Correct. That’s why everyone is so caught off guard and whining about it. These temps are normal for mid-July through august, not early-mid June. The ground (in my AO at any rate) is still giving up moisture. That’s why it’s so terribly humid. By July, the ground is dried out.

112. Same temp as yesterday at this time. Will probably hit 117 again.

Oh and the humidity went up- it's now 7%

I can't believe the temp here at 3700 ft is 115 with 14 % humidity but that is what my thermometer says. Today has to be shattering records. The hottest I ever saw since 1977 was 108. Just pray my air cond holds up to running steady.
