Need help for dry mouth

I had to go to the dentist - no choice - I tried everything I could think of to address the pain with no success. I was horrified to learn I, who have never had a cavity, had several. The dentist said it was because my mouth was abnormally dry and that cavities thrive in a dry mouth.

I found Xylimelts on Amazon. They have good reviews. I also researched natural treatments and learned that cayenne might help.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I use Biotene, Oral Balance. You can get mouthwash, gel (which is what I use) at Walmart (ugh), but it helps me. Don't need it all the time, but I keep a few tubes on hand just in case.

Dry mouth and/or eyes can also be a symptom of iodine deficiency.
