Good day. I'm new here and haven't had an opportunity to contribute much of anything to any other section of the forum. I'm an aspiring photographer and I have some photos that I'd like to share with you. This photo is one of my favorites - it was taken at Thor's Well - Cape Perpetua, Oregon. Otherworldly is the only word I've been able to describe this place with...I hope you enjoy it. If you're interested in seeing it in high resolution, here's a link to my 500px. https://500px.com/photo/83048507/mjolnir-by-earshel-hogan

Thank you Foreverkeeps! What you're looking at is a particularly violent section of the Oregon coast. I was but a few feet from what you're seeing, using a very wide angle lens. I have 'enhanced' the image by adjusting things like contrast and exposure, highlights, shadows, etc. When I take my photos I plan the exposure in such a way that I have the freedom to make these adjustments to my liking. Thank you for the welcome :)

You've captured the raw violence of aquatic nature quite aptly, Earshel. Your photo is stunning. Keep 'em coming!
