Congratulations !!

I want to read the books.

:)
You can order at the website I listed under the revised book cover - our publisher is Three Little Sisters and you can either order directly from them or from Amazon.

Amazon has been wonky lately, especially with Kindle but I think this one is working for the Kindle version as well as the paperback, though our publisher has found other options for both e-books and printing just in case.

If anyone does get it off Amazon and likes it, please write a review, they really do help.

And thank you everyone for your good wishes and likes, Nightwolf is just over-the-moon about this and I am too.

This book is a stand-alone, but his other back stock books are coming out - Rhinegold was his original German Best Seller and we finally have the rights back for the English version - it is a retelling of the same story the operas are based on.

Attia's Treasure is a side story to Rhinegold and based on another traditional poem that goes along with the German epic.

Gilgamesh will be back in print in November - my name is on that one, it is a retelling of the Mesopotamian story - we would probably write it a bit differently today because missing tablets have been found and times have changed but it is still a fun read.

Beowulf the novel is all his again (though of course, I helped a bit with plotting, bronze age textiles, cooking and the like) and it is available - again a retelling of the Great Anglo-Saxon epic (he did his own translations).

The Falcon Trilogy Books set in the 14th century are not in re-print yet (we did those together or why I can bore people to death with plague trivia).

And he's got a fantasy book and the Post Apocalyptic Herb book out as well.

So while Mauve's raid isn't part of a series exactly it is part of a trend towards retelling national epics as novels.

You can see some of his stuff in print here - he writes under several different names but Dr. Stephan Grundy is for the novels.

Just a little totally out of the blue news for our family, we just got the word from our Publisher that Nightwolf just won Second Place for Best Historical Adventure Novel for 2020 from the American Book Fest.

We didn't even know he was nominated! The Book already has the new cover with the Award Nomination Sticker on it.

Mauve's Raid is a retelling of the Irish Epic the Taine or The Cattle Raid of Coolie which is sort of the national epic of Ireland's ancient past.

While I advised him on things like textile work and chatted with him on plot points, this novel is all his in content in terms of the storyline and the research.

Anyway, with so much bad news I just wanted to share and hope good news and I hope this starts a good news trend for everyone's personal life even if the outer one is pretty nuts right now.
