Morbidly obese pro-Biden pop star Lizzo surprisingly announced she was quitting the music industry in a late Friday night post on Instagram.

The announcement comes less than a day after Lizzo performed at Joe Biden’s fundraising event in New York City with Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. As the Gateway Pundit’s Kristinn Taylor reported, the $25 million event was marred by leftist agitators interrupting the event to protest the Biden regime’s policies regarding Hamas and Russia.

The 35-year-old claimed she was retiring because she was “tired of being dragged by everyone.”
Lizzo wrote in her shock Instagram post:

I’m getting tired of putting up with being dragged by everyone in my life and on the internet. All I want is to make music and make people happy and help the world be a little better than how I found it.
But I’m starting to feel like the world doesn’t want me in it. I’m constantly up against lies being told about me for clout & views… being the butt of the joke every single time because of how I look.
My character being picked apart by people who don’t know me and disrespecting my name.
I didn’t sign up for this s**t. I quit.

However, the real reason for her departure from the industry could be legally related. The Daily Mail notes that last August, Lizzo was notably sued by three of her ex-dancers – Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez. They accused her of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

The accusers’ lawyer, Ron Zambrano, went off on Biden in an interview with Newsnation for letting her perform at the fundraiser.

“It’s shameful that Lizzo would be chosen to headline an event like this amid such egregious allegations,” Zambrano said. “Without getting into the politics, I can’t imagine why anyone would want Lizzo representing them in any way given her reprehensible behavior. It’s just a terrible look.”

So, she hangs out with, and praises 3 devils and then complains that the world is "dragging" her? She is in for a big surprise when she sees the dragon dragging her.

She's just another in a long line of, "If...........happens, I'm going to move (or) I'm going to quit!"

I wish they would all carry through what they say and move out of our country and/or actually quit and get out of our lives.

She, like all the others, are just looking for their 15 minutes in the spotlight. I'm sure she's not going to quit. She likes the money too much.... But I hope that people who pay big bucks to see/listen to her will open their eyes to see what she really is.

As for me, I'm heavy set, and this female (won't call her a lady or a woman) really embarrasses me with her flaunting of her fat a**. I'm not proud of my fat body, and I try not to call attention to it. If I could lose all this weight now, I would, and I AM working on it. But to me, flaunting a fat body is totally disgusting. Living a normal life is fine. Flaunting is not.

Followed by shock at all the nasty things being said about her. To my knowledge, I’ve never listened to any of her music, and yes she is a big woman, but wow some of y’all are being unnecessarily mean to a complete stranger. IDGAF if she’s a famous person/public figure or not.

She's an attention whore and she's not going to quit (Unfortunately). Girl's gotten too used to the good life. I don't know what else she would be qualified to do other than parading her fat butt around on stage.

I tried to listen to her music. I TRIED. It's a combination of rap, hip hop, nursery school tunes with a bit of "accepted" profanity thrown in. JMHO/YMMV

Don't be to hard on people who oppose her. Since you don't know her, they have good reason. She's been in the news for the last year or so.

IE she doesn't believe reverse racism is real. She doesn't make music for white people. And lastly SEVERAL of her employees have filed a law suit for sexual harassment. And it was their attorney/lawyer that made a big brew ha ha over Biden having her on stage for a fund raiser, when Trump was at a cops funeral.

She's not a nice person.

There are so many unhappy people in the world right now. I blame our modern culture: 24/7 depressing news, comedy that is not funny, entertainment that is not entertaining but which reinforces propaganda, Facebook friends rather than real friends, families that don't support each other, low-quality food, medicine that manages rather than cures disease. I could go on.

We have to quit tearing people down - people we don't know and who have never hurt us. We have to stop allowing others to define us - people who don't know us. We have to spend time with real people to make real friends to have real support and to refill our hearts with tenderness.

And we have to have a junk-yard-dog, badass side and be willing to do what is necessary to protect each other.

I don't listen to that type of music but I do recall that she had a "semi hit" of a song a few years ago, at the start of her career that put her on the music map.
She should have realized that as a performer and public figure, you are going to get criticism and get "dragged" up and down by people.

I doubt that we've heard the last of her.
