Livestock mid-summer chicks

I was worried about the heat - its been CRAZY hot out! Anyway the Post Office called this morning, and the chicks made the journey safe and sound. They are all in excellent shape - not a single weak looking chick in the bunch.

They are softly tweeting away in the kitchen.
Love that sound.

That's good news. Can you post pics ? They say the heat will kill a chicken easier than the cold. Keep them hydrated
