In case anybody has forgotten, December 26th was going to be the day a massive wave of gamma radiation hit our planet and caused untold disaster. It was claimed it would be a repeat of December 26th Asian earthquake and tidal wave. Sorry, Doomer Doug is still here in all his doomer glory!
Next, I saw a December 28th date that said all kinds of chaos and hell would be unleashed. Um, it is now December 30th, and again, Doomer Doug is still here, just as cranky as ever. Personally, I think we should have a chief crank category here at timebomb, and I volunteer for it, but only if Dennis or Kris don't want the title. :lkick:

Anyway, for the umpteenth time it has been proven that "predictions" of disaster using specific dates have proven to be ABSOLUTELY WRONG MULTIPLE TIMES.

So, we are all going to die; we are all doomed, especially Lurkey who still doesn't realize Turkey's Erdogan is going to nuke somebody any day now! :ld:

I am so glad I have not been gamma x-rayed to death, or drowned in a tsunami or whatever.
I want to stick around long enough to watch Obama's face melt on January 20th when Trump is sworn in!

The philosophy that I have adopted [aside from the essential part that God has everything under complete and total control] is 'When it happens, it happens and until it happens it hasn't happened yet'. And then I tune out all the predictions and timelines. Just be ready for the floor to drop out at any moment without warning and go out living to the best of your ability.

Kicking the three legged economic stool from under Trumps watch might happen anytime between the Spring and the usual Fall October season. Too soon and it cannot be pinned on his policies.

Will the great orator kick off Armageddon between now and January. I doubt it. I see our greatest threat as a downer economy that inspires the Marxist / Socialist / Anarchist and every flavor of BLM to create every type of gridlock they can to throw their wooden shoes into the cogs of our just in time economy. How successful they are determines the next phase of leverage required against us before the greater international threats size us up.

Mr. Trump should begin an alliance with Interstate Trucking, Rail, and Port-workers. This is the triad of our just in time logistical backbone. Leftist are going to attempt to beat him to the punch. That's my hunch, no word down the grapevine at this time. I'm just on to how they think and react. If I even smell a scent of that, I will speak out against it in my venue, and warn of its plans.

There's a lot of gamma ray radiation being produced in the sun's core from fusion reactions, so why are we not bombarded by gamma ray radiation? Those gamma ray photons need to escape from the sun's core, into the outer edge, and then finally from the surface. These photons are colliding with matter constantly, resulting in a photon diffusion process. It actually takes the average gamma ray photon about 170,000 years to diffuse out of the radiative zone. Once a gamma ray actually diffuses outward to the surface as a result of the constant collisions it has been converted into millions of visible wavelength photons.

I believe the "gamma ray radiation" here was from an exploding star many light years away. The same thing happened which is why the Asian earthquake and tsunami took place. Granted, there have been a lot of earthquakes recently, but we were going to have another Asian tsunami type event because of the gamma ray impact on 12-26-2016.
Obviously we didn't.

I will admit a general feeling of "we are all F#%%^" in the air. I also don't rule out some kind of economic disaster, when the powers that be try to take down Trump, or some kind of military issue related to Obama's open contempt for Putin. At any rate, the Internet had a lot of "buzz" about the gamma ray thing. There was also a thread here on timebomb I think about some lady who, "predicted Trump would win" saying all kinds of bad things would happen on the 28th.

I don't know how many times the date setters have to be proven wrong before they admit "no man knows the hour."

Well it'll have zero affect on the Earth, you only have to think about it for 5 minutes even without any knowledge of physics and astronomy......
