The butter-flavored oil is particularly nasty if you use it to make popcorn. The high heat changes the flavor into something else you don't want to taste.... :shk:

Molly McButter is fine...

sprinkled on hot veggies or air popped popcorn. I don't have any experience with the other items you mentioned.

I use butter buds on anything I would put butter on. I even dump some in the water when I am cooking rice. I also have sprinkled it on cod, and chicken while baking. The family thinks it is delicious and they would sure tell me if they didn't like it.

I like a few squirts of butter-flavored spray (like Pam) on dry foods, popcorn. The Molly McButter is great on moist things, veggies.
