Baking Naan bread recipes and advice

Neither here nor there.
I’m making butter chicken tomorrow for dinner and am thinking of trying my hand at making naan bread but have never done this before. If you’ve made it I’d like to know what to expect and to avoid. Got a favorite recipe you’d like to share?

When I make it, I have never had the bubbles inflate - no idea why not - but it still tasted wonderful and amazed my husband. So I count that as a win.

We are having lamb tomorrow with sides of chickpea-based things for the vegetarian/me and I was hoping to make griddle bread of some sort, I will look at this.

Here ya go - hope I got this right because its the first time I've done it.

Baking - Home made Naan

Got this out of a Madhur Jaffery cookbook - we like to throw them on the grill after baking to get them browned, but you can use the broiler to do the same thing. 2/3 C lukewarm (she calls it hand hot) milk 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp yeast 3-3/4 C unbleached all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking...
