television talk time and heralded as the great Trump-slayer who would be America’s next president.
Today, thanks to Sidney of Arc — our modern day Paul Revere — Gen. Flynn has been exonerated and Avenatti has gone to prison.
And, remember, four years ago when the media and the government intelligence community revolted after Mr. Trump reported that his campaign had been spied on by the Obama administration?
All true.
And remember the whole “Steele Dossier” passed around at the highest levels of our government? It implicated Mr. Trump in an elaborate scheme to collude with Russia.
In Mr. Trump’s first meeting with the very head of his FBI, Director Jim Comey told the president how they already knew about the hookers in a Moscow hotel room and all the unprintable details.
Imagine for a moment the utter bafflement of the new president on hearing about such lunacy from a supposedly serious person.
Of course, it was all completely fabricated. Fabricated by political enemies, yet weaponized at the highest levels by the most powerful actors in our government.
The dossier was literally paid for by Democrats and Mrs. Clinton’s campaign — yet still used as a pretense to launch a spying operation into Mr. Trump and his campaign. And later used by House Democrats — led by the perennially dishonest Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff — to impeach the president.
Those are just a handful of the biggest conspiracy scams launched against Mr. Trump by Democrats in Washington and their trained mange cats in the political media. There isn’t enough ink in the pages of this newspaper to chronicle all of them in one sitting.
But they are everywhere. They have been going on for years now. They have been relentless.
So, sure, our modern day Paul Revere — Sidney of Arc — has leveled some fierce accusations against Mr. Trump’s opponents. Who knows if they are true.
Heck, she may be a crazy liar. But if she is, she is only one of a thousand crazy liars we have seen these past four years out of Washington.

What’s Happening:
Ken Starr is the famous lawyer who led the charge in the impeachment investigation against Bill Clinton.
He’s come out with some important information on the ongoing election drama. He appears pretty concerned about what’s going on in our country.
And he’s pointing out some major issues the president himself needs to take action on:
Ken Starr explained that the government needs to go back to the state level and sort out how this problem began in the first place.
He accuses the Pennsylvania governor and the state’s Supreme Court of “flagrantly violated” the Constitution.
Also, Starr points out that the state governor and courts do not set the rules for elections. The state legislature has the power to set the rules.
But these Democrats ignored that to apparently give Joe Biden the upper hand. He also slammed the counting houses for their shocking lack of transparency.
Starr is calling on the U.S. Supreme Court to step in and settle this issue, particularly with the case of late ballots that have been deemed illegal by state law.
He appears hopeful that the court can settle this matter in days.
Trump has stated for days that he will be taking this issue to the Supreme Court.
States continue to drag out counting, while plenty of reports suggest problems that have yet to be addressed.
The Supreme Court could step in and order late ballots removed and have states recount the vote.
But it all comes down to whether it’s taken to the Supreme Court and if they take up the case.
[COMMENT: Although Alito ordered twice that the late ballots be kept separate from the others, I believe they were mixed together in defiance of the order. As there is no way to know which votes those were now, will the Court decide to void the whole bunch - disenfranchising a largely black voting community?]

WASHINGTON (NEXSTAR) — Despite the lack of cooperation from President Donald Trump, who still has yet to concede the election, President-elect Joe Biden pushed forward Monday, building up his future administration’s national security and foreign policy roles.
Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Maryland, said he expects the Senate to quick quickly on his nominations.
“He’s surrounding himself with good people,” Cardin said. “I think he has put forward a diversified group a very experienced group on foreign policy and national security.”
Biden plans to nominate Antony Blinken as Secretary of State and former Secretary of State John Kerry will lead the administration’s response to the climate crisis.
Cardin called it, “a team that can help reverse the damage that was done during the Trump administration.”
Biden also plans to nominate Avril Haines as Director of National Intelligence, Jake Sullivan as National Security Advisor, Alejandro Mayorkas as Secretary of Homeland Security and Linda Thomas-Greenfield as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.
In response to Biden’s picks, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany defended Trump, who’s administration is continuing to challenge the results of the election.
“Right now, there’s a constitutional process that’s being played out,” she said. “There are questions being asked in court, but the [General Services Administration] will determine when ascertainment is reached.”
Biden’s nominees now must be confirmed by the Senate before their work can officially begin.

