Hi
interesting story, an ad appeared while I was playing crossword puzzle on my iPad, it was for a Fridigedare Range with Airfryer. I said to my wife, “ is that what they are calling Convection ovens now”. Well I researched it and they are 2 different things. My wife and I discussed it and with the delay in getting new appliances we should look at replacing our half broken fridge and stove before they die on us. I called my buddy who works for the Brick. He said I made a good choice as they have the range in stock and the fridge is made to order. He said they are very good at estimated delivery but if we went with Maytag etc they are a year wait here in Canada.
The range was delivered and after a week with it I am very impressed, the old range was convection oven, which I used all the time, but the new one has air fry, convection and convection roast options. I did wings in air fry and very crispy with no oil, but tonight I did a prime rib on convection roast.. Wow, I did not need to seers it first and it came out Perfect as if I steered it. I am impressed so I thought I would share this experience with everyone here!!
btw this is the range I’m talking about......
