The keyword is “outside”. If vaccinated, you don’t have to wear a mask while outside unless you are in a large group…was the actual proclamation.

Now personally I never never wear a mask outside anyway. And when inside some store, only only only if I darn well have to. Just go without. And still am Not Not Not getting that darn freaking vaccine!

Basically if you're fully vaccinated you ONLY need to wear a mask if you're in a crowded environment...like a concert or something similar. Outside, shopping, resturants, etc., you don't need to and are not required to wear a mask.

I was never "required" to wear a mask to begin with. If I chose to visit someplace that is my business but by and large I never went anywhere that they could require me to do such.
Words mean something. The dems love to place around with the meanings of words.
I see plenty of people wearing their slave masks, even while driving.... insanity. Read the damn instructions of when you need to wear a mask and their actual effectiveness.

I understand what you're saying, but what "requirement" now exists that is tied to vaccination? That is, a law? Is the drooler rescinding an EO or something? And for places like my state of Texas, we've already gone our own way with this stuff, so by calling it a "requirement" is he trying to reestablish authority that has been previous denied?

Ok. I cannot understand why on Gods Green Earth anyone would need to wear a mask outside walking a dog ect. And if someone is vaccinated (our only hope according to the Gov) why does someone vaccinated have to wear any mask at all inside or out? They acting as if this virus is SO unusual from any other virus we cannot predict it’s spread or behavior.

Has anyone, anywhere heard of a disease where one had to wear a mask after getting a vaccine? If the vaccine works why is a mask even needed? I don't understand this new fuzzy science stuff. To me it's kind of like Common Core math. May sound good on paper but does it really work in practice?

Hate to tell him but UNVACCINATED people were already going outdoors without a mask. And if he thinks anyone's going to be checking for masks outdoors he's even more cracked than I thought he was.

I never wear a mask until I'm at the gym or in a grocery store.......otherwise they won't let me in.
Besides I'm never around anyone outside or at work........

On January 21, President Biden issued Executive Order (13998), titled Promoting COVID-19 Safety in Domestic and International Travel, requiring masks to be worn on all “public maritime vessels, including ferries” in order to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19.
I'm getting ready to go on vacation and would like to do a little deep sea fishing, but this order applies to fishing charters. I'm not going to wear a mask while fishing.

I'm wondering how the CDC can lift the mask mandate for vaccinated people with several states still having major issues and some going BACK into lock down. This is the craziest bunch of brain dead nonsense and lack of REAL scientific reasoning I've ever seen.
If you made this Covid crap we've been going through this last year into a TV show it would get dropped like a hot rock after the initial first showing because the story line is so lame brained. NOBODY would believe it. It's not reality, not drama, not even a bad comedy!

July 4th, Independence Day 2021, will be served up to us a reminder of how much they are in control. Just my opinion. But given what we've seen the last four months I can't imagine the newly empowered millions (shot-takers/maskers) and globalists are going to let anyone celebrate anything.

Biden's little speech is nothing more than a suggestion.
States are the ones who make such regulations not the feds.
Seriously I had no idea there were still over 20 states that required masks almost everywhere.
Anyway, most states with any common sense haven't required people to wear masks when outside for quite a while.
Here in Florida the only places that do require masks are stores and businesses. Since it's their property they have every right to do so if they want.
However, even Fauci has been saying that masks are not needed outside or in well ventilated areas where you are not in close contact with a lot of people.
If you are going to be in a confined space with poor ventilation, with a lot of people for more than a short time you probably should wear a mask.
If you are going about your business running errands and stuff and not inside any stores or buildings, there is no point in wearing a mask.
It's common sense people. The extremes on both sides of this issue are idiots.
