Colin Czech, 29, has been charged with open murder.

Documents reveal that just before 5 a.m. on Sunday, a caller alerted police to an incident on Las Vegas Boulevard near Charleston Boulevard, where a man was seen forcefully taking another man to the ground.

Approximately 45 minutes later, another call was made to the police reporting a distressing scene at a bus stop where one man was observed "eating" the face of another man.

NEW: Las Vegas man charged with murder after police found him eating a man’s face and eyeballs.

Las Vegas is a wild place.

In a newly released 911 call, a caller frantically said that 29-year-old Colin Czech ate a man.

“Oh my… I don’t what the f*** he’s doing to this man, that’s some weird s***.”

Another caller claimed that Czech was “on all fours” and was about to rush a 7-Eleven store.

Czech later admitted to police that he “used his teeth to eat [the victim's] eyeball and ear.”

The man claims he attacked the homeless man because he had been up for five days and was “possessed.”

The poor victim wasn't carrying his medicine. Depending on the season and my attire, I always carry my .357 or .45 acp medicine and have avoided having my face eaten thus far. Unfortunately, Medicare doesn't cover the cost of my medicine, despite my explanation that it would be cheaper than for them to pay for a surgical face reconstruction.

Oh, well. I cover the cost of my medicine and my face feels safer for it.