WASHINGTON (NEXSTAR) — Despite the lack of cooperation from President Donald Trump, who still has yet to concede the election, President-elect Joe Biden pushed forward Monday, building up his future administration’s national security and foreign policy roles.
Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Maryland, said he expects the Senate to quick quickly on his nominations.
“He’s surrounding himself with good people,” Cardin said. “I think he has put forward a diversified group a very experienced group on foreign policy and national security.”
Biden plans to nominate Antony Blinken as Secretary of State and former Secretary of State John Kerry will lead the administration’s response to the climate crisis.
Cardin called it, “a team that can help reverse the damage that was done during the Trump administration.”
Biden also plans to nominate Avril Haines as Director of National Intelligence, Jake Sullivan as National Security Advisor, Alejandro Mayorkas as Secretary of Homeland Security and Linda Thomas-Greenfield as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations.
In response to Biden’s picks, White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany defended Trump, who’s administration is continuing to challenge the results of the election.

The formal presidential transition doesn’t begin until the administrator of the federal General Services Administration ascertains the “apparent successful candidate” in the general election. Neither the Presidential Transition Act nor federal regulations specify how that determination should be made. That decision green lights the entire federal government’s moves toward preparing for a handover of power.
WHY HASN’T IT HAPPENED YET?
The agency has not said why the decision to recognize Joe Biden as the president-elect has not been made. A GSA spokesperson said in a statement Monday: “An ascertainment has not yet been made. GSA and its Administrator will continue to abide by, and fulfill, all requirements under the law and adhere to prior precedent established by the Clinton Administration in 2000.”
GSA is an executive branch agency. Its administrator, Emily Murphy, is a Trump appointee, but the ascertainment decision is supposed to be apolitical. The White House did not say whether there have been conversations on the matter between officials there and at GSA.

When Tucker Carlson is on, no one can say it better. He is clairvoyant and witty and spot on. But at other times – like now – he can be off quite a bit (to say it nicely).
We love Tucker Carlson but many of us are done with FOX News after the far-left bias consumed the network that was once the favorite conservative news channel. Tucker’s rant with Sidney Powell has not helped the permanent exodus from FOX News. What FOX doesn’t realize is that after all of their conservative viewers leave, they will have no one. We refer to this as the Megyn Kelly effect.
When Tucker began attacking Trump’s team rather than the criminals behind the ‘color revolution’ that even he warned us about, he lost hundreds of his devoted fans. Tucker challenged Powell on the President’s legitimate case. He was wrong when he did and he should apologize.
So here’s why we are saying this
Let’s start from the top. What is it that Powell and the Trump team have to prove in order to prove election fraud?
Activists, media, and “the left” in general are demanding that Trump and his team produce evidence “beyond a reasonable doubt” concerning unprecedented fraud in this year’s campaign. This is ridiculous! Although absolutely important in “criminal” cases, complaints such as those filed by the President and his team, only need to show a “preponderance of the evidence”. This is the absolute LOWEST burden of proof, sometimes called the 51-49 standard, or the “balance of probabilities” standard.
The Three Burdens of Proof, are as follows
Even though the brilliant attorneys on the mainstream media like FOX News have failed to share this, it does not make it any less true. The Trump team only has to prove a preponderance of evidence to win his cases.
- Beyond a reasonable doubt: The highest standard the law imposes. …
- Clear and convincing evidence: An elevated standard that requires a judge or jury to have substantial assurance that the allegations are correct.
- Preponderance of the evidence: The lowest standard.
The Overall Picture
According to our records President Trump entertained 1.1 Million supporters at events from Labor Day till the election. Joe Biden entertained less than 2,000!
Trump’s events this year were even bigger than 2016 and he contracted COVID which kept him home for a couple weeks. Trump absolutely crushed Biden in rallies – it was as if Biden knew he didn’t need to campaign.
President Trump had boat parades, car parades, horse parades, truck parades and more – these random events were not sanctioned by the campaign – they just happened:

President Trump had a litany of accomplishments under his belt. He was the first politician in our life time to do what he said he would and then some. He created the greatest economy in the world ever with the highest stock market (up more than 60% since he won the 2016 election), highest national GDP, well over 20 Trillion and some of the lowest unemployment numbers in history. Now President Trump oversees the greatest recovery ever with a GDP increase in Q3 of more than 30% that likely will never be matched.
Biden had higher taxes, longer shutdowns, kids home from school, Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots and Democrat city destruction from blood sucking politicians and policies. Biden also had corruption and a very sick family. No one was behind Biden.
To date they are telling us President Trump set the record for the most votes by a setting President with 73 million. He broke Obama’s record of 69 million from 2008. President Trump set the record for the most vote increase for a sitting President. There is no one who is saying that Trump didn’t beat Obama’s record. Everyone and every indicator provided this was going to happen.

