What does that have to do with you misrepresenting the Mars Society's research facility as being Mars? I know, you thought you were being droll, but that's just a coping mechanism.

No amount of explanation that can be offered, no logic will convince you, and that's your right. However, your reasoning is about as valid as me saying I don't believe in Europe because I haven't been there.

Maybe you should take a better look at evidence and witnesses and see how the logic of proof works.

You have a problem with logical thinking. Did I say the reportage was wrong? I meant that we should not take it as proof. CNN telling the story definitely doesn't mean it's right, and should not be the only source of information to bolster a claim.

You can call me a liar or unreliable. Don't matter to me. You are free to hold to your delusions. My point was NOT about your belief, but mine. I was talking about MY experience and witnesses of Europe. It was a discussion about logic and your failed analogy of Europe. Your critical thinking skills are very low.

As for you knowing people who have been to "space"... we all live in "space". OUTER space is beyond earth's atmosphere. That is beyond the satellite range and outside the magnetosphere. Do you still claim to know people who have been to OUTER space?

I once met Jim Irwin. Nothing special. It was around 1988-89. NASA claims he was the 8th man on the moon. He was a good man. Did not talk about the moon. Back then I was clueless about the criminal govt agencies. Irwin was never appearing proud of the moon walk or the space flight. Looking back, I can see he and other astronots were NEVER cheerful or endorsing the lies. They were sworn to secrecy... and he sadly died at 61 of a "heart attack".

I'll clue you it: I have worked in human spaceflight for 30 years. My work has been flown on the Shuttle, the ISS, and the Orion programs. In realtime in the control room I have watched astronauts use my hardware for Shuttle and ISS operations, and in conditions that preclude the use of green screens or CGI, and so forth. I have worked with many crew on training and development for my hardware and other's to achieve these missions, some of it within the pressurized volumes of space vehicles, and some on EVA's.

The reason why I go so determinedly after you and some of the others that spout your ignorance is that I absolutely live the experience you disbelieve. I don't know everything about everything, but on the topic of human spaceflight, I can say without arrogance that I likely know more about the topic than most on this board. Certainly more than you.

I will say this, too, because I want you to understand: After all my years of living, I don't trust the government on a great many things. One of the few things that has any truth to it is human spaceflight, and I know this because I do indeed live it. It irritates me in the extreme that something I KNOW is true from my own objective experience is tainted with the stink of government dishonesty.
