yeah, that was my fear- an intentional outbreak of multiple attacks - at first.

..as it is, even knowing she's safe, I'm still feeling shaky just for Red's daughter, and their unfortunate incident; I dread the day when we take multiple hits

So the news is saying they locked down for a suspicious call saying that someone in the parking area had weapons. But my daughter said they have the guy, so the news and hospital are definitely downplaying it. Probably because of what’s happening in Concord today, they don’t want to alarm people.

When I called my daughter after she texted me, she told me that they knew who he was. That he was in the ramp garage and he had a gun and said he said he had bombs in a backpack.

Recently fired, and sounds like he lost his shit over it.

Kyra was a PISTOL and about what you would expect for a Trauma Doc.

I sometimes wonder if the people who go bonkers after being fired have never before in their life been told no. Obviously, mental health plays in, but today and for the last 10 years of days, children have been raised believing they are entitled to what they want when they want it. Whatever, it's just plain sad when these events unfold even if there is no loss of life.

I’m glad your daughter is OK.

The one in Concord NH is at an inpatient Acute psychiatric hospital. I’m waiting for the 10am briefing with the AG, Governor, DHHS Commissioner and all the rest of the kings horses to get a better idea of what in the world happened there.

My Uncle retired as the Strong CFO well before it became a "system" meaning a few decades ago.

ASK the police, what are they waiting for, to go in ?? GOD throught the police where there to into any situation and get the evil one ??

You all must be terrified! So sorry this happened at her workplace. It is an unhappy reminder though to everyone to have a plan and be ready to implement it. Things really suck now days.

Situations like these take a far greater toll than the actual threat or commencement of an act of violence.