Hours after President Trump approved the official transition process for Joe Biden, he took to Twitter to say the decision does not mean he is conceding, despite many interpreting it that way.
“What does GSA being allowed to preliminarily work with the Dems have to do with continuing to pursue our various cases on what will go down as the most corrupt election in American political history? We are moving full speed ahead,” he said, pointing to allegations of voter fraud.
"Will never concede to fake ballots & 'Dominion,'" the president added, though Dominion has disputed claims that vote switching took place on their machines as "physically impossible."
Earlier, Trump had thanked General Services Administrator Emily Murphy “for her steadfast dedication and loyalty to our Country.”
“Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good fight, and I believe we will prevail!” he added. “Nevertheless, in the best interest of our Country, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and have told my team to do the same.”
On Monday, Murphy explained she delayed the transfer of resources to Biden’s team due to the legal challenges surrounding the election results. She was then threatened and intimidated.
"I have dedicated much of my adult life to public service, and I have always strived to do what is right. Please know that I came to my decision independently, based on the law and available facts. I was never directly or indirectly pressured by any Executive Branch official -- including those who work at the White House of GSA -- with regard to the substance or timing of my decision. To be clear, I did not receive any direction to delay my determination," Murphy said. "I did, however, receive threats online, by phone, and by mail directed at my safety, my family, my staff, and even my pets in an effort to coerce me into making this determination prematurely. Even in the face of thousands of threats, I always remained committed to upholding the law."

The subpoena demands and surveillance tapes, documents, information or objects, permission to inspect the premises a suite in the State Farm Arena. The subpoena includes recordings of elevators and loading docks and loading dock entrances. The subpoena also asks for any work orders or permits related to a water break in the Hawks arena.
“In time, people are going to prison in Georgia,” Lin Wood warned in his next tweet, adding, “Every lie will be revealed”

What really happened in Georgia when the water main reportedly broke causing a delay in the election counting in the state?
The Gateway Pundit was first to report about the “water main break” in the Atlanta Hawks State Farm Arena – On election night in Georgia President Trump was running away with the Presidential election, then suddenly it was reported that vote counting had stopped in Fulton County due to a water main break in Atlanta.
According to CBS WVLT8 ballots in Georgia would not be counted due to a water main break:
(States like Florida count these ballots before the election and provide up-to-date results which enables them to provide final results on election night. Any state that doesn’t count ballots before the election when received so winners can be announced on election night appears to place ulterior motives ahead of transparency and timeliness.)
One Georgia resident, attorney Paul J. Dzikowski, attempted to obtain more information on the reported water main break in Atlanta. He sent a letter to and requested any information related to the water main break under the Georgia Open Records Act. This is what he wrote in his request:

Another 386 unopened ballots have mysteriously been found in Milwaukee, three weeks after the election took place.
Recount watchers were also issued wrist bands with poop emojis to wear, in a sign of how seriously this is being taken.
The unopened ballots came from a South side ward, according to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter Mary Spicuzza.
So far, in the first four days of the recount, lawyers for the Trump campaign have challenged tens of thousands of ballots. Joe Biden is ahead in the state by only about 20,000 votes.
The deadline for Wisconsin to certify its election results is Dec. 1.

I found on the Colorado Secretary of State’s YouTube channel. The video features a presentation by Dominion back on November 17, 2015, to representatives from each county in Colorado. It is literally “a Dominion Sales Pitch”. In the video Eric Coomer among others from Dominion provide very detailed descriptions of how and what makes the Dominion voting system the best. If you fast forward to the 56 minute mark in the video you will hear Eric answer a question from Connie Ingmire (She had served as the Morgan County Clerk and Recorder for many years, but she was not in that capacity at the time of the recording of the video). Connie asks Eric “How do you know it is an official ballot” – does it contain a “Watermark”. Eric’s answer confirms that their system was not being designed to in my words “root out fraudulent ballots.”
Coomer basically says there are other ways to again in my words “prevent” “fraudulent ballots” from being counted.
It is quite clear in the video that Dominion wanted Colorado to become their “model” client of a state. Dominion officials state in the video they wanted to go to other states including Michigan and promote their “relationship” with Colorado. (A review of a pilot/ demonstration project involving Denver and Mesa Counties that had been conducted prior the meeting featured in the video.)

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar on Tuesday morning certified the state’s election results showing a ‘Biden victory.’
Governor Tom Wolf (D) said he signed the Certificate of Ascertainment for the slate of elector for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
Wolf thanked the election officials for administering a “fair and free election” and said they performed “admirably and honorably.”
President Trump’s legal team filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania after GOP poll watchers were blocked from observing ballot counting.
President Trump was up by 700,000 votes on election night when Pennsylvania stopped counting votes.
According to Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani, the crooked Democrat officials in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh counted 680,000+ ballots for Joe Biden without any GOP observers present.
The Third Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday granted an expedited review for Team Trump’s appeal in Pennsylvania.
Legal counsel for Pennsylvania’s Secretary of State must respond to the Trump team’s brief by Tuesday afternoon.
The Pennsylvania case may reach the Supreme Court by next week.
